Nell insiema discreta , il prezzo economico, ma maggiorato per il parcheggio custodito che e' a pagamento ben 10 euro a notte e quinidi non piu' economico. Dalle foto delle stanze che ci sono du Hotels.com mi aspettavo di piu'

Nous avons logé dans cet hôtel pour une nuit. L’endroit est calme, la climatisation est parfaite et le petit déjeuner goutteux. L’endroit est propre malgré des travaux de rafraîchissement. Le personnel est sympa et à l’écoute des clients.

L'accoglienza del signore alla reception è stata davvero deludente. Ci ha appena guardati in faccia e la prima cosa che ci ha detto è stato il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Arrivati al piano ci siamo imbattuti in un corridoio con muri sporchi e malandati. La moquette era putrida e piena di macchie sporche! Volevamo scappare da lì. Quando si effettuano lavori di ristrutturazione, l'albergo non dovrebbe permettere ai clienti la vista di certe cose. La stanza era sporca ed il bagno, usurato e pieno di muffa è sicuramente da RIFARE!!! Abbiamo aggiunto una stella soltanto perchè la ragazza alla reception del mattino seguente è stata solare e molto gentile. La colazione è stata l'unica cosa positiva ma con un hotel in quelle condizioni, l'abbiamo apprezzata poco.

The staff is great which helps the overall stay at the hotel. Another good thing is the proximity of the bus stops and pretty much everything you need is not too far when walking. The actual hotel is very very old. The design but also things like the AC which is very outdated and did not work for the full month we stayed there. We didn’t have wifi for almost 2 weeks since the hotel just didn’t seem to care that no one had wifi for so long. There is a lot of dust and the property is visually not clean. We had ants in the room which made it very annoying to be there. The breakfast was a very basic typical hotel breakfast but their coffee was great as well as the pastries. Outside of that everything felt and was very outdated and not on par with our expectations. Once again the staff were great and made up for some of the disappointment from the property but we would not book there again personally.

Staying at the Hotel Idea was a terrible idea. The photos shown on the website bear no resemblance to reality. The hotel is in very poor condition: it is filthy throughout, with carpets stained with paint and marked by cigarette burns. The elevator floors are completely cracked. Even the handle on the main entrance door is hanging by a single screw. The steps and the entrance carpet are dirty and stained with paint. Although there are no signs posted—nor is it mentioned on the website—it appears the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The walls in the hallways are riddled with cracks and holes. The breakfast selection is limited, and several of the food items look unappetizing (nothing like the photos). The dining room chairs are so dirty that sitting on them is repulsive. The guest rooms were dirty, and there was a strong, foul odor coming from the bathroom plumbing. There is no air conditioning. The walls are extremely thin, allowing you to hear absolutely everything—even bathroom noises—from the adjacent rooms. There are damp stains on the bathroom ceiling. My first reaction was to want to flee immediately, especially because I felt my trust had been betrayed; the photos and description of the hotel on the website are completely at odds with reality. However, I had already paid for 2 rooms for 6 days—a considerable amount of money—and neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to offer me any refund. So, I had no choice but to stay. It was a truly bad experience.
