Séjour super. Dommage de nous vendre un bain turque qui n’est pas dispo. Salle de sport un peu limitée. Les parties communes sont super et la chambre était NIKEL. Nous voyageons avec un enfant de 6 ans. Super petit dej.

The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. Public transport is easily accessible. The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the Fitness facilities (the jacuzzi and steam bath weren’t available during our stay which was a shame as the downstairs area has a lot of potential).

El hotel esta enun edificio antiguo pero muy bonito, el area es bastante fea con edificios al limite del mantenimiento preventivo. La habitacion muy grande, cafe, refrigerador, todo bien. Cama comoda, en general muy bien. Nos dieron una habitacion con vista a una pared, y a los tachos de basura que cuando viene el camion de la basura el estruendo es molesto... Parking cubierto y descubierto. Impuesto de la ciudad 7,40 euros por pasajero.

El hotel esta enun edificio antiguo pero muy bonito, el area es bastante fea con edificios al limite del mantenimiento preventivo. La habitacion muy grande, cafe, refrigerador, todo bien. Cama comoda, en general muy bien. Nos dieron una habitacion con vista a una pared, y a los tachos de basura que cuando viene el camion de la basura el estruendo es molesto... Parking cubierto y descubierto. Impuesto de la ciudad 7,40 euros por pasajero.

Had a wonderful stay at the AC. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and offered a lot of options. The room itself was great. Spacious and nice amenities. The surrounding neighborhood was cute with farmers markets and nightlife on Fridays. There is also a supermarket around the corner. Easy access to metro stations.

Séjour excellent, chambre très propre - dommage que le spa soit fermé ! Bravo au personnel et tout particulièrement au barman qui semble travailler non stop du petit déjeuner à la fermeture du bar à 23:00.

Séjour super. Dommage de nous vendre un bain turque qui n’est pas dispo. Salle de sport un peu limitée. Les parties communes sont super et la chambre était NIKEL. Nous voyageons avec un enfant de 6 ans. Super petit dej.

Very kind and helpful receptionist team who spoke good English. The food was good and free coffee and fruit. The Room was large and clean, small gym for basic work out. Nice lounge area for coffees and touchdown space

We had two rooms. One the AC was very strong consistent. The other room was the AC was not great. At first we thought it was due to the heat but when we went to my mom’s room it was MUCH cooler and stayed that way. Over all we traveled with my mom who is in a wheelchair and the hotel was excellent for her and those in wheelchairs. The uncovered parking was cheaper and secure and accessible for the chair. The shower was roll in you just need to ask for a tub chair and they will provide it. Great location within walking distance of the mall Eataly and easy driving to all the amazing museums.

Arrival/departure was smooth. Breakfast was great. Will book you early taxi to airport if needed. Would stay here again if in the area, especially for a conference.
