L’hôtel n’a rien avoir avec ce qui est affiché sur les photos. Les chambres sont super vieilles mais encore c’est pas le pire. Je n’ai jamais vu de chambre d’hôtel aussi sale. Le rideau de douche était carrément ROUGE tellement il était sale et la femme de ménage se contentait juste de faire le lit sans passer l’aspirateur ou quoique ce soit????? Franchement plus jamais. Passez votre chemin ou investissez dans un meilleur hôtel

Es una estafa, muestran fotos que no son reales, la habitación estaba sucia y se negaron hacer el cambio de habitación, pelos en las camas, papel en el piso del baño, ducha con moho, comida de otro huésped en nevera, piso sucio, extractor lleno de polvo y otras cosas más. Terrible experiencia.

Hébergement non conforme au photo, serviette trouée, il y avait du bubble gum dans la douche, un lit à ressort et un lit à latte. Sol pas propre… nous avons laissé nos bagages à la consigne, quand nous somme revenu il y avait un mouchoir usagé sur notre valise. À fuir !!!!!

This place looks nothing like its pictures-I swear they are of another hotel. My toilet wasn’t fascinated to the ground so it kept trying fall over. The pipe to the toilet had a huge hole and water sprayed out when you used it. The bed was ok but no air conditioning even though the site says it has it. Bugs, large centipedes and mold abounded. DONT STAY THERE!

Well, it’s very run down and dirty. They don’t even clean off the faucet handles or anything. They clean “just” enough. The TV is so small you can barely see it. Bed is horribly uncomfortable and also small. Our heat never worked the whole time we were there which was for 3 days. When we told the front desk girl…she basically said “ok, we’ll look into it” which they never did. They never offered to move us or even offer a free breakfast. The breakfast was lacking…no options at all. The juice…was colored water with no taste. We asked the first clerk what busses to take to get into Venice and he was kind to help us and write it down. The next morning we wanted to double check to make sure the busses we were taking were correct and the new clerk crossed everything out the first guy said and told us it was all wrong…for the record. The first guy was right. In a nut shell, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it was your last and only option.

I should have read the reviews because the rooms have no A/C and it was over 90°F (over 32°C) during my stay. The A/C is controlled by the front desk so we were suffocating in our room. Felt like it was turned off around 3am because I woke up and the room was super hot again. That alone is enough to ruin the trip! Additionally, the sink was clogged. I let the front desk know as we were leaving for the day that the sink was draining very slow and they said they would take a look at it. We came back and it was the same. We ended up brushing our face and teeth in the shower because it was so bad. I would avoid this place unless there is nothing else.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Hauptstraße die sehr stark befahren wird, daher auch der Verkehr Lärm. Leider fehlt hier auch hier die Hygiene.

Wir sind für drei Tage in dieser Hotel eingezogen, erster Zimmer war ein Horror Zimmer alles kaputt alte Zimmer altes Badezimmer prüfen kaputt dreckig auf dem Bodenstühle kaputt. Bettlehne so dreckig, es war einfach ekelhaft darauf hab ich mich beschwert hab ich auch zweite Zimmer bekommen. Die war einigermaßen akzeptabel. Trotzdem Badezimmer war kaputt Fliesen Abfluss Dusche Fenster dürft nicht auf dem Balkon da fehlte die ganze Lehne Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Diese Hotel hat keine drei Sterne wert und die ganze Zimmer waren alle hellhörig. Man konnte nachts nicht durchschlafen. Wenn anderen Gäste die Zimmer betragen hat man alles einfach gehört. Diese Hotel ist für mich nicht empfehlenswert nie wieder danke

3-stjernet hotel. Slidt og træt hotel. Centralt aircondition som ikke virkede optimalt. Morgenbuffet som ikke var pengene værd. Fin velkomst men man er ikke serviceminded og fik ikke udbedret de ting man kom med. Dryppende bruser, løbende toilet mm. Bad om tæpper da aircondition var for kold. Dem havde de ikke ved hotellet og skulle hentes. Løsningen var at slukke for aircondition hvilket gjorde værelset meget varmt. Sengene var udslidte og man havde en meget antik klædeskab.

The front desk attendant seemed very put-out every time she had to do her job. I'm used to a European standard where not everyone goes above and beyond to help when it comes to customer service, but she made it clear that she was annoyed with anything we asked of her. In addition to the other horrible things we asked of her (like checking us in), I asked if she could help me schedule a taxi for the next morning to take us to the airport. She said "No, no taxis come here that early. But we have a 'private' taxi that will take you for 50 euros cash. You have to walk down to the closest ATM which is 30 minutes away to get cash, because we do not take a card." I thought this was strange since it's 10 minutes from the airport, and I know taxis run all time of day or night. I just looked online (which I should have done to begin with) and scheduled one to come the next morning. BTW, it was only 35 euros, and they take a card. I'm guessing the 'private taxi' was her cousin, and she wanted some extra cash. There was NO air, and it was really hot in the room, the shower curtain was gross, and we were awakened all night every time ANYONE in the building flushed their toilet. My advice: Pay an extra 10 euros, and go somewhere else, PLEASE.

It was a cheap stay but the location is pretty misleading and is not a two minute walk into town and is a half hour or so journey into centre Venice as well as a 20 minute journey to airport. The staff were pretty rude and unhelpful except for one local receptionist with short hair who was really helpful and she was genuinely kind. It became a running joke with my partner that they didn’t have anything available such as ice or cutlery even though they have a kitchen out back. The walls were pretty dirty and slightly mouldy and the taps would drip and toilet constantly run which keeps you up. Air con is on but unable to control as comes from hall way. It’s cheap and ok for a short stay if that’s what you’re after. We took the 8E bus to mestre centro then the tram or 4L bus to Venice and the same back. Make sure to pay for a ticket each trip as there’s a large fine of €50 each. Make sure to get off at the stop after the Lidl on the way back or there’s a long walk. The bus drivers are extremely unhelpful and will just say they’re going your route even if they don’t understand.

Ottima posizione , hotel facilmente raggiungibile attraverso i mezzi pubblici. La colazione è ricca e abbondante ed il personale gentilissimo. Il bagno pulito, però manca il bidet. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

I wish to warn future guests at the Hotel Ariston not to use their card for any purchase in the Hotel like coffee, tea, water or breakfast etc. The people who run this Hotel Ariston use these facilities which you have to pay by card to get your details to overcharge their hotel guests. Both my wife and I were overcharge EUR€ 35.00 each on our respective cards. I showed the reception desk at the Hotel Ariston that I was overcharged by EUR€ 35.00 but they did nothing about it and I even emailed them after returning home to my country but Hotel Ariston did not reply. Needless to say that I will not be staying with Hotel Ariston again and would advise future guests that have to stay at this Hotel Ariston not to use their card for any purchase on the premises.

Staffs were helpful. The heater in my room didn’t work and it was freezing in my room. I didn’t get the room change but one staff gave me a blanket. The second time I said one blanket was not changed the temperature in my room. The night staff offered me a small heater and a big blanket. We would leave and get a new hotel if there were any hotel near by available. My husband was a bit sick too. It’s a nightmare for us.

Well, it’s very run down and dirty. They don’t even clean off the faucet handles or anything. They clean “just” enough. The TV is so small you can barely see it. Bed is horribly uncomfortable and also small. Our heat never worked the whole time we were there which was for 3 days. When we told the front desk girl…she basically said “ok, we’ll look into it” which they never did. They never offered to move us or even offer a free breakfast. The breakfast was lacking…no options at all. The juice…was colored water with no taste. We asked the first clerk what busses to take to get into Venice and he was kind to help us and write it down. The next morning we wanted to double check to make sure the busses we were taking were correct and the new clerk crossed everything out the first guy said and told us it was all wrong…for the record. The first guy was right. In a nut shell, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it was your last and only option.

When we arrived the reception tried to charge us eventhough we had payed in advance. However everyone else at the reception were helpful and nice during our stay after that. Our room was not one of those renovated ones that most of the pictures are of but I gues you get what you pay for eh.

3-stjernet hotel. Slidt og træt hotel. Centralt aircondition som ikke virkede optimalt. Morgenbuffet som ikke var pengene værd. Fin velkomst men man er ikke serviceminded og fik ikke udbedret de ting man kom med. Dryppende bruser, løbende toilet mm. Bad om tæpper da aircondition var for kold. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Hauptstraße die sehr stark befahren wird, daher auch der Verkehr Lärm. Leider fehlt hier auch hier die Hygiene.

Hôtel correct mais un peu trop éloignée de la ville si vous êtes a pieds.bien deservi par les transports.je n'ai pas aimé la douche dans ma chambre pas moderne est chambre mal isolé au niveau thermique.le personnel est serviable est à écoute c'est positif.

L’hôtel est situé a environ 30 minutes d’autobus de Venise ou 15 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt, mais ils ont attendu 14h avant de faire le checkin donc nous avons marché autour de l’hôtel. Tout était comme décrit, mais par d’air climatisé dans la chambre. Nous y étions en fin mai alors pas de problème, nous étions bien.

It was a cheap stay but the location is pretty misleading and is not a two minute walk into town and is a half hour or so journey into centre Venice as well as a 20 minute journey to airport. The staff were pretty rude and unhelpful except for one local receptionist with short hair who was really helpful and she was genuinely kind. It became a running joke with my partner that they didn’t have anything available such as ice or cutlery even though they have a kitchen out back. The walls were pretty dirty and slightly mouldy and the taps would drip and toilet constantly run which keeps you up. Air con is on but unable to control as comes from hall way. It’s cheap and ok for a short stay if that’s what you’re after. We took the 8E bus to mestre centro then the tram or 4L bus to Venice and the same back. Make sure to pay for a ticket each trip as there’s a large fine of €50 each. Make sure to get off at the stop after the Lidl on the way back or there’s a long walk. The bus drivers are extremely unhelpful and will just say they’re going your route even if they don’t understand.

Absolutely terrible hotel, I would not recommend it at all. I had to argue with the staff to make them understand that the first room I was given was absolutely nothing like the photos shown when booking. The showers are extremely old and clearly need to be renovated. One day, our room was not cleaned at all, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. And to make matters worse, even the coffee, despite being in Italy, does not seem to be homemade or freshly prepared. Overall, a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Rideau de douche sale et troué... L'hygiène de la douche laissait à désirer. Climatisation centralisée : tantôt il faisait froid, tantôt il faisait chaud. Lit trop petit (80cm de large, avec la crainte de se retourner et de tomber du lit). Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain (éclairage défaillant). Beaucoup de règlement comme celui de ne pas manger dans les chambres... Hébergement insuffisamment insonorisé et nuisance sonore nocturne. Bref ! Hôtel à éviter.

Funcionários solicitos, hotel com ar condicionado “CENTRAL” todos os quartos recebem o ar, querendo ou não, é na temperatura que os funcionários colocam e deixam. São muito organizados, porém inflexíveis para ceder em alguns pedidos. Café da manhã não vale os 7 € e muito longe da estação de trem para Veneza, acaba ficando caro. Cama de mola de ferro com um colçao muito fraco.

This hôtel is simply a scam. I spent one horrible night at it. The lobby is nice, the perfect trap. Then once you get to the rooms the horror unleashes. Nothing like the cover picture in Expedia. The air conditioning simply not working on a hot supper night: result obliged to sleep with windows open with the noise of the nearby highway. Everything is worn, old, not maintained. Absolutely one of the worst hotels I have been in years. It should be 1 star at most. Certainly not worth the 3 star ranking. Stay away.
