Had 2 towels for 4 people and the clerk couldn't understand why we couldn't share. Also wanted us to use the towels for the pool as well. Room was dirty, shower didn't work right and was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator wasn't working well. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was basically non-existent with no drinks. Paid $20.00 extra for a non smoking room to being right near a smoking room and had to walk through smoke to get to the pool or lobby. Security on the door didn't work right. No one was available on check out to speak to. I was concerned with my 10 and 13 yr old being at the pool by themselves without an adult being there because of the people we saw. No one had a comfortable night.

Management/desk staff were friendly and respectful; responsive to requests. Room was clean,comfortable and quiet. Good outdoor lighting. Sink is cracked and needs replacing; wooden bathroom door splintered at the bottom. Management made aware and looking to replace items. We did not feel the need to request a room change.

I don’t like the room entrance from outside of the building. The bathroom was not clean and had stains in the bath tub. Also, I had to pay extra for the one cat apart from what I paid to Expedia.

What I didn't like was that I was denied the reservation that I booked Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking (Mobility) They told me that they could NOT change the reservation made by Third Party I had a difficult time in taking a shower with nothing to hold on to getting in and out of the shower.

The room is very dirty. It smelled like marijuana. I had to clean the air filters that were black and filthy. The ceiling had spots all over it, and the walls had holes all over it. The room next to ours the window was busted out. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel. According to the website, they were supposed to have a hot breakfast and they only had chocolate chip muffins, bran cereal, and a container, and frosted flakes you could make your own waffle. If you choose to they did not have sugar-free syrup. And they didn’t have nothing to drink but coffee.

We had a pleasant stay for one night. Close to the downtown Mardi Gras activites. Check was easy. We only had 2 towels, would have been nice if they had 4 in the room for us. We never asked for anymore either, we just made do. The room could use a good deep clean.

I was the only person in line and check in took way too long. The room was tiny. The TV remote didn’t work and a maintenance guy had to come three times to get it fixed. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machine was out of order, no fresh fruit, warm yogurt that smelled bad.

There was a constant noise in the room; appeared to come from the refrigerator. The breakfast food was misleading. Hardly anything there. Shouldn't advertise that you have a continental breakfast. Also, when I checked in, I asked if I could have a ground floor room. The person behind the desk told me all the rooms on the ground floor were taken. After dinner (approx 7:00 PM) when we returned to our room, the parking lot wasn't even 1/3 full. This morning when we left at 6:00 A.M, the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full. I don't appreciate this type of service that the desk clerk could purposely misrepresent the availability of the lower floor rooms. I will not stay at this hotel anywhere.

I was asked to pay a $50 dollar deposit on a room, after front desk was rude for a room with a hole in the wall and a toilet that doesn’t flush. The shower water never got hot. I was extremely disappointed

The family that owns that motel are so nice and kind and wonderful and accommodating whenever I need a break from where I live I’ll get a room with a girlfriend and we’ll just have a girls night and we pick there. They’d really try to keep it safe and I recommend going there to anybody really for prices and they allow pets and they give you your pet deposit. They give you the deposit back as long as you don’t trash the room

The room smelled awful and they say they have breakfast but three pieces of bread and waffles are not breakfast there were a lot of unsavory people in the be back of the property drinking all night and loud music

The bathroom was nasty, the room was okay if you just need to sleep. I did not feel safe staying there. The lady at the front counter was very nice and kind.

The room is very dirty. It smelled like marijuana. I had to clean the air filters that were black and filthy. The ceiling had spots all over it, and the walls had holes all over it. The room next to ours the window was busted out. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel. According to the website, they were supposed to have a hot breakfast and they only had chocolate chip muffins, bran cereal, and a container, and frosted flakes you could make your own waffle. If you choose to they did not have sugar-free syrup. And they didn’t have nothing to drink but coffee.

We had a pleasant stay for one night. Close to the downtown Mardi Gras activites. Check was easy. We only had 2 towels, would have been nice if they had 4 in the room for us. We never asked for anymore either, we just made do. The room could use a good deep clean.

Had 2 towels for 4 people and the clerk couldn't understand why we couldn't share. Also wanted us to use the towels for the pool as well. Room was dirty, shower didn't work right and was dirty. Rooms & bedding was clean, bathroom was decent, could use a better housekeeper for bathroom cleaniness. Staff was GREAT!!! Breakfast could have more options. All in all would stay again

I was the only person in line and check in took way too long. The room was tiny. The TV remote didn’t work and a maintenance guy had to come three times to get it fixed. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machine was out of order, no fresh fruit, warm yogurt that smelled bad.

There was a constant noise in the room; appeared to come from the refrigerator. The breakfast food was misleading. Hardly anything there. Shouldn't advertise that you have a continental breakfast. Also, when I checked in, I asked if I could have a ground floor room. The person behind the desk told me all the rooms on the ground floor were taken. After dinner (approx 7:00 PM) when we returned to our room, the parking lot wasn't even 1/3 full. This morning when we left at 6:00 A.M, the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full. I don't appreciate this type of service that the desk clerk could purposely misrepresent the availability of the lower floor rooms. I will not stay at this hotel anywhere.

Comparing to the Super 8 by Wyndham stayed in the night before, this establishment should be ashamed of themselves and Wyndham should not be named as a part of them. PROS- make own waffle for breakfast. CONS- hardly anything offered for breakfast. The room 103 was GAWD AWFUL. When first opened the door it reeked of mold and mildew. Then the bathroom area was complete nastiness at its finest. Looked as if hadn't been cleaned in months. NEEDS complete makeover. Didn't feel comfortable to even take a shower. Only stayed out of necessity as thought it would match the level of the one we stayed at in another city due to our emergent last minute road trip. If get offered this room, DONT Accept it. Hopefully we don't develop anything in our lungs from breathing it in.

The room was filthy. There were no towels we had to go get some the floor was disgustingly dirty. It was supposed to be a no smoking room but reaked of smoke. I would not stay there again.

Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold in the corners of the shower. There’s mold on the piping underneath the sink. It’s literally everywhere. Stay literally anywhere else.

Front desk Peter was SUPER RUDE. He started arguing with me when I requested towels. You have to bring your dirty towels in order to get clean towels from the front desk and when I did, he mentioned that I should’ve done this earlier during the day because now he is out of towels completely. So I was just supposed to go without. It was around 5pm. He also made a problem when I asked to make a reservation for the next night. He said I had to do it on my own after calling me a scammer and claiming I was too young to check in a room I was already checked into… I’m 30 so thank you. They don’t have a guest laundry, even though it stated on the website. The outside of the hotel looks a lot better than inside the room we were in. Because of the bad service, we decided to check into the hotel across the street. Baymont for the next week . And the rooms are 10 times better and updated. Stuff is super nice as well.
