It is an old hotel with no elevator contrary to what you had posted on your website. We are seniors and my husband has a hard time with the stairs. The front desk was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in room 224 is interesting... If you want to use the toilet and close the door, you need to step into the step in shower otherwise you can't close the door... otherwise the shower was nice. The toilet paper feels like sand paper but in all it was an ok stay. The breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, apple juice, apples, yogurt, two cereals, milk, waffles, little muffins and bread.... good for a day start.

The look of the property was not appealing. The lobby restrooms we pretty gross and we had quite a wait to get checked in. When we arrived to our room, the keys did not work. We had to go back 2 more times to get them to work. On our third attempt, we were informed by another guest that their key could open any door on the premises. The unfortunate thing was that this issue was never actually addressed or taken care of, to my knowledge. We had to return 2 more times over the course of our stay to have our keys re-activated, which was quite frustrating and inconvenient. The room was clean overall, although the linens were quite dingy and it smelled of marijuana. I will say that there were no bugs and although the premises did not necessarily feel safe, there was very little noise and no issues with other guests. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful, always working hard and smiling. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Booked a non smoking 2 bed room and room smelled awful, paint falling off ceiling, stains on sheets, water damage on walls, gaps under entry door allowing bugs in. Booked last minute as all hotels in Valdosta were booked and would not recommend. Would honestly rather stay in my car next time.

I had a terrible experience at this property. Some of the events that I encountered: dying roach on the floor, different type of bug on the floor crawling around, smelled like smoke in a supposedly non-smoking room (ashtray on dresser), sink stop up. Total unacceptable!

The door to the room did not properly close. It looked like it had been kicked in. The stench was horrendous! There was mold in the bottom of the shower pan. The desk legs were broken and the top was carefully balanced and looked lime it could come crashing down. It was so bad we didn’t stay the night.

This entire property is deteriorating. Simple fixes go neglected. My previous visit my husband was charged $250 because I accidentally got period blood on the sheets. The woman at check in was friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. Generally filthy. The price point isn’t good enough for me to leave any praise. I’ve had cheaper rooms not leave me feeling like I’m taking bugs home with me. We even found cash beneath the seat cushion of the room’s chair. I’m sure that would have been nice to find for someone who CLEANED the room. Upon removing the sheets from the bed we found a roach. That wouldn’t bother me so much if it hadn’t been beneath the sheets we were SLEEPING ON. You can get a cheaper room that sucks a lot less elsewhere.

The breakfast was pretty good sausage eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and juice. The room smelled musty. In order to close the bathroom door to go to the bathroom you had to stand in the shower. The hairdryer looks like it had been left. On way too long because the cord was melted. There was rust on several of the picture frames. There was black mold, growing behind the bed. This property definitely needs some serious updating.

For the price, not bad but had I not brought my fabric spray and disinfectant wipes, I would not have been able to handle the smell or even try to sleep. The room I was in had a gross smell that I could only describe as wet dog mixed with mildew, heavy on the dog. The first towel that I touched had a bunch of stains on it so I just used it as a floor mat. The fitted sheet had some type of burn hole in it. Other than that, it was in a decent location with a Waffle House next door (with an awesome crew) and it was quiet.

Upon arrival I presented my service animal I.D. To Matt.Charge me for my service animal. Bed bugs, roaches. Bathroom door won’t close due wood touching floor. Cigarettes burns in bedding. This place is literally on its last legs! I had to stand in the shower to try to close the bathroom door, which would not close. The yellow/orange caulk around the sink was clearly loaded with some kind of fungus or bacteria. The cover over the comforter Had mysterious stains on it so we had to remove it. I guess for what we paid a night you can’t expect much but everything else in the area was sold out so we were stuck. Just know what you’re getting.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little cramped but still usable. There was quite a bit of noise during our stay, like someone was doing construction during the night. Over all it was a nice stay. We might do it again.

We confirmed our reservation at the begin of the week explained we are coming on late after an extreme long day got to hotel to find the reservations canceled and had to settle for 2 horrible rooms and they were more expensive the staff was unsympathetic and basically said take it or leave it

Dirty towels, wet carpet, smelled terrible, humidity stains on ceilings, shower drain conducive to flooding. General state of disrepair. Keycards stopped working. When confronted, receptionist’s reply was: “This is a workers’ hotel”. Had to be pressured before they would give us a better room. Poor customer service. Very disappointing. Property had nothing to do with what was advertised.

The look of the property was not appealing. The lobby restrooms we pretty gross and we had quite a wait to get checked in. When we arrived to our room, the keys did not work. We had to go back 2 more times to get them to work. On our third attempt, we were informed by another guest that their key could open any door on the premises. The unfortunate thing was that this issue was never actually addressed or taken care of, to my knowledge. We had to return 2 more times over the course of our stay to have our keys re-activated, which was quite frustrating and inconvenient. The room was clean overall, although the linens were quite dingy and it smelled of marijuana. I will say that there were no bugs and although the premises did not necessarily feel safe, there was very little noise and no issues with other guests. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful, always working hard and smiling. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location was convenient for the price during Homecoming. Staff were helpful, friendly and willing to assist with needs (extra blanket, pillow case, sheet). However, rooms were ill kept. At check in I got to room and through the door you could smell the marijuana. Asked for another room given key to a room that was occupied. My mom had another room that had the smell of marijuana and broken couch bed. Random smell of other drugs being smoked in courtyard. Drunk man wandering around trying doors with his key. Worst experience ever

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updating. Room and carpet were dirty with a musty odor. There was some sort of night club situation across the parking lot. Ok for quick 1 night stay during travel but certainly not ideal.

For the price, not bad but had I not brought my fabric spray and disinfectant wipes, I would not have been able to handle the smell or even try to sleep. The room I was in had a gross smell that I could only describe as wet dog mixed with mildew, heavy on the dog. The first towel that I touched had a bunch of stains on it so I just used it as a floor mat. The fitted sheet had some type of burn hole in it. Other than that, it was in a decent location with a Waffle House next door (with an awesome crew) and it was quiet.

The shower was not clean and the bathroom was sooo small you couldn’t shut the door and sit in the toilet. The breakfast was sub par at 8 o’clock there was barely anything left and no one at the front desk to check us out of the room. Thankfully we were only there for a quick overnight stay for a tournament. 10/10 would not recommend

It is an old hotel with no elevator contrary to what you had posted on your website. We are seniors and my husband has a hard time with the stairs. The front desk was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom in room 224 is interesting... If you want to use the toilet and close the door, you need to step into the step in shower otherwise you can't close the door... otherwise the shower was nice. The toilet paper feels like sand paper but in all it was an ok stay. The breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, apple juice, apples, yogurt, two cereals, milk, waffles, little muffins and bread.... good for a day start.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. Upon check-in, we were given dining options close by, which was very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good sausage eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and juice. The room smelled musty. In order to close the bathroom door to go to the bathroom you had to stand in the shower. The hairdryer looks like it had been left. On way too long because the cord was melted. There was rust on several of the picture frames. There was black mold, growing behind the bed. This property definitely needs some serious updating.

Breakfast was served fron 6 to 9. Went down at 7:30 theres only waffles mix was almost gone no syrup. Cold cereal hardly no milk. They had some kind of warm food but it was gone and told they was not putting out no more food. Only drinks available was coffee ( husband said it tasted bad.) Apple juice or water. Will never stay here again!!

Thought it was a very nice hotel. The only issue that I had was that breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:00 a.m. and they were out of most everything at 8:20. As I was looking forward to a good hot breakfast I was quite disappointed in that aspect.

Because of the lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately left without using the room. Unfortunately, I am now out the money despite never staying overnight.

This was an absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. The staff was lazy and rude and that’s before I got into the room of horror. You could barely shut the bathroom door because it was so close to the shower and wall.. you had to step back and stand back over the toilet to shut the door and this was called a ^ mini sweet ^.
