This was a pretty good price but it's not a great property. The so called breakfast was limited and the seating area was terrible. The build we stayed in, #2 the outside doors did not lock, in fact there were no locks installed on the outside main entrances there were holes where the locks should be but no locks, maintenance really lacking. The room was good, pretty clean and spacious. Would I stay there again...I don't know, probably not. I did like the location for easy access from I40 to US89.

It's outdated but the rooms are very comfortable. The backdoor entry wasn't working. The front entrance didn't lock so it was kept open. I got locked out the room the key didn't work 😑 glad my daughter was there to open it. The dinner is tiny tiny. But over all just stayed 1 night. No pool. No elevator.

The fridge was loud and the other guests were loud in the hallways at night. Did not have a pet area that had an appropriate place to use the bathroom. The areas were covered in lava rock which hurt pets feet.

Room was a bit smelly but otherwise reasonably comfortable and spacious. Building we were in had broken locks on both doors so was completely unsecured. Two of the three bottles of shampoo/soap in the shower were empty. Ice machine in building didn’t work. Breakfast was typical cheap hotel breakfast with no protein options besides yogurt, but the kids loved the waffle makers as always.

The back door to the building did not lock, so there was no security. The shower had some black mold in the grout, the curtain didn't reach the tub so the floor got wet and was slippery. The good thing, the freezer in the frig worked. The continental breakfast was lame.

The shower and bathroom sink did not drain. One staff member on duty, no maintenance person at hotel to help she tried in between checking people in. She put draino in both, didn’t work , had sewer smell in room. Deadbolt on door didn’t work, security problems. It was a king suite!! Very disappointing, couldn’t stay had to leave!

Overall the property was okay. It was reasonably priced and I didnt expect much but the sheets upon arrival had what looked like a blood spot on both bed sheets. The sheets looked clean but it was off puting to see a blood stain on both top bed sheets. The room was clean and fine for sleeping.

Unfortunately our room was placed right by the main entrance/exit. All hours of the night you can hear the door slamming of people going in and out. People loiter in the parking lot by cars that don’t belong to them smoking weed, beds are uncomfortable and people who stay upstairs have no consideration of others below them. Someone knocked on our door at 2:57 AM. Woke us all up. We’ve stayed here before, but don’t think we’ll be back. Room was clean overall, but it smelled extremely musty. Tried to open the window and air, but soon the room smelled of marijuana.

Gorgeous location with a stunning view of the mountain. Quiet and cozy. Room was big and clean with great amenities. Only real complaint is that the beds are rock hard :( I sleep on a firm mattress at home and this is excessively hard. Actually hurt my hips since I'm a side sleeper. Get some cheap mattress toppers to soften the beds up for goodness sake.

The bed was okay, not plush and seemed to be sitting on a high metal frame sticking out past the mattress. The phone in the room was not working which I realized when I tried to turn the front office. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear when someone was showering or watching tv. I was with my 2 kids for soccer tournaments on September 6th. One of my sun played in the morning and has another game by 1pm I was asking to check in early but the lady told me that they don’t have any available rooms before 3pm and my son needs a shower for the next game. I told her to cancel the reservation but she said she is gonna charge me a full amount. In the middle of our conversation if I payed 35 dollar she can give me a room I don’t say nothing because I need my son to take a shower but I don’t like to pay the extra money. When I walk to the room I see a lot of rooms available. They just charge you for their own benefits. This is not a good Customer Service and I don’t recommend anybody to be there. Its better to pay more in and stay somewhere else. I’m traveling a lot and I’ve been checking early too many times but I never get overcharge. This is my first experience.

Good property at descent price would stay here again. But I really have to compliment the staff. I had forgotten my wallet in the room the cleaning staff was in the room shorter we left and inform the front desk they phoned me repeatedly till I answered to make sure I got it back before we got to far away. Thank you!

Waited at the empty front desk for a long time before anyone showed up to check me in. The parking lot was full of garbage. Our room had a half a roll of toilet paper and when my husband went to ask for more he stood at the front desk for a very long time and no one came. One of the blankets on the bed had all sorts of stains on it. It was cheap so I guess I get what I pay for.

Most of the property was good except for the unfriendly staff. I believe they were the afternoon staff. The lady with black hair and glasses was just really unfriendly and acted annoyed/ mad at us for some reason. We just had a 7 hour drive, and they really ruined our stay.

The hotel was so much more than the price we paid. Clean and convenient. We were in Flagstaff on a family emergency and the staff, especially Ashley, took exceptional care for us! Many kudos to this motel.

My wife went down to the lobby around 4am to get some work done (did not want to wake the kids) and the night attendant (refused to give his name) refused to let her sit in the lobby under the excuse that he was “mopping”. He was definitely not mopping and was likely asleep in the room next to the front desk. My wife would have been happy to sit on one end of the lobby while he “mopped” the other end but when she posed this option, he told her to either “go to your room” or go to our “sister hotel” and that she could “walk there” at 4am in the dark. When my wife asked him for his name, he initially just stared blanky at the screen and then told her that he could have her “removed for trespassing or kick us out of room for being difficult”. Needless to say we checked out 2 nights early and found another place to stay at and when I asked the young lady for the night attendants name she also refused to provide me with name and subsequently refused to give me her name as well. We called, texted and emailed the “manager on duty” Mrs. Munoz with ZERO response.

The stay was excellent. The only drawback was actually finding the location off Hwy 40. You have to pay close attention to the road exit and make an immediate right to reach hotel; it's not marked well. Otherwise, you will end up blocks away and have to find your way back.

Our room was clean and well stocked. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the breakfast area is so small for that many rooms. My family was unable to find anywhere to sit and it was very crowded, waffle batter ran out just before we got through the line too.

The facility was actually split into two separate buildings. We fortunately stayed in the first that was connected to the breakfast area. The room was clean. Breakfast was most waffles, cereal, and toast. There was amply seating.

Comfortable beds. Everything in the room worked. Pleasant staff. Next to a good pizza place. The dispensers in shower had a good scent and were easy on the skin. Would only suggest they add eggs to breakfast.

Breakfast options were nice and it was good to have in-room coffee, fridge and microwave. The vending machine had water and sodas but I think $3.50 for a bottle of water is too much.

Really enjoyed the stay with the family. Rooms were nice, but there was no elevator in our building (we had to haul luggage up stairs). Breakfast in the main lobby was good, but sort of a smaller space and got crowded when more families showed up. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

Not dog friendly but dog allowed- for additional unposted fee that equals 50% of the room rate. Maybe it was because of the dog but our room was in poor condition, broken bathroom sink, shower old barely a trickle, AC needs maint & cleaning as does the bathroom vent, fridge didn’t work, coffee machine in room & lobby didn’t work correctly- in room coffee sprays everywhere in lobby produced watery coffee, food is all carbs and not a pleasant lobby set up. We had non-refundable reservation and got in late with a car needing repairs- but were woken up by noise at 5 AM, probably because of our room location. Positives: rest of bldg & outside looks nice and the mattress was thick & comfortable, bedding and basic surfaces were cleaned on the daily - just not the occasional deep clean needed My husband stayed once 2 years ago and his experience was better than this - maybe mgmt has changed?

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had a lot of great choices. The staff was great and very accomodating to our dog and us. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. My only issue was that I asked for rooms as far away from the train tracks as possible. Our daughter and son-in-law had room 101, which couldn't have been any closer to the train track than it was. However, they loved their spacious room and were not bothered by the train noise. We were in 123 and I had a little trouble sleeping the first night, but on the second night I didn't. The back building might have been better as far as train noise, but perhaps it was not available at the time. We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

The pillows were like a zillion 1-2" cubes of foam tossed into a bag. very lumpy and difficult to get comfortable. the room was very clean. the a/c drowned out the sound of the shower dripping and the trains in the distance. in case you didn't notice, but there are no elevators. also, i don't think there is enough parking for the number of rooms. we ended up parking in a dirt area alongside the building. would i stay here again? no. is it good enough for the lower price? i suppose.
