2BR Urban Oasis DC Access with Lux Comforts

The rooms were clean with minimal decor. The location was great. We felt safe walking around. There were several restaurants in walking distance both for breakfast and evening meals, and a Whole Foods was located a couple of blocks away. Our only issues were with parking and towels. We only needed parking for 2 of the 7 nights we were there, but were required to pay for all 7 nights. Also the parking permit was not in the room, with the garage door opener and we had to wait for a while to get confirmation from the host to approve the concierge to fill out a parking permit for us. The host’s responses were not being received on the app, but they ended up texting. The concierge quoted a lower price for the permit than we were charged. The host said it was because it was on a first come basis. As far as the towels were concerned, only 1 towel per person was supplied while. While that is sufficient for a couple of nights, it is not for a week stay. No laundry detergent was available so we had to go to Whole Foods to buy some, not a huge problem, but still…Overall we had a great stay.

Location was great -just a couple blocks to the metro. loved having to King beds -unfortunately the mattresses provided little support. Our biggest complaint was that it is a corner apartment directly across from Amazon headquarters and the shades were only privacy shades, not light blocking - so the room was well lit all night long.

Perfect place to stay when visiting DC. Metro station just minutes away and right on the main lines. Neighborhood is nice, safe, and filled wiht any shopping and dining locations you can imagine. We simply parked the car if the site's garage and used public transportation the remainder of our stay. Grear place. Great host.

I had an absolutely great stay at this property. The unit is equipped with all the essentials you will need. The gym is well maintained for those who like to get a quick workout in. It's in a neighborhood that has a lot to offer*restaurants, whole foods, mall and metro*. Communication with the management was top tier. The commute to DC is very easy. I will definitely book again. Be sure to check out Ruth's Chris Arlington 5 mins away by car for an amazing view & happy hour. Maker's Union across the street has great bites & happy hour as well.
