Good stay except for they do not take responsibility for the broken washers, dryers or vending machines, all which took quite a bit of my money and would not reimburse it, I was told to "call a number". This isn\'t responsible business practice, if you have these things on motel property for people to use then you need to be prepared for fixing, cleaning & reimbursing people if they are not in working order. After several days of them not being fixed there are still NO signs on any of the machines letting people know they are out of order which means the motel is still making money off them to unsuspecting people there. That\'s not ok, period.

I like the staff, easy check in but the amenities on the property need to be maintained for use! The washer/dryers rarely work, vending machines rarely work, both thing take your money but there are no refunds. The ice machine on the east side of property has never worked.

Hotel is good for a one night stay while passing through. Stayed 5 nights. No housekeeping. No coffee anywhere. Pool was closed the whole time. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. No tissues in the room. Had to use toilet paper. I guess you get what you pay for

It was about what I would expect from a Motel 6. Mostly clean, no bed bugs, bare bones, smelled like the last guest vaped. BUT there is mold in the bathroom of this unit (155). The floor needed to be cleaner. I bought my slippers!

The bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling. It smelled awful. And it looked like old blood or something was on the wall above the beds. We spoke with the front desk and they were rude and unhelpful so we left.

Bathroom dirty. Rust present on door hinges of bathroom. Stains in shower, shower current not clean. Stayed here last year in different section of building and it was good. Had we stayed in this section of the building last year, we would never have returned.

The property was conveniently located and had sufficient parking. The room was clean however the only issue is the smell of cigarette in the room when it's supposed to be a NON-Smoking room. I don't smoke and the smell of cigarette is gross and makes me sick. So, throughout the night I kept waking up because the smell was not pleasant.

The area around here looks nice and it’s quiet. The room was the issue:( We found dirty towels in the room-gross. And we also found two chapsticks left in the towel cubby that belonged to someone who was in the room before us I’m assuming. It just made me question overall cleanliness. Also I found a hair in the shower. I called the front and they brought clean towels. Thanks, but the room was dirty in general. I was too tired to leave and find another hotel or even switch rooms. Oh well:( Oh!! And the AC did not seem to work. Room was stuffy and had an odor to it.

The smell was making me want to throw up, it was a non smoking room but reeked of cigar. The microwave was dirty, shower had unknown hair, walls had water damage and hole, toilet seat was busted up, and all in all a terrible night of sleep.

Tub drain backed up; Bathroom door wouldn't close properly. Good location, parking. Difficult to find the front desk clerk, but they were very friendly and helpful. Smell of cigarette smoke came through the vents or something.

This place was ok. I couldn’t expect much for the price. It was loud though. People above us stomped around almost all night and in the early morning. I couldn’t imagine why they needed to be moving around that much. Also the freeway was across from our room so the noise from the cars was a little much at times. Other than that it was fairly clean and staff was friendly.

Checkin lady was nice. Fast checkin. Comfy beds. Good clean room. The only problem we had was the road noise. We were in the back,and there is a bridge on the interstate behind the building. I kept getting woke up over and over,and at 4am,got woke up and couldn't go back to sleep because it was so loud .

Look… it’s a cheap place. I knew that going in. So my expectations were in alignment with that. Outside is fine and a decent location. However… The room wreaked of an overpowering curry smell. Absolutely awful. The smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out. The heater/AC unit was broken. All the plastic buttons broken clearly from previous guests being frustrated that it didn’t work. Obviously been that way a long time. The place knows it and just doesn’t care.

Our stay at Motel 6 in Claremont started off smoothly with a quick check-in, though the process was a bit minimal, and we didn’t even receive any information about the Wi-Fi. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the outside environment was peaceful and quiet, which was a plus. However, the room left much to be desired. As soon as we entered, the strong smell of Fabuloso cleaner was overwhelming. The room appeared to have been cleaned, but it still felt like it had been lived in, with signs of wear and tear everywhere. The bedspread had small holes, and both the curtain and shower curtain had noticeable holes as well. There was also a persistent urine odor that was hard to ignore. While the grounds were nice and the area was calm, the room did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness. For the price, I expected more attention to detail, especially in the upkeep of the room.

We were there for 4 nights total. My husband checked in before me and my kids arrived later in the evening! Our first night was okay! The 2nd night our key wasn’t working to get into the room, it was already late at night so mind you we were tired! I was told my husband had to be there since the room was under his name which is understandable! But when he checked in the 1st man knew I was there and didn’t ask for my ID as part of the room holder. So when we requested a new room key the 2nd man was being really rude to me and my husband and threatened to kick us out in the middle of the night because we stated we were not told about my ID. Then our 3rd morning I kept smelling what smelled like “cat urine” and found the source to come from our hotel pillows. We asked for a replacement and were told they would bring new ones. We came back 6 hours later and same pillows were still there! I called and went in late at night on our 3rd night and asked for new ones and still never revived them. Room service never came. Worst customer service ever. Also I understand pets are allowed, but all you smell around property is cat and dog pee and our whole took smelt like smoke

Front desk employee was rude and bad at his job. During my time there I booked a 2 queen bed room for me and my 17 year old sister. My sister had gone out to buy some food later that night and came back crying because the front desk employee had told her she was trespassing and wanted her to leave the property. After she explained herself he accused her of lying and told her I had only booked a room for one person. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend spending the night there.

Front desk employee was rude and bad at his job. During my time there I booked a 2 queen bed room for me and my 17 year old sister. My sister had gone out to buy some food later that night and came back crying because the front desk employee had told her she was trespassing and wanted her to leave the property. Very very rude customer service I paid for two day's on my card and my id and he said he would not take my boyfriend I'd off his phone his wallet was stolen and he ordered a new one dose not come in for 3 more weeks so he would not check us in eas very mean and profile us and we had to sit outside in the heat to figure out what we were going to do and stay and on top of that he stresses me out so bad I was having an anxiety attack and I 2 months pregnant so this was such horrible service and he was very very rude to me and my boyfriend this is very poor service and not good guy that day that was working that day never again will we stay there or refur it to any family or friends.

The night man Franco asked me how much to come to my room during my stay and because I turned him down he harassed me in the middle of the night following me saying I don’t have a room there and to leave. I told the front desk they did nothing and did not care. This place is dirty and sketchy always weirdos outside all hours of the night and he had the nerve to harass me. Waste of money.

The guy who works during the day i believe his name is Frankie has always been AMAZING. He has always been a pleasure behind the counter. I would suggest to check in with him during the day. The cleaning staff is also very kind and will help make sure ur stay is as comfortable as possible. But on the flip side The guy at night is very unpleasant and rude, and will talk to you like ur annoying him. I told him he didnt have to be so rude i was just asking for a smoking room and he told me to get the F*** out and never come back. If it wasnt for him this would be the perfect Motel 6.

The cleaning staff is also very kind and will help make sure ur stay is as comfortable as possible. But on the flip side The guy at night is very unpleasant and rude, and will talk to you like ur annoying him. I told him he didnt have to be so rude i was just asking for a smoking room and he told me to get the F*** out and never come back. If it wasnt for him this would be the perfect Motel 6.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well stocked with extra towels (for 2 people) and lots of good dining options and a short bus ride to the village. Will definitely stay here again as a budget option next time I visit Claremont

Clean room. Nice landscaping. Friendly staff. Only soap, no other toiletries, but I bring my own anyway. Close to the Claremont Colleges. Very affordable.

The rooms on the freeway side is bad . Very noisy at night . Saw many homeless people getting into the property. Very good location close to many shops n restaurants. Just gets scary at night when you see non guest walking around and going thru the dumpster. Will be nice to have security walking around

We stayed here one night and have no complaints. Room was clean, several restaurants within walking distance, and it’s a convenient location, close to airport right off interstate. Check in was smooth and they accommodated our 1:30am arrival.

Location is good. Noise (next to freeway) is big. Service average. Keys did not work twice, had to walk all the way to front desk to reset. Not a word of sorry from front desk. Internet spotty.

This hotel was great for my very short stay. Desk staff was so friendly. The room was clean, needing some small fixes (chipped paint and other items). Easy fixes would make this place sparkling but it doesn’t seem like a huge priority for the low price compared to other hotels in the area. Close to local universities and freeway, but close to freeway on-ramp so be prepared for auto noise! Also, so strange, loud parakeet sounds all night! I couldn’t tell if they were in the room next door or within the structure of the building. Super odd! Other than that, I got there late, slept well, and left in the morning. It was tidy, inexpensive, and convienient.

It was a motel 6, so just a normal stay, no high expectations. Things were in working condition, and everything seemed clean. There’s a Denny’s, McDonald’s, and gas station walking distance which is super convenient.

No water in sink. Shower control is dumb. No hot water, warm only. Dirty, black hairs in sink. No coffee, cheesy toilet paper. No extra blanket. No room service in entire 5-day stay. On checkout, clerk said we should have requested service when we checked in. This is the second sub-standard Motel 6 stay this year. The ONLY reason to stay here is price. We'll pay the extra $20 and move up a notch. We'll never stay at Motel 6 again

I've unfortunately stayed at this location at least a hundred times in the past couple of years, and it's by far the most unhygienic, sketchiest M6 location I've ever stayed at. I tolerated it for the price and location, but now have no reason to not leave a review. Obvious drug dealing or maybe even trafficking is being allowed, there are constant visitors and constant noise even on weeknights with people blaring their speakers as they circle the lot. The housekeeping rarely has rooms available on time, and sheets and towels are often visibly dirty, smell of mold, or seem to have not been changed from the last guest. Cockroaches too, in every first floor room I've stayed in. Some rooms smell so strongly of cat or dog urine that it's clearly not cleanable. Piles of trash bags sit outside for days letting litter blow into the wind. Guests sit outside their "non smoking" room and smoke cigarettes and more with no concern for how it affects other guests. I even had a ring stolen, the only thing I inherited from my dead father, and chose not to report it to police to avoid innocent people being targeted by ICE. The ownership is clearly unconcerned with the cleanliness or safety of the property, and anyone considering this property should avoid it if they are able to.
