Bra service vid incheckningen. Det enda problemet var att det inte gick att använda debit kortet. Verkar vara ett problem på vissa hotell. Skaplig frukost. Lite lyhört. Börjar bli lite slitet

Worst place ever. Staff was rude refusing to move us room when the bed was broke Breakfast was microwaved and tasted so bad.

This will be the first review I've ever made. And here are the list of reasons. Me and 3 other guests took room 306, 1 bathroom for all 3 of us and the sink is clogged and smells like sewage. Which would've been something I usually settle of but every time you used the sink the dirt and hair from the previous people came up so it was gross. There were public hairs in and on the toilet when we got there. Then the next day the power went out for a long while, what could they do about it..but it was just another thing added to the list. Breakfast was AMAZING there, and the AC worked amazingly too! Parking was packed. Guests were friendly, most staff was friendly, the one checking you in wasn't so friendly but she was the only one there with crowds of people swarming her, so she was very professional at least.

After choosing the hotel and agreeing to the rate, I chose the pay at property option. Upon check in. I gave the receptionist my credit card and ID. The receptionist ignored my agreeded upon rate from Hotels.com and billed my credit card for an excessively higher rate in 2 transactuons. I immediately questioned them and showed them my receipt from Hotels.com. They said that when I signed the pad at the front desk acknowlwdging my identity that I agreed to the rate. I told them no, that I only agreed to the rate from Hotels.com. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that none were available. They said they would let management know and they wiuld fix the issue before we checked out. I stopped by twice to get new room keys due to them bot wirking and to check the status of the billing issue being corrected and was told that it wasn't corrected yet but that management was aware. I stopped by the reception desk on Monday evening due to my room keys again not working (3rd day) and I looked in my room window and saw that my room had not been cleaned all day. The nanager was there at the desk. I toldcthem about my room keys nit working and he said that I checked out. I said mtvreservation had me checking out on Tuesday and showed him my receipt showing a Tuesday checkout and also told him about being charged a higher rate. He wrote down the rates from my Hotels.com receipt and said he would correct it. I checked my bank statement and was charged over $300 more!!
