Comfortable room, great AC and king size bed. We enjoy a free breakfast and they had toast, egg bites, pasties and yogurt as well as 2 coffee machines and juice! And water! One of the outlets on one side of the bed was not working, and there was a leak under the sink which we didn’t notice and wet our stuff. But not a huge deal. Would have been nice to have more time to use the amenities a little later (pool, hot tub, fitness center). It was a very comfortable stay, and we would definitely visit Los Gatos again!

Convenient location and very nice room. Parking was easy and having EV chargers was very helpful. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Not much selection and I would expect much better quality.

Location is excellent. Loved the jacuzzi and the gym. Nice w. Complimentary light breakfast (omelett muffins, toast, yoghurt, juice and coffee)

parking was easy. walkable area, very nice. layout of room was amazingly well thought out. there were actually not enough lounge chairs around the pool. no AC in 'exercise room" which was really just a few machines. Shower pressure pretty bad. AC did work great. toilet clogged and suspect this is a chronic problem. after clearing it maintenance did not call anyone to clean the bathroom which was strange. we were told late checkout was possible but then told suddenly "there is a waiting list due to holiday and not enough staff" which we felt we should have been put on the list when we first asked, then. also not great to have "not enough staff" at these room prices!

We were very pleased with this hotel. Aside from the fact that it was extremely clean, it was also very secure. You could not enter the buildings without a key card, even from the parking garage. Would definately stay here again.

The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we were told a light breakfast was included with the room, I found it to be delicious and plentiful. Loved the mini crustless quiches!

Clean & well decorated hotel. Our room was ample and well distributed, but poorly located between a kitchen & a bathroom. One room balcony faced the parking lot where the trash bins are - so it is **very** noisy very early when trash is picked up

We stayed at this style hotel as we were in town for a wedding. We had stayed here before and were happy with the accommodations and our overall experience. This time was different. The front desk personnel are inexperienced and more than a bit clueless. Our check-in was rocky as our room wasn't ready. The clerk told us to come back later, but was unable to check us in and notify when the room was available. Just a short, "come back." When we did return, a different clerk told us room was still not ready, and when informed of prior clerk's "come back" directions, he kept telling us over and over that he was just coming on duty and knew nothing. Trouble was that the room HAD been ready all along, but housekeeping had neglected to status it correctly and the first clerk didn't check with them. Room was generally good, but the tile grout in the bath was a moldy. They need to have better attention to detail as it was very noticable. Being a holiday weekend, we knew we had limited options, so put up with it. Upon checkout, when asked for a copy of my folio showing zero due, the clerk on duty was again clueless and kept telling me I had booked through a 3rd party and she couldn't do that. After I instisted on this receipt (since they had swiped my card for amenities I never used), she finally asked someone for help and they got me what I needed. It's obious this hotel doesn't have very high customer service standards, good training, or both. For what we pay, I expect five star.

unfortunately we lost power at the property for a bit. The hot tub was not working. The room wasn't properly vacuumed. The staff didn't mention anything about our VIP booking. We had to ask about the wine. When checking out. We called and asked for a late check out. We got a phone call at the normal check out that we need to check out. I reminded them we already called earlier for late check out. And got approved. She said she has notes about it. And wasn't friendly. Instead of apologizing and saying “no problem” she was trying to get us to leave. The property was not at capacity hardly anyone there. The pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable. There was no sheets in the room for it or on the mattress. Only a pad blanket that is suppose to serve as a mattress protector? Not sanitary at all. The water in the shower did not hold heat either. After 5 mins would go cold. We had to leave the faucet water running to get hot water.

We stayed here over new years of 2023 -2024; the hotel and room is nice; but it had so many niggles that’s it’s hard to recommend outright. There is an underground garage to park in, what they didn’t tell you is that there is a steep ramp going into it, my regular sedan car going slowly bottomed out. For sure I’m not the first to have this happen to. The staff on check in should disclose this problem; and frankly it should be fixed. The room is nicely appointed but lacks interior lighting, it’s really dim when the sun goes down. The shower is made unnecessarily narrow with shower doors handles that encroach on your space. Yes I hit my elbow a couple times. Additionally for such a nice place the mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash makes this place feel more like cheap hotel. Additionally the drain didn’t work properly and the shower head was disconnected from the wall. The grout in shower is not cleaned well, there was mold formations. The towels were nice. The bed was quite comfortable; the pillows too were good. The dried blood spots on the sheets, not so great and that should have been noticed and not put on the bed. I personally didn’t see it straight away because it was under the duvet and appeared in am when the cover was pulled back. The room had large modern tv, but it lacks the ability to stream from your device to the monitor a bit of a let down. Last point The front desk lacked knowledge on how to split pay at checkout and no mgr was there to help.

Beautiful Mediterranean style hotel in a great location in Los Gatos. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Also ate at Dio Deka, the restaurant on site. Delicious! Would definitely return. 😊

THe hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so nicely decorated and not your standard layout. Our room was extremely hot and we could not turn the air below 68 degrees. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was nice, but could have included more fruit, different types. The hotel is walking distance to any restaurants, shops, anything you need.

We had paid for a deluxe room but our room had not balcony. The lighting in the room was poor. Needed better electrical outlets - one of the plug sockets did not work. Property is charming but some things need to be upgraded to make it a great property.

The water heater went out. Would’ve been nice to take a shower before our dinner reservation. Woke up in the morning to people above us running and stomping loud. For the price we paid, wasn’t worth it. Staff was accommodating and helpful. However, wouldn’t stay again. We stayed in the King Grand suite.

We were greeted with a lovely smile by Ashley at the front desk. I can’t remember the name of the other gentleman at the front desk but both were very lovely people and helpful. By far the hotel is gorgeous so you feel as though you are in Paris or Europe somewhere. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms were clean, well stocked with toiletries and much more. In hotel restaurant unique and quite fancy. If you are a hamburger sort of person you might want to eat elsewhere. But the food is very good. The prices are reasonable and won’t break the bank.

The check in was the worst. Waited over 30 minutes to be helped because there is only one computer and the person in front of us had an issue with their reservation. Check in room assignment: did not follow the requested room with balcony, assigned room w balcony, however located the farthest from T He elevator. I am handicapped using a walker. For a highly rated hotel there was no help with luggage. My wife had to push a luggage cart to the elevator and down a long hallway. Receptionist should have recognized that we are elderly in need for some help. Do not plan to use this hotel again. During the last 2 years we stayed at Hotel Los Gatos oabout 50+ nights.

We stayed at this style hotel as we were in town for a wedding. We had stayed here before and were happy with the accommodations and our overall experience. This time was different. The front desk personnel are inexperienced and more than a bit clueless. Our check-in was rocky as our room wasn't ready. The clerk told us to come back later, but was unable to check us in and notify when the room was available. Just a short, "come back." When we did return, a different clerk told us room was still not ready, and when informed of prior clerk's "come back" directions, he kept telling us over and over that he was just coming on duty and knew nothing. Trouble was that the room HAD been ready all along, but housekeeping had neglected to status it correctly and the first clerk didn't check with them. Room was generally good, but the tile grout in the bath was a moldy. They need to have better attention to detail as it was very noticable. Being a holiday weekend, we knew we had limited options, so put up with it. Upon checkout, when asked for a copy of my folio showing zero due, the clerk on duty was again clueless and kept telling me I had booked through a 3rd party and she couldn't do that. After I instisted on this receipt (since they had swiped my card for amenities I never used), she finally asked someone for help and they got me what I needed. It's obious this hotel doesn't have very high customer service standards, good training, or both. For what we pay, I expect five star.

The staff is not friendly or accommodating. My husband arrived at the hotel first and they told him he couldn’t check in. Poor guy was on a call for work and had to take it in the lobby. When I called to talk to them about it, they put me on hold for several minutes. Also, we tried to grab a bottle of water from the gym on our way out for a walk and the cleaning lady made us put them back. She said they were for customers of the gym. The refrigerator in our suite also was not cold

Really great little place in central Los Gatos. Wonderful room. Front desk clerk (Ashley) went to truly great efforts to return a couple of jackets I left behind, which really raises their value in my book. Will definitely stay there again (close to one of our favorite CA wineries).

The stuff needs to be more friendly but I was very happy with Ashly. They are always late few minutes to set up the breakfast. The rooms with connecting door are NOT quiet.

Convenient location and very nice room. Parking was easy and having EV chargers was very helpful. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Not much selection and I would expect much better quality.

Bed was great after they placed a mattress topper. Bad customer service at front desk. Housekeeping very good. Breakfast is continental only in the lobby, not a cafe or restaurant setting. Separate formal dinner restaurant is expensive Greek food.

The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we were told a light breakfast was included with the room, I found it to be delicious and plentiful. Loved the mini crustless quiches!

This property is my new favorite spot for staycations. I LOVED everything about this location. The ONLY thing missing was the ability to order food and drink at the pool (one could order food to be delivered). The restaurant was only open after 5:00 PM. However, the restaurant/bar is exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing confusing to me is having "VIP access", but I never receive any of the benefits.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the center. The room was comfortable, but nothing more. On the other hand, it's really unacceptable that a 4-star hotel can't offer a real breakfast buffet worthy of the name.

Beautiful Mediterranean style hotel in a great location in Los Gatos. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Also ate at Dio Deka, the restaurant on site. Delicious! Would definitely return. 😊

Right in the heart of a niche Bay Area city is this premium property. It won't be the least expensive hotel or motel in the surrounding area, but most visitors here are looking for high quality and surely you will feel it in the hotel, its amenities and the surroundings.
