Casa Frati Suites & Villas

Fantastiskt läge vid stranden, personalen på hotellet var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Tillhörande beach club var också mycket trevligt och med mycket bra och service minded personal. Maten och drinkar var mycket goda på I Frati. Något obekväma sängar och stora hårda kuddar på rummen. Poolområdet är inte så mysigt, mycket trevligare att vara på stranden.

Our stay at Casa Frati was perfection from start to end! We were met by the lovely Eleni who was so welcoming showing us around then allowing us to enjoy a complimentary cocktail while our bags were taken to the room, the room was really nice with a stunning view of the sea and a lovely walk in shower. The bed and pillows were very comfy and rooms were cleaned daily, we slept well and felt very rested each day. Eleni was super helpful even before we arrived Eleni effortlessly arranged a transfer to collect us from the airport who was waiting for us when we arrived and she went above and beyond every day to make our stay the best experience which it really was. We cannot express the friendliness and level of customer service we received at Casa Frati from Eleni to the wonderful ladies that clean the rooms daily, to the great people at Ifrati where we had a stunning breakfast each day, thank you all so much! We had the best holiday and left with great memories we will cherish! With special thanks to Eleni for making our stay so relaxing and stress free helping us make the most of our stay, we will miss you smiling face greeting us each day.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and in a great location for exploring the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. Instead of a standard check-in, we were given a short tour of the property, a welcome drink, and a list of recommended places to visit around the island. It was such a thoughtful touch and really turned the check-in into an experience rather than just a formality. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and serviced to a high standard every day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was always fresh, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a little more variety for guests staying for longer periods, as after two weeks the selection became a bit repetitive. However, everything was consistently delicious and well prepared, so this certainly didn't take away from our overall experience. We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Everything perfect, nice and very helpfull staff, clean hotel, beach view, pool... Beakfast could be better- everyday the same brad,(only sweet choice- honey, marmelade) sometimes a bit old bread, 5 choices form menu 3 of them egg menu, appreciate more fruits, vegetables and more variety...but staff in restaurant very nice

For such a reasonable price, the property and its staff were top notch. It was right next to the beach, the stay comes with delicious breakfast, and the locations had many restaurants to choose from. Erjona and Elena went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend this place.
