We spent the past weekend, Labor Day at the establishment. The room was ok, except there was trash in can in the Master bedroom. Also the grass needed to be cut, spider's and leaves on the porch. Biggest problem was that we were NOT told where we needed to park. Because of that we were woke up in the middle of the night, very rudely by the upstairs tenant. Apparently we were parked in the wrong place and we needed to move immediately!!!!! All in all I would NEVER recommend this for anyone and I would NEVER stay here again

Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning walk. Easy 20-30 minutes to the falls and other attractions we did while there.
