The Gite at Chateau Magdeleine Bouhou

Le gîte Magdeleine Bouhou est tout simplement extra. Nous avons passé un week-end idyllique entre amis. Les plus de ce gite : la propreté, la proximité de Blaye et des commerces, le jardin et l’environnement au calme et enfin la mise à disposition de vélos pour les locataires !!La cuisine, les salles de bain sont modernes et super fonctionnelles. La literie est très bonne. La piscine est petite mais très suffisante pour un court séjour.En conclusion, à louer sans modération !!

This is an exceptional property on a vineyard outside of Bordeaux. We found the areas of Bordeaux and Blaye convenient, friendly, historic and full of Old World Charm, while escaping the chaos of Paris. The property is well appointed, in excellent repair and offered many outdoor activities perfect for families. The outdoor wine barrel plunge pool was so much fun and bicycles for everyone to explore the vineyard and town. The groceries were 3 minutes away and it all made for a relaxing family holiday in a picturesque setting. The staff is excellent and we loved the property so much, we plan to recreate this holiday within the next few years at the same property. 5 Stars is an understatement!

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. Very child friendly and well equipped.

This property is exactly as pictured. The home was perfect for our family consisting of my husband, our three adult daughters and their husbands, my sister and me. The home is well equipped for groups our size. The setting is absolutely beautiful. While on the property you feel secluded, but stores and restaurants are minutes away. We had one mechanical issue which was corrected in less than fifteen minutes. Our children enjoyed the tour of the winery and the wines were wonderful! Loved everything about this beautiful home.
