The room was clean and comfortable, although the double bed was small for two. It had air conditioning and heating. The staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is excelent, a couple of blocks from the bus stop and about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. We found everything excellent and would definitely choose it again.

After staying at this hotel, I was surprised at the overall low rating. While it is an older property, it was clean and well-kept. The location was convenient to off-site parking and metro. It was only about a 45 minute walk to the National Mall. The neighborhood was nice.

Hotel muito velho, mal localizado, não tem elevador, cama razoável mas banheiro e chuveiro horrorosos, mal tem lugar para apoiar as malas e persianas que não funcionam. Na recepção ficam jovens bem intencionados mas totalmente despreparados em hotelaria. Muito ruim.i

I told myself "at least it's cheap!" because the photos looked horrifying, but the Windsor Inn is quiet, charming, and the photos don't do it justice. No elevator might bother some folks, and having a bathroom sink in the sleeping area was strange, but the shower was clean with good water pressure. Wi-Fi was reliable with a secure network. Front desk staff was very friendly and held my luggage for a few hours after checkout. Neighborhood is serene and beautiful with some cheap food options (Bandit Taco) nearby. Can't beat it for the price!
