Trash from previous tenants left in back yard and on the grill, trash cans full of trash when we arrived, paw patrol arcade game broken (easy fix for me) worst of all is there were cockroaches found in multiple locations within the house. Host and property owners did offer a partial refund for our stay due to us having to throw out snacks that were stored in pantry and had bugs in them and my daughters foldable cot that they got into as well. Pretty sure there have been issues before because the garage contained killing agents for cockroaches. The host did try to get an exterminator over that day but wasn’t able too
