There was no restaurant on site it had been discontinued, the pool was having its on green slime and science project. The only thing positive was the house keeping....very disappointed.

We stayed as a family for a short trip. It's a quiet and suitable place for a short stay. Reasonably priced for what it offers. The pool was clean and nice-our kids had fun. The small kitchenette in the room was very useful for us. We used the coffee and tea maker every day. There's also a good-sized fridge that met all our needs. It would have been even better if there was a designated area for having breakfast at the hotel.

Pool was not working. We booked our stay specifically to enjoy time at the pool bc the beach would be overly packed for the blue angels. There was no info on Expedia about the pool being down. Nonetheless I wasted my money booking a hotel with no pool. In turn I had to book another hotel so my family could enjoy the pool.

It was an extended stay close to the highway. Just made it convenient for all my travel throughout my time there there were a few businesses close by that I was familiar with. The parking lot is small the rainbow spacious.

The staff was rude & there were roaches in our room & in the bed! The room was damp the entire stay & the pool was unavailable our entire stay. I understand things happen but it was the entire reason we booked here was for the pool and no one could provide reasoning or offer compensation.

Slow but friendly checkin that allowed us to get in early. Rooms smelled funky, bathroom towels overused and scratchy. Shower head has mold and bathtub had hair on it. Cheap room, got what we paid for.

Terrible stay. I checked in late and no one was at front desk. I called and still no one picked up. I had to search the hallway for staff. The room was dirty, musty, dusty and rusty and overall gross.

There were roaches in my room. I reported it to a worker who was unconcerned nor empathetic. Only later to find out the same young lady was the manager. We wound up checking out early as the roaches were in the bed and the bathroom. When asked about some type of compensation due to our inconvenience of having to relocate into another hotel, not only were we met with a nasty attitude we also received a firm "no. Our company doesn't work that way" I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in addition to the roaches there were late night activities that gave us the impression that this location was NOT just a hotel. If you're looking for a clean, well maintained hotel. This is NOT it.

Check in was good. Room OK. Floors filthy, toilet seat slides when sitting on. Bathroom door would not shut unless pushed hard and then sounded like you were slamming it. Had to ask for someone to sweep floors the day after check in. A 2 year old could have done better. My daughter showed me the bottom of her feet after washing them off from night before and they were black again after 2nd night. When checking out I mentioned the filthy floors and the response was we don't clean them daily. My response was those floors have not been cleaned in a year. Not a good choice for myself and my 9 year old. Will not stay in any of their hotels ever again. They would not compensate anything. I was not looking for a free room, we had previously stayed 4 days in Orlando 10 days in Bonita Springs . I am 69 years old and decided to break up my 1250 mile journey home and stay in Pensacola.

It was pretty quiet from room to room. It was surprisingly clean (good job guys!), the beds were pretty comfortable, they allowed our dog, and the little kitchenette area was great to have. I would absolutely stay here again.

The motel is kind of what you’d expect. Walked in and it was pretty clean, although we got into the room and the countertops and tables were still wet from whatever cleaning product was on them. Air conditioning, which was nice, but no air vent in the bathroom so after showers everything in the bathroom was moist. Housekeeping knocking on door every morning at 8am waking us up. Found a cockroach in our room right before checkout.

Staff was courteous and the beds were clean and comfortable enough. One issue I had was that you could tell the bathroom floor hadn't been swept as I could see long hair all over the floor. The other issue I had was that the tub was clogged to the point where I was standing in about 2 inches of water. I ended up using a plastic bag to pull the clog of hair and who knows what else out of the drain.

First, the staff at the front was great. Second, the A/c would not cool the room down past 70, even after I turned it down to 62. Third, hair dryer didn’t work.they put a maintenance work request in to be replaced while we were out for the day. It did not get fixed. Fourth, housekeeping didn’t bring anybody clean towels. Everyone piled them up outside their room in th hall. I had to ask the front desk for some more. Fifth, the toilet and sink pressure was high, but shower didn’t have enough pressure to wash any long hair. It barely had enough pressure to wash my crew cut. Over all not bad for what we paid for.

I am ok with THC/CBD use for anyone but from the moment I walked in all the way to my room, it REEKED of skunky weed! The room a/c had probably been off the entire season and it was a sauna! It didn’t cool down until 6-8 hours later. There was also a pube in the ‘clean’ shower.

Checked in and got to room only to find that the a/c compressor sounded like a jackhammer every time it kicked on - called and asked for a different room since there was no way we would be able to sleep - told they had just sold out - checked out and went elsewhere - will never attempt to stay at Studio 6 again and will be filing complaint with Expedia to get money refunded.

Went there looking for a safe, simple place for my family and dog to stay while dodging Hurricane Helene, and this was just that. It’s a basic, no-frills hotel, but the room was clean and relatively spacious, with a large fridge, toaster and sink in the kitchenette. The only real knock I have is that the WIFI was woefully slow, so trying to work from the room was difficult.

Went there looking for a safe, simple place for my family and dog to stay while dodging Hurricane Helene, and this was just that. It’s a basic, no-frills hotel, but the room was clean and relatively spacious, with a large fridge, toaster and sink in the kitchenette. The only real knock I have is that the WIFI was woefully slow, so trying to work from the room was difficult.

Was initially given a room that had not been cleaned. When I reported it the clerk seemed shocked and gave me a different room, but offered no apology. The next room was fine. This is a bare bones property which is reflected in the price, but being given a dirty room with no apology was pretty shocking.

Check-in was absolutely terrible. Marcellus at the front desk was the most unpleasant person I've ever had greet me at any hotel! He barely looked up. He did not smile. He did not look us in the eyes. He did not tell us where our room was. He charged me for service dog even though we said we had paperwork. (It was buried somewhere in a suitcase and we really could not get to it.) We have traveled from Northern California through the country back to Florida and no one has ever given us a problem. The hotel had a lot of unseemly characters wandering around. We got to our room and there was not even a room number on the door. There were only three small pillows on a king size bed. The sheets weren't large enough to stay on so the corner came off in the middle of the night. The towels were paper thin and small. There were no amenities whatsoever. There was a roach in our room on the kitchen at ledge. Check out was okay and the lady at the desk was pleasant and apologetic, but I doubt we will ever stay in the Studio 6 again and certainly not this one!

This was a staycation for me as I just needed to get away from my house for a few days. This day started out fine until the second day when I was awoken at 2:30 in the afternoon by somebody playing loud music outside my window. The windows in the hotel open, so I decided on probably a poor decision to yell out the window at the person to lower their music. As they could not hear me, my yelling got louder, and by the time they heard it was loud. The gentleman who was playing the music Got out of this vehicle, left his door wide open at this point the music had stopped and a severe weather alert was playing through his speakers. He got frustrated at me yelling at him and chose to threaten me to come down to the parking lot so he could kick my butt When I noticed that the man was the front desk clerk that checked me in the night before, I decided to go to the front desk and complain. When I arrived at the front desk, the man continued to swear, and threatened me, and had to be separated by a staff member. There was another customer there that heard the whole thing, but said she was not bothered by the noise because she appreciated the weather alert. I was bothered as it woke me up and the man told me I shouldn’t even be sleeping during the day? Who is he to tell me what to do in my room on my stay! This escalated to having the manager come in on a Sun( not happy)Only to take his side and had me removed from the property and keep my money. Never in my life have I experienced!!

As they could not hear me, my yelling got louder, and by the time they heard it was loud. The gentleman who was playing the music Got out of this vehicle, left his door wide open at this point the music had stopped and a severe weather alert was playing through his speakers. He got frustrated at me yelling at him and chose to threaten me to come down to the parking lot so he could kick my butt When I noticed that the man was the front desk clerk that checked me in the night before, I decided to go to the front desk and complain. When I arrived at the front desk, the man continued to swear, and threatened me, and had to be separated by a staff member. There was another customer there that heard the whole thing, but said she was not bothered by the noise because she appreciated the weather alert. I was bothered as it woke me up and the man told me I shouldn’t even be sleeping during the day? Who is he to tell me what to do in my room on my stay! This escalated to having the manager come in on a Sun( not happy)Only to take his side and had me removed from the property and keep my money. Never in my life have I experienced!!

March 2023- a little bit of road construction around the entrance. No loud noises or problems. But if you’re arriving at night, all the flashing blinking lights make it a little harder to see the hotel entrance. This hotel is a nice place to rest your head for the night. The lady at the front desk was very nice when we checked in.

For under $80/day not too bad. The first receptionist wasn't welcoming at all but who cares, right? The room and bathroom were pretty clean but the toilet wasn't fastened to the floor properly but operational, nonetheless. The first night went well and in the morning we called up the staff to see if they will service our room and bring new towels. When we got back that night the dirty towels and trash were exactly where we left them. We called up and told us to go get the towels-smh. So I guess you get what you pay...for except service. Anyways, I went to the front to get them and at least the second receptionist was friendly. in summary, the location was close to everything including the beach, which was just 20 min out. The place also had a washer and dryer but it did cost $7 to wash/dry. Oh and we did see one roach in our room. Overall, it's ok for the price you pay but it would be nice if they refunded some of the service we paid for they didn't provide.

We stayed as a family for a short trip. It's a quiet and suitable place for a short stay. Reasonably priced for what it offers. The pool was clean and nice-our kids had fun. The small kitchenette in the room was very useful for us. We used the coffee and tea maker every day. There's also a good-sized fridge that met all our needs. It would have been even better if there was a designated area for having breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here for a week. The staff was always polite and traded towels as needed. The fridge was not working overnight, they immediately sent a maintenance man in and switched it out. The beds were decent. I always stay at Motel 6 properties because they are generally clean and free of bugs. This property was exactly what I wanted. I only wish they did breakfast.

Great hotel/motel - room with kitchenette (in this case sink, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge). Let down by the kitchenette having tea-towels to dry up with, but no plates, bowels, cutlery or washing up liquid to go with sink.

I needed an inexpensive stay for an overnight trip and this worked. No breakfast is provided, but the room has a refrigerator/microwave/sink area and the convenience store /gas station next door can provide food options and rental car refueling. It was quiet and I was able to get rest, but I asked for a 05:00 wakeup call and got one at 04:30 as well as 05:00.

The motel was a good value for a 1-night stay. We were passing through Pensacola and needed a clean, budget-friendly room. It was nice for the money. The only negatives were it was noisy until late at night due to families with kids running around, and there was no shampoo provided, only a tiny soap bar. It was clean and the beds were okay.

First, I’m not sure where the “Studio” in Studio 6 comes in. Our room had 2 queen beds, a dresser, a couple of office-type chairs but no couch or lounger - I don’t see how this room differentiated from any other regular hotel. What did differentiate it from other hotels was no soap, conditioner, lotion in the room, nor was there breakfast or coffee in the lobby. The lack of a breakfast was probably noted on Expedia but no coffee? If your expectations and needs are minimal, this is not a bad place to stay.

The room we stayed in was not that clean. We didn’t have time to really look at things because we went out to a concert. We just stayed one night. There was garbage under the sink left. It was full. We told the front desk, but nothing was done. I set it outside our door and still it sat there till the next day when we check out. The sheets look clean, but my husband said they didn’t feel clean. I didn’t walk around on the floor until I got in bed and the next morning when I got up the floor was sandy. I told my husband to look and feel the bottom of my feet. Clearly, the floor had not been cleaned. I have read good reviews and that’s the only reason I checked into this place. It was just for a one night day and I did not want to spend a lot. I was very disappointed.
