We had a very comfortable room close to parking. Everything was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is it was not handicap friendly even though advertised as that. No bar to pull up near toilet and toilet too low for a handicap person. No adequate safety railing in shower. Bar was located at knee level making it impossible to hold onto when in shower. Bed was too high to transfer onto alone so had to be lifted into bed.

Only major issue for me was there was no elevator. I'm a retired disabled vet with back issues. Going up and down steps without baggage is challenging enough. Having to hull luggage is out of the question.

I had to stay here due to a medical emergency while traveling. I have never been so pleased with a property in my life. This place is clean and well appointed. Parking is great and free. Front desk staff was excellent and my room was clean comfortable and quiet. We will be staying here for the duration of our visit with the local hospital. Well done property management and owners.

Room and grounds very clean and well kept. Staff friendly and courteous. Pool nice swimming. Well maintained. Skimmer didn't seem to be working efficiently some debris floating around the pool. Minor issues with bathroom drain plug and toilet handle. Staff made note of this whole reported it upon checking out.

The only thing I can say negative is that it does not have an elevator. However, I definitely will stay there again. I was truly shocked how nice it was.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was! It has a beautiful lobby, very nice rooms, and an amazing outdoor area including a pool! They had some outdoor games for the family, picnic tables, grills, and a really nice pool! I only wish we had booked for longer.

Simple and nice.Has plenty of parking and the grounds are well kept. Okay rooms. It has a decent size pool. The take to go breakfast was simple but good. The only thing that I didn't like is that the shower pressure was weak and there is only one ice machine you have to walk near the pool.

My one complaint for this hotel was that the floor in my room was swept but not cleaned, it left my feet brown by the end of my first day. Everything else was nice. Clean sheets & towels, nice bathroom, tv & lights & ac all worked, all around friendly staff, no bugs, I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff. Motel feel with smoking allowed just outside of our room. Room was clean but noisy late into night with people outside on property. May be better to have an inside suite vs parking lot facing. Pool area looked nice. Grounds kept nice. Looked like fresh paint and flooring. Coffee and tea available all times. Seemed like car dealership area but plenty of restaurants to chose from as well as gas station and a Walmart for groceries within 5 mins. Well priced

The entrance area is pretty and clean, but the rooms are run down. The room had a strong cleaning chemical smell. The tile floor had a pretty gross (soapy) residue. Bedding seemed clean, but bed seemed to have hills and valleys from guests over the years. The furniture seemed like it was hand me down stuff from a 3 star hotel, and was now old. Both outlets at the nightstand lamp wouldn't actually hold a plug in them. The table had no chair. TV remote wouldn't change channels. Sinks and countertops had been painted white. Bathtub drained slowly with poor water pressure. Basically the only way to enjoy the room was by sitting on the bed in the right spot and playing on your computer (assuming the wifi still works). Probably the last time I use expedia since they missed twice on this trip.

Connecting door to other rooms has to be extremely thin. I could hear every word of the conversation in the room next door like we were in the same room. Could hear the noise from outside like the door was open. Very noisy all hours of the night.

Only stayed a few nights but for what I needed it was good. You can tell it's an older property but they are taking care of it pretty well. Only gripe was the mattress was a little worn out but still slept fine. Room was clean and AC was perfect. front desk was professional and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is nice and clean and smells fresh!. My room was newly renovated. It was quiet at night but if u get room 203, the pool is right there and could be noisy. However, overall, it feels like home. I would definitely stay again.

The young lady that was at the desk when we checked was fantastic. We were stranded in Pensacola due to a car accident. We had injuries and did not get to hotel until after 2:30 am. She was so helpful and kind. Day shift personal were great as well. Made a terrible day much better

The man at the front desk was absolutely rude to my wife and I. We have stayed here before with no issues but when we went to check in we were charged for the room after we had paid for it online. So we in total charged for the room we were in TWICE, on top of the $100.00 security deposit along with this man’s nasty attitude towards us. My wife was getting frustrated and she said that she would step outside to calm down and the man yelled at her, “You do that!” After she tried to be an adult and remove herself from the situation. He also refused to give us a refund, stating that we were not charged online and that we had to pay when we got there even tho we showed him all of the receipts and payments. To top it off, my wife only inserted her card once into the machine meaning the man charged her for the surety deposit the proceeded to do another transaction without her knowledge which was easier for him because the card reader didn’t require a pin to work. Overall, we will never be going there again due to this man’s poor service to us, along with his incapability to properly do his job especially with us both being military members working in the local area.

We were very happy when we got to the room. But once we went to check in they said our room had been canceled. This is the second time this has happened to us at this motel. It was canceled last year and it was canceled this year. So we are looking for a new place to stay. Because we are going to use someone that want cancel are Reservations. So that is the part. We are very unhappy with it. Getting our motel canceled.I think we should be given something in return for that becsuse it has happened to us the last two years, and we had to stand there and find a room to stay in because somebody else already had our room. If you can't make it right, we will start using somebody else.I've been using you guys for a long time.

I’ve been staying here for-many years once a month for work and I love the staff. They are all so friendly and always accommodating. And the coffee is amazing.

Lovely staff. Motel feel with smoking allowed just outside of our room. Room was clean but noisy late into night with people outside on property. May be better to have an inside suite vs parking lot facing. Pool area looked nice. Grounds kept nice. Looked like fresh paint and flooring. Coffee and tea available all times. Seemed like car dealership area but plenty of restaurants to chose from as well as gas station and a Walmart for groceries within 5 mins. Well priced

So the first time I stayed it was perfect. The second time not at all. The floor had so much sand and grit. I saw three roaches and hair on my sheets. They moved me right away. They upgraded me to the admiral suite. It was super nice and clean.

Friendly staff, very well kept landscape and office/reception. Rooms are older in appearance (though I believe the rooms are being updated) and ours had a musty odor. A/C worked excellent. Comfortable beds. Some areas bordering exterior rooms felt a bit sketchy. Overall good place with great value compared to other lodging in the area.

The person at the desk was very pleasant. Outside of the building was very nice, lobby was very nice. Room was a little plain to look at but very clean. Because the area around the hotel were car dealers, not a lot of other amenities close by. If in the area I would stay here again.

The breakfast, who should't be inclusive was no breakfast, it was only a snack. Coffee, tea, orange and apple juice are ok, but wrapped little muffins and granola bar are not a breakfast and not ok.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. I asked for an early check in and they upgraded me due to my room not being ready and only charged me what I was originally going to pay with an additional $25 early check in fee. The outside area near the pool was quiet and relaxing. I will definitely go back next time I’m in the area. Only wish they had more healthy breakfast options.

We were in town for a funeral and needed a place to stay for 1 night. Our whole party was about 15 people, most stayed for 2 nights. The lobby was beautiful and people at the desk were so nice! There was a grab-n-go breakfast of coffee, juice, muffins, granola bars, and honey buns. The grounds were well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a mini-suite which had an almost full size fridge and freezer. I would definitely stay here again.

The place looked exactly how photos show. Front desk service was beyond great! For the price I will definitely visit again. Oh yeah the grab and go breakfast was great!!

The room was actually clean and very cold which I appreciate on a hot Florida day. The pool was big and a lot of people were enjoying it. There wasn’t a lot of choices for the continental breakfast, but at least it was there and had lots of hot coffee options!

The place was better than I expected when I arrived I was greeted by awesome staff members they addresses all my concerns with no problem which I really didn’t have any just a lots of question lol when I enter the room it smelled wonderful rooms was spacious and also hard wood floors and comfortable beds they pool was clean and very big the hotel also offers a small breakfast I would go back again also there’s a Lundry room great place to stay with your family

Great customer service. The room was clean, and the breakfast bar was decent for grab and go. Beds were a bit firm, so some of us had trouble falling asleep.

So I had to visit a sick relative in Pensacola. I've never been so knew nothing about where to stay. My relative is a senior so she had no recommendations. I booked through Hotels.com. At Home suites was in close proximity to my Aunt and the reviews were good, the pictures also looked decent. Check in was easy. AC was blasting in the lobby when I arrived so that was a big plus. I highly recommend amd I mean highly recommend booking a deluxe interior room as opposed to any exterior room. I initially booked the exterior for 4 nights. The room was decent. You could tell the whole place is old and they did "some" renovations. They also have some people there in some extended stay rooms. I saw quite a bit of hanging out in the parking lot right in front of my room. Night 1 I was exhausted from traveling. I took a shower and was knocked out. Night 2, I had some "visitors " and I will leave it at that. I went to the front desk and I have to say they were so nice and accommodating. They immediately set me up in the deluxe interior room which was 100x better. I had absolutely no issues at all in that room for the remainder of my stay. I believe they offer breakfast but I never went down to check. The lobby has a soda machine are and that's where they serve breakfast. Pretty big pool as well but that Florida heat and humidity had me indoors as much as possible. Would I stay here again. Yes interior room only and the price is as. It bad at all.

Very old, very unsafe, very bad night of sleep. AC was out, staff really wasnt that concerned about it. The same lady that checked us in at 4pm on Saturday was still there at 7am the next day. That's terrible. I wasn't about to throw a fit about it. Our smoke detectors were taped over, cracks in the walls, just a funky hotel. The suite we got was so spacious and exactly what we needed but again, it's august in florida and no AC. I feel very ripped off but no energy to deal with it. Also, please learn how to spell Commodore. There is no such thing as a CommoRdore Suite.
