The room smelled like old food. The pool was not in service and looks like it won’t ever be despite being told it would be serviced soon. The parking lot had cloths on the ground and it did not look well maintained. The only good thing was it is right by the baseball stadium.

We stayed for 10 days. There was no Wi-Fi, no housekeeping without request, and swimming pool was empty during the hottest time of the year. We had to kill many trails of ants on the counters, and around the refrigerator. If I have to get toilet paper, towels, washcloths, and soaps from the desk multiple times during the stay you should pay us as your housekeeping staff. The A/C & Refrigerator/Freezer both worked well.

Staff was polite, but rooms clearly run-down. They tried to put band-aids on a garden hose. Shower rod was broken & got towels wet as shower was on. Hair dryer seemed it might spark a fire. There was no breakfast at all when I specifically selected a hotel with a breakfast. No ice machine at all. As a family of 9 traveling south this hotel did little more than provide beds for us to sleep.

This property fell below our expectations. The check in was slow. The hallway smelled terrible. The hair dryer, bathroom door and soap dish were all broken. The mattress for the sofa bed was u shaped and had springs that poked through the padding. And the promised breakfast was severely lacking.

The air conditioner worked great! That’s about it for the positives. The negatives….the pool was empty and out of commission and I filtered my choices before selecting a hotel, that it must have an outdoor pool! Very disappointing for my kids! The water didn’t work for around 4 hours on Saturday which made stuff difficult for us. We needed more towels and were told they didnt have any more. The breakfast was pathetic. The workers were only there to make that hourly. Zero cust service from the front desk skinny guy. I can go on and on about this awful place! I paid over $200 a night!!!

We reserved a suite due to fold out sofa providing an extra bed to accommodate the 4 of us. It was sufficient but not very comfortable. Also the pool seems to be permanently closed which is disappointing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Room was reasonably clean. Entire hotel has a musty smell like they have a moisture problem. The room had several small issues that could easily be remedied, such as broken sink faucet handles, sagging tub bottom, leaking sink faucet in kitchenette, missing towel bars, small holes in window curtains, and only one small trash can for a suite. It appears that the owners are just trying to make a profit without investing capital. I would stay again but only because we usually only stay one night and the location and price saves paying for parking at Truist.

Check in was 30 minutes delayed because rooms weren’t ready. Tub in shower was rusted and deteriorating. Couldn’t get blankets or pillows for pull out couch until the following day. Room had a bad smell at the entrance. The kitchen cupboards were visibly dirty, the freezer worked fine but the refrigerator wouldn’t keep cool. Phone in room wasn’t working. Animals had definitely been in the room before as I had tons of animal hair on my socks. Carpets were pilling and not cleaned very well, there was a receipt and blunt wrapper left on the floors. Lastly, tried to use the pool but it was covered with algae and debris. Staff was nice but never at the front desk.

The property listed an outdoor pool and breakfast included. The pool was green and unable to be swam in, which is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was a breakfast to go that only had coffee and packs of oatmeal, no cream or sugar to make your coffee. And nothing else. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort for the same amount of money and I feel completely misled and disappointed. I was counting on breakfast to save some money and ended up having to eat out as a result. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

This place is so dirty!!! The hallways smelled like weed. There was dried blood in the stairway. The carpets were gross! The room smelt like garbage and old food. The floors were sticky. The sheets on the bed were visibly stained and dirty. It was just plain gross. I left a day early.

The cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. There was trash outside of the hotel and inside. The hallways had trash every where. Our room was very dirty. There was clothes in several of the drawers and there there was loose medication in one drawer. Lastly, the toilet was not clean. Overall, not pleased with our stay and will not return.

Thumbs down. Our bathtub was not cleaned. The soap tray was disgusting the mat they threw over the old rusty bathtub had mushy toilet paper all under it. I opened the couch bed for my kids to sleep on and almost vomited from the smell and amount of dirt and debris on it. There were people smoking weed and other things right outside blocking the door to our car. They left their roach on the door handle to get back in. The pool was green and closed. There was coloring and holes in the walls/ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was muffins that just crumbled everywhere and coffee with no milk or creamer. On top of all that, someone knocked on my door at 9:30pm, woke my kids up, and before I could even walk the 10 steps to the door they had already keyed themselves in and opened the door. I had the locks on. They said they needed to get under the sink and turn my water off to replace a valve for the building. I’m not a plumber, but the whole building is under my sink? I declined and said no, my kids are asleep. They said well ok it’s going to be loud for a few hours. It was strange and I didn’t hear them knock on any other doors.

The property had multiple people outside smoking weed and hanging around vehicles. My buddy had his fuel siphoned from his tank over night. The entire property had a stench to it. The AC on the third floor did not work. My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival, I found pillows lying on the couch and beds were not made nor had blankets. There was a hole in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom.

Stayed here overnight while traveling on a family trip. Location was good (took in a Braves game) and price was decent for the area. Staff were welcoming and check-in went smoothly. But the condition of the hotel was deplorable. The hallways were nasty (stained carpet, questionable odors, food and wads of hair) and, while the room was a little better, there were similar issues once inside the room. I’ve stayed in Extended Stay America hotels for years and this was, by far, the worst experience.

When I arrived it was no one at the reception desk for a while. As soon as I entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of stench. It was so unpleasant I asked to switch rooms, the reception told me all the rooms were booked. I had to sleep with a rag over my nose. The room was dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom tub was not cleaned and disgusting. Paint is chipping from the walls. The window would not close and it was dead bugs. The tv had fingerprints smothered all around it. There was no shower curtain. So water was all over the floor. I would never step foot in that place again.

Room was filthy, I dropped my ring and had to move the night stand. Floor was dirty, nightstand was dusty. Trash in the hallways and smelled like pot. We found food in the sink, we got in at 10pm and left at 6am. Breakfast was a joke too. Do not recommend

15 minute walk to Truist Park was easy to do.. The hotel itself needs work. The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of a choice between a chocolate muffin or an apple granola bar. They had coffee and hot water, but no tea bags/sugar/creamers. Staff very friendly. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and faucets handle was wobbly. I didn't ask for another room since i was only there for two days. The light bulb went out in the bathroom which was quickly fixed by the hotel staff.

It seemed like everything was broken in the hotel, our bathroom had the stale smell of urine, the tub and shower was so curved i couldn't stand upright. TV stand broken. From the outside you could see screens half on windows. The only saving grace is it was within walking distance to Truist Park. However, next time, I'd rather drive further than be that close

Front desk staff were great, the condition of the hotel was not. Fridge wasn’t working in room and the tub mat had rust or something all over it. The pictures online show a very different place than what we arrived to. We were only there to sleep one night after the ball game otherwise I would’ve went elsewhere

The furniture was very worn out. The walls and the doors were worn out. In the bathroom, there’s no cover over the bulb plus there are mold over that hole with the light bulb. I mean there were holes around the bulb. So weird. We refused to take a shower there. We only stayed there for one overnight. We were gone right away by the time we woke up. It’s very very old hotel. The only positive thing: we were able to walk to Truist Park (baseball stadium). Easy to walk there. Definitely we will not come back to this hotel. Unless you can tear it down and built a brand new hotel. This hotel is by far the worst ugly hotel we had ever been in. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly and very professional. That’s a big positive thing for this hotel. I actually felt bad for the people who work there at the hotel. My husband wants some kind of refund like $75 because all of us refused to take a shower there. (Four of us). Anyway, don’t use that room to any guests unless you can fix it all of them. Yikes.

The property was relatively run down. The sleeper sofa did not have a mattress, so the couch slumped down. The shower had a pretty nasty floor mat that looked well used.

Do not stay here. Looks nice on the outside, but the place is terrible. Carpet is worn. Lighting is poor. Furniture and bed needs replacing.

The staff Wes friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It's an older facility and could use some upgrades but we do not care about those things. We felt safe, enjoyed the location to Trust Park and was able to walk there without having to find alternative parking. The people above us were noisy each night until about 1am. That's my only complaint.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The condition of the room was not good, my pull out couch didn’t have a mattress in it so the cushions were leaning back. The chair had cuts in the leather, stains on the wall. Some of the wall outlets didn’t work and I had to replace my room cards three times. I was locked out the building because they demagnetize easily.

All staff members service is beyond phenomenal and they all helped my family more than i expected making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I wish other hotel/motel businesses had more people like them. I have no issues nor complaints about anything here , the staff made me feeling like family. My experience staying here is the reason i have extended my stay here and haven't left. They all deserve a raise.

Room was not ready at 3pm and the pool was closed even though both were part of the hotel description. We showed up at 4pm and told to wait 20 min. When we returned 30+ min later, room was still not ready. When we asked how long the manager told us she could not give us a time. When we said that's ridiculous, we have an event to get to, she told us to leave and we would get a refund. No refund was given. While we were in the lobby, other patrons had complaints about room cleanliness as well. Staff was unhelpful, rude, and lied to us. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location for an event at Truist Park. Roxy theater also closeby. About a 20 min walk to both. Price was great for the area. Room was very clean. Easy access to I75. Safe , clean area. Room could use some cosmetic updates, but was nice overall. Excellent customer service at the front desk at check in and out.

Friendly, helpful check in, outside of property is well kept, inside hallways could do with a good clean. Complimentary breakfast is minimal but better than nothing. I initially was worried about parking our hire car for the night in the unsecured car park but found space close to reception under a light and was happy to wake up and see the car was just fine. The room was spacious and did the trick.

We went to check in after 4pm and check in time was 3pm. The man at the desk had to go and check and see if our room was ready and he was gone over 20 minutes with a line at the front desk. Horrible service and not friendly.

I just can't stand when they staff acts as if your not allowed to ask for the things they advertise. I hate the "sass of the staff". I felt picked on and marginalized for being a Woman.

the worst check in experience ive ever had, Check in is at 3, arrived at 430, room was not ready. decided to check in later after braves game, got back to hotel and had to wait 20 min because they where doing a night audit. finally got the room. had a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds. but was givin one with one king bed because that was the only room they had left

Stray Kidz Concert……..Great staff expect for one employee that coped an attitude with my daughter while I was having an emergency but got it taking care of. Great lot beautiful space right across the Truist Park, walking distance and great surroundings

The room smelled like old food. The pool was not in service and looks like it won’t ever be despite being told it would be serviced soon. The parking lot had cloths on the ground and it did not look well maintained. The only good thing was it is right by the baseball stadium.

Stayed here for a Braves game. Hotel is a bit farther from the stadium than I thought - definitely borderline for walking to the game. When we got to our room, a chair was sitting on one of the beds - the room had been cleaned, so we assumed the prior guests did that and the housekeeper couldn’t move it. The bathroom door didn’t fully latch.

This hotel is conveniently located near Truist Park but not in a busy area so not a lot of traffic in and out. Parking is easy and plentiful and included at no extra charge. It is not fancy but is modestly priced for the area.

This property has a fantastic location in the Marietta area with many options nearby for dining and shopping and access to the interstate. However, it’s older, and is in major need of renovation and updating. For instance, there is no coffee maker in the room and no icemaker for the building. Also, they advertise breakfast, but in reality it is a light snack of muffins, Coffee and instant oatmeal. The staff was very accommodating with what they had to work with.

I booked a one night stay for my family to stay while driving home from vacation. I chose this hotel because of the advertised grab and go breakfast and because it had rooms that slept 6. Check in was fine. When we got to the room there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper even though the reservation was for 6 people. I had to go down to request bedding. I was given 2 flat sheets (no fitted), a blanket, and no pillows. The sofa sleeper was barely functional and in pretty bad shape with a lot of stains. The other beds were comfortable enough. The most disappointing part was breakfast. At check in I asked what time breakfast was and was told 6-9. We got down there at 8:30 to find nothing but 1 granola bar. Booking a hotel with breakfast was very important to me and I had factored that in when comparing prices of different hotels. Since there was no breakfast as advertised, we had to go spend $30 at McDonald’s. For that, I could have just booked a nicer hotel.

The room was very sizable but you could only see the TV from one of the beds. There is no breakfast! Having a few muffins is not breakfast. Coffee was not provided in the room. More disturbing it says coffee will be available at 6 am. It didn't show until 7 am which put us behind for the day. The check in staff was the only highlight.

Staff was polite, but rooms clearly run-down. They tried to put band-aids on a garden hose. Shower rod was broken & got towels wet as shower was on. Hair dryer seemed it might spark a fire. There was no breakfast at all when I specifically selected a hotel with a breakfast. No ice machine at all. As a family of 9 traveling south this hotel did little more than provide beds for us to sleep.

The air conditioner worked great! That’s about it for the positives. The negatives….the pool was empty and out of commission and I filtered my choices before selecting a hotel, that it must have an outdoor pool! Very disappointing for my kids! The water didn’t work for around 4 hours on Saturday which made stuff difficult for us. We needed more towels and were told they didnt have any more. The breakfast was pathetic. The workers were only there to make that hourly. Zero cust service from the front desk skinny guy. I can go on and on about this awful place! I paid over $200 a night!!!

Fairly quiet and clean enough. The employee that checked us in was absolutely friendly and great customer service. I rarely saw anyone else or they did not speak. Very disappointed with breakfast options. There was a canister of hot water, one of just regular coffee, tea bags, instant oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, and prepackaged small granola bars. I’m not expecting a hot cooked meal here just a little more effort. Maybe some fruit or instant grits. Did not realize amenities such as a coffee maker in the room would need to be an extra expense.

When I first arrived there was no one to check me in. Someone from housekeeping had to check me in. Description says there is free breakfast. All that was available was coffee. When I went in to the bathroom there was no stopper for the tub as well as no shower curtain. The room was nice but in general the hotel was not good.

We reserved a suite due to fold out sofa providing an extra bed to accommodate the 4 of us. It was sufficient but not very comfortable. Also the pool seems to be permanently closed which is disappointing. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Room was reasonably clean. Entire hotel has a musty smell like they have a moisture problem. The room had several small issues that could easily be remedied, such as broken sink faucet handles, sagging tub bottom, leaking sink faucet in kitchenette, missing towel bars, small holes in window curtains, and only one small trash can for a suite. It appears that the owners are just trying to make a profit without investing capital. I would stay again but only because we usually only stay one night and the location and price saves paying for parking at Truist.

The property listed an outdoor pool and breakfast included. The pool was green and unable to be swam in, which is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was a breakfast to go that only had coffee and packs of oatmeal, no cream or sugar to make your coffee. And nothing else. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort for the same amount of money and I feel completely misled and disappointed. I was counting on breakfast to save some money and ended up having to eat out as a result. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

Front desk was great amazing. Booked our room a few weeks before. When we got they there they did not have a room for us. Was upgrade to a suite that was not clean in any way. Nasty. Nothing was done. Excuse was only one maid for the day. Sorry but housekeeping supervisor and general manager need to be Fired. Unacceptable. Travel 6 hours for crap. Will not ever stay at another extended stay ever. Have pics of how room looked nasty. Extended stay needs to step up and refund 100%. No one would be happy with this.
Front desk was great amazing. Booked our room a few weeks before. When we got they there they did not have a room for us. Was upgrade to a suite that was not clean in any way. Nasty. The hotels staff could not have been nicer, but this hotel is not a place to stay unless you are looking for a hotel to LIVE in. Better pay the extra $50 and stay at another hotel.
