Richland Riverfront Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Since my work started early, I didn't get have the breakfast, but did not have any issues with anything. The bikes are a very nice perk and the location was great.

The property is obviously older but they have done some renovations to the rooms. It's acceptable and the room was clean. Had everything we needed. The rooms are small. The breakfast was decent and had choices. We stayed on the river side and it was very quiet.

Room was not quite as clean as pictured. Breakfast limited options. One staff person at night; unable to get towels or hot water as she “wasn’t allowed to leave desk”. No worker should be alone and it felt very frustrating to be told we had to come back in the morning for necessaries.

The building was dated, There was an attempt to remodel the room we stayed in but it was very low budget. I assume the rest were similar. Everything was clean, The room was comfortable, Staff were great. We didn't use the amenities much as we were there for one night. For a similar price there were much nicer properties less than 5 min away also on the river.

bugs were in my room , i got moved room and still had bugs in there. i will never stay here again
