Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG

Room was clean and were cleaned every day. Staff was nice, the valet could haven been nicer. They seemed like they didn’t want to be there. But overall the hotel is nice and the location was perfect to walk around and site see

THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE..400 DOLLARS FOR ONE NIGHT.ONE OF TWO ELEVATORS WAS DOWN.THE HOTEL IS SPLIT IN TWO SECTIONS SO IF YOU GOT ON THE WORKING ELEVATOR,IT ONLY TOOK YOU TO ONE SECTION OF THE HOTEL.YOU HAVE TO REROUTE BACK TO THE MAIN FLOOR WALK AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL TO GET TO THE ROOM NO ONE EXPLAINED THIS AT CHECK IN.THE PHONE DiD NOT WORK IN THE ROOM.VALET PARKING WAS COMPLETELY CHAOTIC.THE BELL SERVICE WAS NONEXISTANT.YOU WAIT FOR A CART ,THEY ONLY HAD TWO AND THEN YOU HAD TO LOAD THE CART AND TAKE IT DOWN TO THE VALET DESK ,THEN WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR AUTOMOBILE .THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS HOTEL IS THE LOCATION.THE HALLWAYS WERE DINGY,THE ROOM SMALL..THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND THE MAN AT THE DESK DURING CHECK IN WAS RUDE..MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO COMPLETELY RETHINK THIS PLACE.I'M SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.A LADY ON THE ELEVATOR STATED SHE COULD NOT GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROPERTY SO THEY STAYED ONE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT ,VERY DISSATISFIED. TOP DOWN ,THIS PLACE IS RUN WITH AN "I DONT CARE ATTITUDE.

Breakfast and dinner were superb! Martin and Chef were very professional and the meals were off the charts. Fantastic food! Cleanliness was mostly OK but missing several items and spots on floor were blood! Couch in LR was very uncomfortable but OK. I would stay again just for the food!

I literally can’t express how fabulous this

I made a reservation for a room with two queen beds. When I showed up, I was told no rooms with two queen beds were available. The gentleman at the desk said he would work with hotels.com to get a refund. I was assured twice by him that he would do that. I left and found another hotel. No refund. When I contacted hotels.com and r plain Ed what happened, they called the hotel and were told I was a no show and refused to refund the money. How unfortunate they are so untruthful.
