What a fun place to stay while driving home through Nee York! Every room has a theme. Our room’s theme is message in a bottle and there is a typewriter for us to leave a message that McCann be added to a bottle. The room is clean and modern and right on Main Street with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Parking wasn’t bad for us on a Monday in November, but I suspect parking might be really annoying in the busy seasons. Street parking or municipal lot parking are the two options! BUT, location, location, location!!!! I will stay here for sure the next time we visit Beacon!

The modern simple vibe of the room we had was just what we needed and nothing more. Check in at the Beacon Inn and Spa was easy and they escorted us right to our room which was in the building next door. There is no dedicated parking but we had no problem parking in the free lots as well as on the street overnight. The coffee/tea station is in the hall not in the room, but that didn’t bother us. There also had a courtyard with games and yoga mats to borrow. The mattress was super soft, may not be good for some backs. The room was spotless.

Loved the Factory hotel, we stayed in a charming artist-designed room with the most comfortable sheets and pillows. Part of the Dutchess Inn but in a separate building next door, we loved the rooftop deck and the beautiful sunset over the Hudson. Wonderful service and right on Main Street for easy strolling through Town.

The hotel has style! They've done a great job repurposing an old factory into a boutique hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and colorfully decorated, with a lovely balcony and very large shower. The staff people were friendly and helpful. I was there for just a night, but this place would be perfect for a long weekend.

Overpriced facility with late 4pm check-in and 7 day cancellation policy with zero flexibility. Additionally no parking and as hotel is right on Main Street not so easy to navigate or find convenient space. Other than that adequate and clean and Beacon is a very nice destination.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! Beautifully and artistically designed, very comfortable, immaculately kept and has the nicest, most helpful people at the desk. Everything is also very well thought out and convenient and I really can’t find a single negative thing to say. 10/10.

Converted sewing factory turned into rooms, double deck rooftop access at nearby Dutchess. So cozy and cute! We could hear folks when in the bathroom but otherwise it was quiet. Thank god for quiet hours (on the sign in the room). Just wear your shoes so you don’t end up with dirty feet from floor and bring your own washcloth. One of the cloths in our room was stained so I ended up using a different rag.

The Factory feels very new and fresh. Great location for exploring Main Street. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was a little small, but, had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and wood floors! I would recommend.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff was wonderful as well. However, the walls were paper thin and the bed was insanely soft so keep that in mind when planning your visit.

This delightful boutique hotel is an old factory building that made WWII bomber jackets. They did a great job of honoring that history in the renovation to an artsy hotel where every room is unique and adorned with original art by a single artist. The bed and bedding were high quality and very comfortable and the furnishings as all. The staff could not have been more accommodating, friendly and warm. The location is among the best in Beacon. An easy walk (although a up a hill) from the train station and right on and at the start of Main Street which offers more than a mile of interesting shops and great restaurants. We loved our three days in Beacon and would stay at The Factory again in minute. Can’t wait to go back for all the art, hiking, history, and fun of the area!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Factory. This is high end, modern design at reasonable prices. Each room is different with a different theme. All have all the modern amenities, gorgeous bathrooms and our balcony faced out onto a yard with a fire pit. The location is excellent: it is right at the start of Main Street. You can walk to restaurants, shops and galleries. We felt very safe walking the streets at 10pm. The staff was friendly and offered great tips for dining and activities in the area. Jessica checked us in and made sure we felt at home. The owner and designer Bethany showed us around some other rooms to look at the different styles and room themes. Make sure to go up to the rooftop deck to watch the sunset! The Factory building is behind the Beascon Spa hotel, they share the grounds. The online description didn’t mention this and we wandered a bit before we found the place. Great weekend getaway!

I arrived late at night and the owner herself stayed at the front desk to make sure I arrived safely. I had a lot of luggage so she even switched me to a more easily accessible room. She and her staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The Factory is interesting. It is really more like an Airbnb right next to a hotel . So all the amenities of a hotel and the independence of an Airbnb . Alex and Meghan AMAZING!! They made me feel so welcome . Beacon is really sweet and make a reservation at Moreish for high tea . Weekends are the way go in Beacon .

very difficult to find the location due to a wrong address given. lack of elevator hurt my back. It is a good thing that the security system is heavy, since the area is a bit run down.

This delightful boutique hotel is an old factory building that made WWII bomber jackets. They did a great job of honoring that history in the renovation to an artsy hotel where every room is unique and adorned with original art by a single artist. The bed and bedding were high quality and very comfortable and the furnishings as all. The staff could not have been more accommodating, friendly and warm. The location is among the best in Beacon. An easy walk (although a up a hill) from the train station and right on and at the start of Main Street which offers more than a mile of interesting shops and great restaurants. We loved our three days in Beacon and would stay at The Factory again in minute. Can’t wait to go back for all the art, hiking, history, and fun of the area!

Beautiful, clean, and brand new property. With all of the technology ease as well. Property is close to a ton of shops, restaurants, cafes, antique shops, and bars! Highly recommend!

Liked the very quirky design of the unit - very imaginative. Did not like no parking area convenient to check- in office. Have to find a spot on the street and then find the office.

Loved the Factory hotel, we stayed in a charming artist-designed room with the most comfortable sheets and pillows. Part of the Dutchess Inn but in a separate building next door, we loved the rooftop deck and the beautiful sunset over the Hudson. Wonderful service and right on Main Street for easy strolling through Town.

This location couldn’t have been more ideal. We parked our car on the street and walked everywhere while we were there. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel if you’re headed to Beacon for a weekend to check out the arts, culture, and food there.

This is my favorite hotel ever! The amenities and ambiance are luxurious, private, and unique. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, the roof had instructions for anything we might've had questions about and the decor was beautiful and unique. 10/10 recommend.

A good experience overall but we stayed 3 nights and we didn’t find out until we checked in that the hotel does not provide housekeeping services during our stay. This needs to be disclosed before making a reservation, and the hotel should provide room cleaning on request, especially when paying over $500/night for a room

Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. It was too soft like an air matters feel and a chair with a hair dryer in our room. The chair was there as a design but otherwise useless. The rooms are small so they do need a chair there. The bathrooms are brand new and clean very modern. The staff is very helpful and amazing.
