The photos looked okay but the property, the building and my room were gross and disappointing. On top of that, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The woman who checked me in was clearly stressed and overwhelmed and was trying to help too many people at once. She asked for my card and ID and I had to ask for it back after she finished checking me in and gave me my key. She called me about an hour later and said she forgot to run my card for accidentals and asked me to come to the front desk. I was out at dinner and she said to come by before 11pm. She called me back at 10 and left a chaotic voicemail saying I didn’t pay them and she was going to my room to remove my things and kick me out l. It was completely unhinged. I called back to give her my card info and she kept telling me there wasn’t enough numbers but I read her the number at least 5 times. She let me go and called me right back and said the card was “invalid” but it was a credit card with a high limit and there’s no way it declined. I gave her a different card and then she hung up on me. When I got back to the hotel my room key didn’t work so I had to have it reprogrammed. I cannot believe the way I was treated. Don’t stay here!
