Very nice hotel. I don't have any complaints. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I've stayed at a few different places around Lewiston and if I ever find myself there again, I'll be staying at the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel.

They did not offer a breakfast for this price and when I asked about it the front desk told me , some get it but I am not sure why so....checking in was not friendly what so ever and I even had to have them come and fix my t.v. as it did not work plus had a large crack in the window. That person was not friendly either...it was very unsettling as well when I sent a message to the hotel manager and she just brushed me off. No apology , nothing, just that they fixed the t.v. and the crack in the window was just cosmetic so I really did not need to worry about either. The room itself was very unclean as well. I travel alot with my job and have never encountered such rudeness all the way around, from management to staff. Stay here if you don't want breakfast ( unless somehow you do get it, not sure how you are suppose to, lol) and do not care about being treated like an irritant. Very sad as this hotel is beautiful from the outside. I feel a lack of good management .
