No hot water for days, no toilet paper,no towels, non working televisionno elevators only for employees, pool with green algae and rude staff same price as a working room

DO NOT STAY HERE! Cops at hotel upon arrival. No coffee bar or breakfast. AC was broken. PHOTOS ARE FAKE OF PROPERTY!!! No available hangers, hair dryers, towels, iron, or ironing board. Pool was closed. Minimal parking. Staff inattentive. BEWARE IF BOOKING!

Staff was nice but everything was broken. Showerhead, pool, coffee machine...

The elevator was broken. The room was very hot and the a/c did not work. The window had no screen. The curtains were falling down. The phone was missing buttons and did not work. No dial tone. Could not call to complain. The bathroom waa dirty. The tub faucet leaked.

Dirty, water leaks on shower, no tv, elevator is out of service, the stairs smells like cigarettes and Marijuana

Want to say i wont stay their again. Ac was broken their was no television, pool was green. Need to update room was not maintained.

The hotel is under renovation. The elevator was not working. Very noicy in the morning. Garbage in the hallway overnight in front of a room.

My husband and I prepaid for 2 nights were assured our 2 dogs were welcome. Upon arrival at a little past 8pm, the temperature outside was 97 as there was a heatwave in the area. The entrance to the place is hard to find as the sign is old and sun bleached. On arrival my husband went and checked us in and got our room key. After which we walked our dogs along side a narrow strip of dirt along the brick wall where you park your car where it was filled with litter and dog waste. Once walked, we headed to our room and I immediately noticed that it was hotter inside the lobby than it was outside and the only elevator out of service. However, I watched an employee using it while guests weren’t allowed. Upon entering the room, I went pee and immediately noted ashes in the bathroom sink. The ceiling appeared to leak or have leaked in the past, the fixtures were old and in need of replacement, the bed looked like something someone might have pulled from a dumpster and I began to worry about bedbugs. I went over to turn on the air conditioner it wouldn’t come on. My husband went down to complain and so we were given another room a few doors down. We got there and again the ac wouldn’t work. So I went to the car with our dogs because they were overheating while my husband complained once again. They gave him another room but this time the tv didn’t work. Fed up, we asked for a refund which we were lied to and told was approved (which now we’re still fighting for) and went to la Quinta

The whole property is under construction, they shouldn't even be renting rooms at this point!!!!!!! N they wont offer a discount!

Very run down. Outside look ok but once you step in to the hallway everything is damaged. The side card reader is not there just wires hanging out. Graffiti in the stairwell, the rooms entry door and frame full of scratches, graffiti inside the room, ash burns on the sink, toilet dirty and with fecal stains, bed sheets full of stains, chair inside room loose and broken with a huge wet stain, and so on. Would not recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin. This Motel 6 was hands down the dirtiest, most run-down place I’ve ever stayed in. The room smelled like mildew and old smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The floors were sticky, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks, and there were stains on everything—from the carpet to the walls. The bathroom was a nightmare: mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and a toilet that barely flushed. The towels were thin, stained, and smelled awful. I honestly questioned if this place had been cleaned at all before I arrived. Everything about this place felt old, neglected, and disgusting. I didn’t feel safe, I didn’t feel clean, and I couldn’t even get a decent night’s sleep because of all the noise and sketchy activity going on outside. Do yourself a favor—spend the extra money and go literally anywhere else. This place should be condemned, not rented out to paying guests.

Looks good from the outside but the inside is dirty. 2nd floor hallway had trash and smelled of vomit. Room was better than the hall, but bathroom was dirty.

Staff was very nice , the condition of the room though- that was HORRIBLE! There were roaches in the room, the AC wasn’t properly working and it was SUPER loud. The towels had yellow stains on them . There was less than half of the toilet paper. Floor is coming off and the fire detector was torn off and on top of a cabinet . No microwave or fridge.

Rooms weren't clean. They changed us to different rooms and even the last one was not clean. No clean towels we were told to wait until next day for them.

BEWARE! The room was dirty and disgusting. There were holes in the wall, exposed wires under the sink, no smoke detector, dirty, stained sheets, the floors were gross, and I could go on. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. The lobby is nice and the staff was very friendly, but don’t be fooled, that’s the only clean and safe space in this motel…

Room & place is disgusting, Ive never been to a poorly kept hotel, The dirtest hotel 6 I ever seen in my life….

Avoid this motel 6 at all costs. Most of the rooms have no ac, or ac that that hardly works. There were dead bugs all inside the drawers, sheets were ripped, mattress had a huge hole in it. The towels and comforters were so old that they looked dirty despite being "clean".

No toilet paper in the restroom. The room key was not working properly. Towels were stained and smelled horrible. We could smell food being cooked and other strong odors in our room. Overall, the room including bathroom was very dirty.

Booked ahead of time but was still given a room without a/c in 102° heat. Walls and floor were very dirty. Bed sheets were stained

A/C broken on arrival, was told it would be looked at. When returning to the hotel in the evening, I was told it had been looked at and was now working. A/C still not working, and infact was now making an extremely loud noise when running, so I couldnt even have the fan blowing air. Staff of no help, and was not able to move rooms. Bathroom was dirty, with 2 dead flies in the bath. Bed was fine, free parking, relatively good location. Would not stay here again.

I walked in and it smelt like mold. And then we got into the room and the window was open. There was dirt on the floor. The roof is falling apart and there’s only one light in the room. And there were cigarettes on the window seal.

No microwave no refrigerator no telephone remote didnt wanna work properly . Tub nasty not swept. Trash under the bed tht was not ours. Nasty old towels and nasty pillow cases like thy were not changed.. ac didnt cool keep turing off no ice maker on the second floor..staff were polite but i expected more.

Hair in the bed, everything looked like it was falling apart. Noise level was crazy high. There was extreme banging above our room ALL night. Sounded like someone was bowling. I tried calling the front desk and someone answered but immediately asked me to hold and then I could hear him walking around and talking to other people. I held for FIFTEEN minutes then finally gave up. Tried calling again a little later but must never got an answer again. I didn’t feel safe to go down to try and tell someone face to face. The whole experience was terrible and I’m super disappointed. Motel 6 is usually my go to for a quick stop over when on a road trip because they’re fairly consistent. Basic, but clean and comfortable. This place was awful.

I stayed there for three nights. Since night one I reported the AC was not working properly, the front end employee went to my room to check on it and he told me he will send the technician to fix it and if the problem persists then he will change my room, I reported the same problem of the AC for three nights in a row and the problem never got resolved or I got moved out from my room. Right now the temperatures in El Paso are around 100 degrees, it is awful be without AC during three nights.

This place is a dump, and if you don't have transportation you are gonna be walking at least a mile to get to any restaurant. I had to switch rooms 3 times, first room had a broken tv, second one had a broken ac, I settled for the third just to find out later that night the shower was broken. The staff was very nice though and allowed me to switch rooms several times without giving me any grief or attitude about it.

The rooms stunk. A/C barely worked. I got switched out of my 1st rooms because there was poop in the toilet with toilet paper into another room. That didn't have a remote and AC didn't work. There was bugs and mold in the room. I asked for help with several of the issues like a remote. They sent me up and down the stairs 5 times with different remotes that didnt work. I finally got frustrated because they couldnt find me a remote and my room was hot. I just left and told them they can rent it to someone else.

It took 15 minutes to check in because check in computer was not working. Could not use exterior door near room because key pad not working. Room was bare! No clock, frig, coffee maker, etc.

We stayed one night. Came in during the evening. Young man at front desk was very polite.

I booked a 3 night reservation through hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel they informed me there were no rooms available, that’s fine, it happens. When I asked for a refund, she said she couldn’t cancel because it was after a certain time, once again, I understand. Then she proceeded to say that a couple just left and if I wanted that room she could accept $50.00 for one night so we paid cash and stayed. The next morning I speak to a different clerk and she really didn’t want to help me with a refund so I called hotels.com to ask them, they got on the phone with the hotel and the clerk states we stayed one night so she can’t refund the full amount but I told her we paid cash the night before and hotels.com already charged my card the full amount. She wasn’t understanding and in the end I received a refund for 2 nights so I got charged one night on my card and we payed for that night cash.

When i firstbgot there to check in the front desk apologized and told me thay the maintenance guy was fixing an outlet. No problem i was fine with that and told them i would be back in few hrs anyway. I went back 3 hrs later go to my room and the maintenance guy was too. He couldnt figure out how to fix itand was 100%honest with me. My father in law is a electrician and owns his own electric company so i even tried to help. Even called my father in law. The wires werent grounded and kept shocking the dude and couldnt find out why or where. After all that mess i walk to the front desk with the maintenance guy told them what was going very calming and politely. His response to me was "will you lower your voice, or i cant help you" he was rude and snippy so i asked how i can go about getting refunded and he said if you would calm down and let me tell you our policy" let me remind you i was not upset yelling nothing. Im bery understanding. But that was the last straw i firmly told him how rude and disrespectful he was and i was genuinely asking a question. He told me that i have to stay in that room. I told him how dangerous it is to be around live wires that are exposed like they were. All and all i found out later that night i would have to contact expedia and they reach out to management. How hard was that for the guy to just say that.

The Staff is Amazing, Ceasar and Maintenance staff. Able to change our room for a bigger one for $65.00 on a friday night. Good people downside bldg. is old.

When i got to the property, the front desk was not manned and i rang both bells multiple times. After several minutes, i finally yelled out to get someone's attention. They were watching a TV in the back so loud that they couldn't hear anything going on inside the lobby. The tvs were not working properly in the rooms. They had trouble finding my reservation.

The staff is overall amazing at accomadating to one's individual request and very very considerate and beyong understanding in all aspects! Thank you Motel 6-Southeast! You ALL are very much appreciated!

We booked a reservation for $40, and upon arrival at 1am were told our reservations had been cancelled and we would need to rebook: new price $69.90! No way to rebook through expedia as our reservation was not cancelled on expedias end, as well as it being the next calendar day. Trapped. Not to mention the terrible water stained, filthy room. This is not a place to stay. Its a trap.

Great customer service

The hotel overbooked their rooms, leading us to wait a long time to get the rooms. They did not provide any toiletries, the front lobby was stinky and the corridor floors are broken and hidden with carpets, I stepped on one of the broken holes and was almost about to break my ankle. Overall very poor service and hotel condition.

Terrible place to stay. Very noisy, the people from the floor above was very loud and was making a lot of noise. Bathroom was making some weird noise every 10 minutes, facility was extremely dirty, hallway floor had an enormous bubble, very unsafe. No phone or clock alarm was available in the room, a/c unit very loud, no drawers available, and stairs was dirty and used needles on the floor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, however i don’t recommend the stay in this place at all. I had to checked out at the middle of the night due to the noisy and because I feel unsafe.

There was a gang fight where the front desk clerk was also fighting with a lady when we got there. It was a physical and aggravated assault. It was unsafe and very scary.

The one good thing about this motel 6 was it’s off the freeway .

Somone knocked at my door and wanted me to open door, I called the operator and told hey said there was nothing they could do, so I got my stuff and left immediately after I felt it was safe, not for people with kids

Bad area

Between the smelly hallways and the yelling in throughout the building our stay has been terrible. The police even had to show up to escort a guest off the premises.the toilet leaks every time you flush, back doors don’t lock, parking lot is very dark and sketchy.

At the check-in, seeing the broken elevator sign, smelling the food that people cooked inside the property and the cigarette's smoke plus the old condition and the dirtiness in lobby, I sensed that I was in the wrong place, Because of the unbearable smoke of cigarette, I requested to check out for a refund but my request was rejected. instead, the hotel staff moved me to another room on the first floor but the condition was not much different than the previous one such as old, dirty, smell, unsafe, broken toilet and bathtub faucet. I was stuck and decided rest for a couple of hours before I got back on the road very early in the next morning. Within an hour, the electricity of the hotel was out and it was out for at least an hour. Got locked out of my room when I rushed out to check with the front desk and the front desk receptionist did not have a key to let me get back into my room. SHE WAS SUPPER RUDE! It was hell but I could not grab my stuffs to run away from the hotel. This ordeal still frightens me til this day.

The staff seems shorthanded. Our room was not very dirty, but we had to go get towels. The coffee area was disgusting.

In the app offered breakfast and they didn't have.

Cockroaches in the first room. Got transferred, due to cockroaches, in our room. Totally different style room. This one had no fridge or microwave, as our first one did. Got a knock, at 10:20, for our 11 check out. Went to the front desk, and was pretty much apologized to, and put off. Went to the room, and the card to open the door, was turned off, at 10:20. When check out is at 11. No coffee, as they have listed, on their amenities. Would not recommend.
