The lady running the breakfast was very poor. I had a waffle after following the instructions and there was a significant amount of smoke from the waffle maker. I continued and everything was OK. When I was just finishing eating my waffle she comes into the breakfast nook and starts lecturing me about the smoke, accuses me of being in there all morning. I wasn't!! I took charge and asked ner why she was so angry. She made an otherwise excellent stay challenging.

Won't be staying there again. Because my drivers license was local to the area, they were going to refuse my booking with them for the one night. They don't allow locals to book rooms with them, thinking its drug related stay.

The room was clean but not quiet, likely due to location. The breakfast seemed to be set out as a fixed amount so if you were not one of the first there was little left. I noticed this all 3 mornings. Especially bad if you are bothered with gluten or dairy sensitivities.

Noisy because it’s right next to a major highway but considering that it’s well maintained and staff are great

This is my second time at the hotel and booked the same type of room but this time the view was of the highway. Can hear the traffic in the middle of the night and the fridge was making weird noise other than that, very clean room and spacious. Checking in and out, the staff was very friendly. Will stay here again :)
