Amabilidad, Todo excelente.

Mi nombre es Victor José Estrella Grados ,hice la reserva de hotel , pero por motivos personales tenía que anular la reserva y mi queja es que no se puede anular la reserva a través de la página web del hotel y me cargaron una noche a mi cuenta.bancaria, no me alojé en el hotel nunca , pero me han cobrado un día.

It was a brief overnight. It seems like this place is very old outdated things were broken in the room and not fixed leaving items just laying out! When I checked in, it was great. The girl was very nice. When I checked out the guy couldn’t speak English very well and he didn’t understand some things I was saying and I surely didn’t understand everything he said.

Check-In Staff was Super Helpful & Kind. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast foods left a bit to be desired. Appreciated Freshly Brewed Decaf not having to suffer thru instant!!

Stayed from 4/21 to 4/26. Beyond the friendliness of the female desk attendant who checked me in this place leaves much to be desired. Found my room filthy and apparently "missed" by cleaning staff. Was given another room for that night then switched back to my original room next day. The free breakfast was a joke, even the lone waffle maker was broken and the hotel ice machines didn't work. This building is very old and the upgrades need upgrading. The on line pictures are definitely from back whenever last "upgrade" was done which clearly was some time ago. Room flooring was warped (both rooms), room door didn't close right (had to force it shut every time) and refrigerator barely worked. And good luck getting a decent night of sleep, you can hear everything going on around your room and outside including the noises from the highway, sound deadening is virtually non existent. I've stayed a numerous Quality Inn locations in the past without issue but this one might be one to avoid unless you're desperate.
