4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Riverside Retreat, sleeps 12. Durham, Nova Scotia

There were 10 of us and we had an amazing time! The outdoor space was incredible (if only the weather had been better!). There was plenty of space inside as well. We mostly sat in the gorgeous sunroom. We will be back again for sure!!

We were a group of 6 adults and the River House was an excellent location for our work in New Glasgow. 15 minutes away it was nice to have a place to be removed and relaxed. Communication from host was top notch. We had some weather before our stay and it was communicated well. The long driveway hadn't been plowed and step cleared prior to our early evening arrival, but it was done within an hour of us arriving. Would highly recommend for a group. It is lovely in the winter and looks to be even more so in summer/fall season.

Great place for us... 3 families traveling together. Lots of space for all of us. And close to quaint villages with shopping and eateries.

The property is located along the river and feels so private. The sunroom by far was our favorite spot in the house. Just lovely. We sat there for hours sipping our coffee, chatting and watching the endless viewings of eagles overhead. Such a treat for my team.
