The staff was very friendly. We had great interactions with the front desk as well as the bar tender. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. The Ac was out at the bar but wasn’t too hot to stay & have a drink. The rooms were nice and kool though.

The location of the Hotel is great. The room was clean, and comfortable. If you love high pressure showers, this is the place for you. Only one issue I have is the fee for parking that was not included in the price, nor was it advertised. There is a $4 parking fee, which does not go to anything I can explain. I asked the front desk attendant if there was security that patrolled the lot at night and she said "No." I asked what the parking fee was for and her rely was, "the owner told us to start charging for it and we are." So be prepared to pay a separate parking fee which does not go to anything they can explain.

There was a hair in the bedding. So the sheets weren’t clean new sheets. There was blood on the curtains and the ceiling. Elevator was sketch. Malfunctioning.. door kept opening .. spent 402 for two nights breakfast wasn’t included.

Room and bathroom were very clean, however, the 4 individual keurig coffee containers had all been used and placed back on the coffee station. All 4 had very noticeable hole on top and bottom. Also when checking in, was informed of a charge for parking which was not posted on this app or on the corporate site. Was informed that charge was implemented by owner recently. Front desk staff was great and extremely understanding of my frustration with the unposted parking fee. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, towels were clean and soft, and AC/heater worked great.

The front desk was fast, nice and professional. The bar staff was rude and unprofessional. Wanted to visit with other guests but was told to leave area in case someone wanted to eat or order a drink. The only action going on was employees watching the end of Monday night football loudly. There’s no real place for guest to sit and visit with each other.

So, we stayed here because of the reviews being so good and it was on our way up I-25. It is conveniently off of I-25 and has restaurants near by. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which has great food as well. We have a little doggie, and that was another plus for us to be able to have him stay in our room for the night. Our double queen bed room was clean and comfy and spacious. The A/C and facilities all worked well except the water spout in the tub was loose and made us feel like it would come off of the wall if we weren't careful. The shower water pressure was very high which I liked. There is plenty of well lit parking and I felt our vehicles would be safe. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. A couple of issues we had were the unexpected surprise of having to pay $4 per night for parking. There is no free breakfast either, but they have a morning breakfast buffet for $16 ea if you want to dine in the hotel restaurant area. The elevator floors both needed to be replaced as the LVT flooring was separating and becoming a tripping hazard. I almost tripped on the floor in one of the elevators and reported it to the check-in desk which they quickly addressed. The price for a room is fairly reasonable for this area and they didn't charge us half of the cost of the room with a ton of fees you would normally find in other large cities. Overall, great place to stay and we will probably stay here again if we need a great hotel in Albuquerque.

We couldn’t get anyone to clean our room, so we had to go down and ask for towels anytime we needed them and had to take our own trash out. We were never in the room when the cleaning service came by but when we got back to our rooms in the evening you could tell nobody had been in there and the do not disturb sign was not on the door

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Although I don't feel hotels along the Interstate are very safe in Albuquerque, I like the location of this one. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Room was comfortable, very clean and all was great. The AC was loud so we turned on the fan thinking a constant noise would be better than an intermittent one. We were disappointed at the level of noise of the AC.

The restroom smelled like cigarette, I called the front desk and all they could say was "I\'m sorry about that" I had a headache for the 1st day and a half (it was a non smoking room) The walls are very thin and you can hear the cleaning ladies talking very early in the morning.

If you get a room facing the back of the hotel, the trash collectors make a lot of noise really early in the morning, and the toilets flush REALLY loud, you can hear your neighbor flushing and closing doors all night long. Didn't get very good sleep. The gap in the door is big enough you can see light ftom the hallway which makes you also hear the people coming in, not noise proof enough.

Rooms were nice and spacious but they did not accommodate to my "special requests". I had asked for adjoining rooms and made a call to make sure that was down for my reservations and also had them in my original reservation notes. When I tried to get my rooms moved they were unable too.

Room was very clean and nice. WiFi that night was very slow I couldn’t log in and do my work. It was working next morning. When I showered that night water was coming out of bath spout and shower head. I realized following day you must pull lever up first then turn on water. Walls are so thin u can hear everything.

Very nice facility. Fast and professional check in. Great breakfast staff. An extermely pleasant stay!

We booked a suite in February and when we got there to check in the Hotel said Expedia over booked so they did not have the room we actually paid for. They really did not care and said they only had a double bed or a standard king which one did we want instead. It was my husbands birthday and it was suppose to ne a special weekend and it was disappointing because we got a suite to be able to have friends over and we were not able to celebrate.

Staff was great. Friendly. Helpful. The room didn’t have any linens or pillows for the pullout bed and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t flushing well, but anytime we called down we got what we needed quickly.

Rooms were nice and spacious but they did not accommodate to my "special requests". I had asked for adjoining rooms and made a call to make sure that was down for my reservations and also had them in my original reservation notes. When I tried to get my rooms moved they were unable too.

Everything was great except 2 things. 1) Shower pressure is very weak 2) The waitress wouldn’t let my husband sit at a table in the breakfast area to have his coffee if he wasn’t ordering food, but then he saw another couple sit down there to have coffee without ordering food and the waitress allowed it. It wasn’t that they were so full that they needed tables for ppl who wanted to order——all the tables were empty except one. It felt very unaccommodating and had never happened to us before at other Hilton Garden hotels.

The front desk was fast, nice and professional. The bar staff was rude and unprofessional. Wanted to visit with other guests but was told to leave area in case someone wanted to eat or order a drink. The only action going on was employees watching the end of Monday night football loudly. There’s no real place for guest to sit and visit with each other.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. Although I don't feel hotels along the Interstate are very safe in Albuquerque, I like the location of this one. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

The location of the Hotel is great. The room was clean, and comfortable. If you love high pressure showers, this is the place for you. Only one issue I have is the fee for parking that was not included in the price, nor was it advertised. There is a $4 parking fee, which does not go to anything I can explain. I asked the front desk attendant if there was security that patrolled the lot at night and she said "No." I asked what the parking fee was for and her rely was, "the owner told us to start charging for it and we are." So be prepared to pay a separate parking fee which does not go to anything they can explain.

Very nice clean hotel in a safe area of Albuquerque. The king bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly. Only negative was that it was really cold in the lobby when we went down for breafast...someone may have forgotten to turn the heat on.

So, we stayed here because of the reviews being so good and it was on our way up I-25. It is conveniently off of I-25 and has restaurants near by. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which has great food as well. We have a little doggie, and that was another plus for us to be able to have him stay in our room for the night. Our double queen bed room was clean and comfy and spacious. The A/C and facilities all worked well except the water spout in the tub was loose and made us feel like it would come off of the wall if we weren't careful. The shower water pressure was very high which I liked. There is plenty of well lit parking and I felt our vehicles would be safe. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. A couple of issues we had were the unexpected surprise of having to pay $4 per night for parking. There is no free breakfast either, but they have a morning breakfast buffet for $16 ea if you want to dine in the hotel restaurant area. The elevator floors both needed to be replaced as the LVT flooring was separating and becoming a tripping hazard. I almost tripped on the floor in one of the elevators and reported it to the check-in desk which they quickly addressed. The price for a room is fairly reasonable for this area and they didn't charge us half of the cost of the room with a ton of fees you would normally find in other large cities. Overall, great place to stay and we will probably stay here again if we need a great hotel in Albuquerque.

I think for the price the breakfast should have been included. Even just coffee & a muffin but instead it was $5 for coffee & the breakfast was $16 for cereal,bacon,& light stuff. Not worth it

Our room looked like wired when we got in, bed was not done and sofa cushion was flipped up. Staff were very nice and changed room for us immediately. However the bedding sheet was missing in our new room. Breakfasts was great, cook to order is better than the buffet, and the service was great.

The check-in was a breeze. The clerk at the front desk was very kind. We got in late, so we decided to have dinner and drinks at the hotel. The pizza was burnt and hard. The worst part was that they would not allow my SIL sit on the restaurant side because she had a service dog. At dinner and breakfast, they wanted us to sit in a separate room. She was embarrassed and felt very discriminated against. Please train your staff on what is allowed according to the ADA Act! I’m surprised this happened at a Hilton. So disappointed.

The morning Host (Food preparation/cook) at the restaurant area was amazing. She was so very friendly and professional. The waitress was so very polite and friendly as well. Many stars for them!!!

I booked using Hotels.com and the person at the hotel received and and took care of me. Pet friendly hotel. Very nice. The room (208) needs the bathroom door fitted better the tile guy installed the tile too high. Very comfortable bed.

I get sick of the "nickel-and-dime" crap. Went downstairs and ordered a burger (cheese and bacon were EXTRA) but when I asked for a side of Ranch... I was told it costs EXTRA! Not a cheap burger to begin with but more money for sauce? The bar is not cheap either. Their "pour" is EXACTLY one jigger.... not a drop more. Front desk staff at night are quite friendly. The day staff ... not so much.
