My family spent 2 nights here while in town visiting family. Staff was warm and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the place felt safe. My issues were that the air conditioning in the room was very off. The room was either too hot or too cold no matter what we did. The toilet in our room ran if we didn't lift the handle and half of the lights in the room didnt work properly. Also i was sad to find the hot tub not working when we got there. I was looking forward to using it. Overall the property was ok for what we paid but definitely could use more attention.

When we went to our assigned room after checkin, we found it had not been cleaned since the last guests-bed unmade, etc. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room. Pool was empty, and train noise was noticeable at night. Breakfast was minimal.

Lets start by saying that a locked front lobby door and having to be buzzed in, due to crime, does not reinforce my decision to stay there. Bedding and shower seemed clean but lots of grime and heavy build up of filth in the corners and along the baseboards. Room safe does not work, fridge was warm, didn't try the microwave. None of the amenities were available. Ice machine, laundry, exercise room, all locked up with no access to guests. Even the pool was closed due to permit issues.

Overall, it was good, but I did not like that the washer and dryer in the laundry room were not working. I had to get a Lyft to go to a local laundromat. The soda machine also did not work.

We were first in room 122 (second to the end) and it was disgusting. The sheets had cigarette burns, the carpet was wet everywhere and not sure if it was urine. Then we got bit by bugs. Moved to a different room, which was cleaner but no towels. On the ceiling above the sink, someone stuffed paper towels in a hole instead of fixing it.

All of the bed sheets were stained and soiled along with the towels. The walls around the toilet were covered in urine. DISGUSTING! the security latch on the door kept opening too. unsafe and dirty. i left and went to another property. im hoping for a refund.

The room was so dusty. The headboard of the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The fitting bed sheet was not clean. The blankets had stains on them. The towels looked like they were washed in dirty water. And also the fire alarm on the ceiling was missing.

Checked in (that was fine). Walked into our 2 rooms and all 4 beds were stained (looked like blood stains on one), and it looked like there were bed bugs. Walked immediately back out and asked for a refund. The front desk clerk ABSOLUTELY refused to be is ANY assistance, including not letting us back into the rooms to document the condition.

I end up finding another hotel because the room I got had the toilet full of paper and poop. I reported it immediately to the front desk, 4 hours later no one took care of it, the manager refused to check is in to a different room or any other alternative. Very bad customer service and nasty hygiene

We chose the hotel because it was less expensive and we just needed a place to sleep and get ready the next morning. The tv has a bright blue light that shines all night and we had to cover that up. Lots of light also comes through the door frame to outside. Towels were stained. There was a used pimple patch stuck to the bathroom door frame that cleaning obviously has missed. The tv remote didn’t work and all I could get the tv to show was one channel which had SpongeBob on. As I said, I knew it wasn’t going to be awesome but I relearned an old lesson that you do get what you pay for with hotels.

It’s a clean hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed covers had holes from old cigarette burns. There were many lamps but even these did not provide a lot of light for the room. Few outlets for charging electronics.

The bed was fairly comfortable, but the sheets and pillow cases smelled like they weren't fresh. I had to put a t shirt over my pillow as it smelled like another person. I got this room for the jetted tub, but the jets didn't work and the tub was much smaller than the picture advertised for the room

The first room smelled bad it was a handicapped room, tv was not working right, then they moved us to another room witch was better than the first but the tv had only one channel worrking then they had to come to get the channel on overall, was disappointed, will not stay there again

Was charged extra for a handicap room that smelled like smoking, when we exchanged it back to another downstairs room fee was still applied. When we left in the morning the staff was unavailable at 6:15 am we kept ringing the bell and no one was answering.

Stay was okay. Not allowed visitors and we weren’t notified prior to booking we came to see our daughter in college and was told we couldn’t have visitors she stay in a dorm room this is really something Expedia should add to description

Housekeeping is a huge issue here. When we checked in we were given a dirty room. The front desk staff immediately given another room. At the end of the next day we reported our room had not been made up 0 e were given clean towels. At the end of the day after that, we reported our room had not been made up. We were informed rooms were only serviced every other day. There is no signage indicating that. We were grudgingly given clean towels. So, don't do housekeeping the service of putting your wet towels on the floor unless you are willing to deal with unpleasant front desk staff for dry ones.

GREAT staff. I had three snafus, two on my end, one at the hotel. They fixed all three quick and easily, with kindness and flexibility. Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds. A real nice stay for a few nights, will be back!

This is not a hotel, it's a motel. Room wasn't very clean, there were mysterious stains on floor. Lobby is kept locked at all times, must ring bell to get staff to open unlike other hotels in the immediate area. Staff refused to assign a different room even though it was evident by empty parking lot that rooms would have been available.

My check-in was excellent at the front desk. I didn’t get to look around because I booked this to conk out after my 10 hour drive from San Diego and 10 more hours each of the next two days. I am grateful for places like this to stay. I felt safe, it was clean and parked my car where I could keep an eye on it.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing! From day one they were kind and helpful. Every time we needed something They were quick to respond. The property was very well lit and they looked out for our vehicles. My daughter and I stayed four days while we waited for her apartment, we felt very much at home!

This property sits by the interstate and rail tracks, i heard the train and semi’s during the night. Free breakfast was ok. It was light, but area was clean

The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the quilt. The room was spacious. Parking was limited. Breakfast was basically bread and juice; not good at all.

For the price... A fair deal. Breakfast was included but it was a very limited breakfast. limited to cream of wheat, fruit and waffles with juice or coffee.

Everything was fine. Only problem in my hand and that you may be aware of if you're Diabetic Your choices for a low carb breakfast are zero. Apple or banana are you choice for breakfast.

We arrived late, but the room was clean, and breakfast was good. I was just a bit sad that there weren't any omelets, as I'd seen on their pictures before. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel.

When we checked in we were told by the manager, that the swimming pool opens at 8:30am the next morning. The only reason we stayed here was because I wanted to go swimming. The next morning I went to get breakfast and the front desk lady told me that the pool never opens until 10am. Checkout time is 11am so I wouldn't have enough time. I called the front desk but the lady doesn't answer because she just stays outside on lots of smoke breaks. So I had to walk all the way over to her while she's smoking. I asked if I could get a later Checkout time so that I could swim and she said that the manager would charge me $75 for a later Checkout. HUGE INCONVENIENCE and VERY DISAPPOINTING! I would never stay there again! There was also someone else's dirty bar soap in the shower on the top in the corner! NOT CLEAN! The air conditioner makes loud screeching noises all night and does not work good! VERY HOT in the room! The lock on the door needs to be fixed! Real dump! Never again! I want my money back!

Four Cars in the parking lot had busted out windows, the shower head had no pressure. The shampoo bottle was empty. The Hot tub had cold green water in it, I would not recommend this place.
