Ho prenotato una suite e non c’era neanche la macchinetta del caffè, dicono che non è prevista in quel tipo di camera. Ma era una suite! Poi mi hanno fatto sparire le cose aperte, ma non finite, dal minibar rimpiazzandole con cose nuove così ho dovuto pagarle 2 volte! Poila camera non era bella e ho dovuto fare jn upgrade a pagamento.

The staff were amazing, it was a rainy day when we were leaving and at the front door the staff gave us an umbrella. We told them we are checking out and leaving and their response was so sweat. Don’t worry about it, you are Marriott. I wish i would ask her name but she knows who she is. Made my day with her smile and kindness.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room that is in excellent condition. Same with the bathroom. Front desk are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and can anticipate our needs before we even ask for it. Same with the bell staff and the security. Free coffee in the morning. Free water all day (in a giant bucket in the evenings and at the bell station during the day). No pool. Fitness center is available but not the best. ROOM 3501 is AMAZING. The corner room understandable has windows on the north and east side of the buildings. We very much enjoyed the sunrise, morning, afternoon and evening views from our room. Couch pulls out into a bed. Vibe is definitely nice. Location is VERY convenient: It's across the street from Central Park and about 2 blocks from a subway station.
