This facility was atrocious. Dirty, broken doors, burn marks on countertops and tub. Ripped window screens. Moldy pool. Avoid at all costs. No heat. Nails sticking out of wall. Pictures do not lie

Very accommodating staff, they were able to move me to a room that didn't require stairs because I had a rolling cart with gear I needed to bring inside each night. I had to add a night to my reservation, so I bought another night there on Hotels.com, and they simply kept me in my same room so I didn't need to move anything. It was great! Good coffee available in the morning, easy location to get in and out of. They were actively renovating the property while I was there, so I don't count that towards the cleanliness of the property; everything was very clean, even while under renovation. Will stay again when needed!

My room wasn't ready, even 30 minutes after I checked in. The gym was completely inadequate- treadmill broken, no tv hook up, no towels or wipes to wipe the machines down, and the water wasn't hooked up. The room itself was very nice, with the ex ception of the shower, which looked dirty. There was no refreshment area, the sofa in the entrance way was ripped, and a window at the entrance Was smacked.

What they don’t mention is that the property is being renovated, so no restaurant, nightclub, meeting rooms, etc. Our room was clean and freshly painted, unfortunately it smelled pretty strongly of paint. Also the plumbing was jacked up. The hot and cold water was reversed on the sink, the toilet filled with hot water (what?). I was unable to adjust the water in the shower to make it cool enough to tolerate, so I filled the tub and gave it some time to cool before getting in. There was also some weird drip pan under the refrigerator that made it super difficult to open the door. Also no freezer, just the fridge. Overall I would say our room was not suitable for occupancy. The fact it was being renovated should have been disclosed!
