This location is very dirty i wouldn't recommend you to stay here.

The room was booked for 3 people for 2 consecutive nights. The hotel had 4 baths towels only when I had requested ahead of time for extra towels. We knew we wouldn't have maid / room service so I requested the add'l towels so we didn't have to track down housekeeping. The front desk associate gave me 4 towels and 4 more hand towels. I think it was a language barrier perhaps for the misunderstanding. Once in the room we were underwhelmed. Floor was somewhat messy ( not mopped or cleaned) and the lights were both UNPLUGGED....we had to find the cords and plug them in ourselves. The toilet lid was loose and there was no back up toilet paper. The worse part was the 2 cockroaches I killed IN the bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing. Some fresh fruit, yogurt,.dry cereal with bagels were accompanying runny eggs and mildly warm sausage links.We.enxed up getting breakfast OUT both mornings to have our nutrition. When I checked out I mentioned the issues in the room and the nice young lady stated she would note the account. I have zero confidence this happened. I have stayed in this location 2 times previously when in the area visiting family with no issues. It is clear the property is not being maintained.....from the elevator, walls, outside landscaping, room appearance and food area set up. The lack of someone at the front desk in the hotel also was concerning. Perhaps this is the normal acceptance for the brand now. We won't stay here again.

It was ok. I was expecting better for a suites hotel. Front desk was rarely staffed, but just a phone call away. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed twice & the door handle was probably broken. The air was noisy. The bed was not the best, but I slept fine. The shower water went more in the tub than the shower head. It was just OK. I didn’t make it to breakfast, but it looked nice.

Breakfast was simple, but everything tasted good and there was plenty of options.
