If you want to check in early, you had better reconsider. The owners of this hotel are extremely greedy and will charge $25 for an early check in. Even though the rooms are ready they still will charge you the fee. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower are worthless. You get one pinhead drop her push. The room was very nice and clean.

The door didn’t close easily. They have laundry but no change machine. Overall dirty property. Small and musty room. Average breakfast at best. A creepy lady in the lobby that scared my son. The guy that checked us in wasn’t helpful with a simple extra blanket and towel request. The young lady stocking breakfast and helping with checkout did an excellent job and was very helpful and polite.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not available. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. I feel they should update their website with the information that the pool is not open until Best Western okays the pool. Very deceptive

this hotel was clean enough, bed's uncomfortable, the pool was empty and covered, the breakfast was not good, the staff unfriendly, area was noisy. I would not stay here again.

Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.

The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the bathtub as well as stains. The bottom sheet on the queen bed was actually a flat sheet that barely covered and did not tuck. There were people sitting on coolers on the balcony who appeared to be living there. They were noisy and made us feel uncomfortable. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Would not recommend.

Upon entering the room you are hit with a smell thats supposed to make you think cleanliness. But it is so overwhelming that it gives you an immediate headache. It is like they just poured fabric softener all over the towels, and bedding. And I just mean poured, not washed. The sheets and such had hair from someone else, dirty spots all over them and there was a toenail or fingernail on the bed. There is a decent size gap under the door (the doors lead to outside) when you touch a towel to dry your hands it is filmy making your hands feel greasy. They definitely do not clean like they should because there is dirt, hair, and buildup around on the floors near the walls. The pictures of this place are very deceiving of what you will actually get.

The unique thing was that it was like a motel. the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for awhile...there was an iron but no ironing board..there was mold on the inside the closet door.

The room was fine and bed was comfy. Not happy with being given a room right beside 2 rooms of teenagers that were clearly there to party. Judging by half empty parking lot I am sure we could of been placed at the other end of building our even on other side. I'm sure this isn't the first time they have had a group of rowdy individuals rent rooms, which I don't have an issue with, but don't stick older people in with them. That's just common sense.

Stayed in a non smoking room, though you’d have not known it walking in. Musty smell. But nothing horrible. Nice choice of pillows. Water in shower was hot with good pressure. A/C worked well. TV remote didn’t work well. Lady at the reception desk was very pleasant and nice.

The room had a smell! The toilet did not flush. The blow dryer did not work and came out of the wall as if it was not secure. At 8am the smoke detector went off. Not the most comfortable stay/ I’ve stayed at this location before but the room gives not clean or defective rooms or furniture.

The first room we were given at the back of the property by the lift was SO DARK, lighting , so asked for a change and done happily. Bed linen was bit small/short for the king size bed. Breakfast fine but very wobbly high table, dont spill your drink!

Door to room was so hard to open I thought my keycard didn't work, So went back to front desk and he just reset the cards. Went back up and realized I had to do a hip check to open the door. Would have been nice if staff had told me to use some force the first time.

Room 114 was checked twice by staff before check in and during my 2 days stay. 1 the faucet in shower dripped constantly, when the shower was turned on it leaked and sprayed from connection, the body was was never checked by staff it was empty my entire stay, and the sink drain seemed to be draining slowly.

Checkin was very time consuming. It took 45 mins. Food wasn’t good. No spray for waffles, stuck to griddle and did not cook, warmer wasn’t working. I finally ate yogurt. Room was ok. Older hotel.

Easy check in. Great staff. Very friendly. Room was slightly outdated but clean. Ac worked . Shower had a low pressure on water but still was able to take a bath. Nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage and what seemed like potatoes ( which were baked potatoes cut up- no flavor) but edible. Cereal, milk, bagel, toast & orange juice. Enough to get you in your way . It was a great place to stop on a long drive to get some sleep and head bk out .

Office personnel were very helpful. Hot Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, juice and coffee. The room was clean and updated.

Hotel manager was not very nice. He asked me to ask for a refund from hotels just so I could directly pay him instead. He also insisted that we probably don’t have enough money on our card so he forced us to go to the atm to withdrawal 100 cash deposit . He said he doesn’t want to accept a card and he wants the cash. I felt that he may have been a little bit Raceist. Very uncomfortable

I have stayed at several Best Westerns and this one was disappointing. The cleanliness was not on par with what I am used to for a Best Western. I definitely felt the cost of the room was higher than the quality we received. Driving into this location is off of a busy road with no traffic light to turn onto the road the hotel is on. This left a constant long line of traffic always waiting to turn.

The room was clean warm and quiet. Staff was polite and helpful. Great location, close to many restaurants and stores. Nice one night stay!

For what we needed for just a night's stay, this was fine. The lobby is very small, so while they do offer a complimentary breakfast that does have hot items, I would not plan on eating in the area, but instead returning to your room to eat. Location is good - we had an event at the Convention Center and the drive there and back was simple.

this hotel was clean enough, bed's uncomfortable, the pool was empty and covered, the breakfast was not good, the staff unfriendly, area was noisy. I would not stay here again.

Found 2 different dirty socks in room Breakfast was always low and trash bins overflowing Pool wasnt open Staff was not friendly at front desk and not helpful

Checkin was very time consuming. It took 45 mins. Food wasn’t good. No spray for waffles, stuck to griddle and did not cook, warmer wasn’t working. I finally ate yogurt. Room was ok. Older hotel.

Easy check in. Great staff. Very friendly. Room was slightly outdated but clean. Ac worked . Shower had a low pressure on water but still was able to take a bath. Nice breakfast. Eggs, sausage and what seemed like potatoes ( which were baked potatoes cut up- no flavor) but edible. Cereal, milk, bagel, toast & orange juice. Enough to get you in your way . It was a great place to stop on a long drive to get some sleep and head bk out .

Office personnel were very helpful. Hot Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, juice and coffee. The room was clean and updated.

Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.

When I arrived to the hotel? I was told my room is upstairs but the elevator is broken. I asked for a room on the main floor but was told I have to pay additional $20 because it’s a 2 queen bed room. I stayed in the hotel previously so if I knew the elevator didn’t work I would have stayed elsewhere having lot of luggage returning from my vacations. The hotel didn’t seem too busy so I’m sure I could have been offered a room on the main floor with no additional charge. The room I was given smelled terribly like a zoo and felt very damp, I woke up in the morning with sore throat and a bite on my leg. Breakfast offered was so much worse than what I remember. Definitely won’t be coming back here .

The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. But the rest of the room could have benefited from more effort. 2 nights I was awakened by yelling and cursing by other guests and passersby. One early morning I was awakened by the screeching of the smoke alarm. I had paid for 8 nights but had to check out one day earlier because my brother was coming home from the hospital. Best Western refused to return the cost of the unused night.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was filthy. Debated whether to stay or not but decided I could manage. No bugs just food particles and crumbs all over everything and a lot of dust. Chairs could also use a good clean. Bathroom was clean just old. Sheets and bed spread was stiff and itchy. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of options. I wouldn’t stay again but for the price that’s what you get.

We always stay at this motel when traveling to the Columbus area. It is convenient to downtown, and has plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and I have never had any complaints. The outdoor swimming pool has been closed for a couple of years. The ripped cover and dirty water were an eyesore. Otherwise, the grounds are well-kept, comparable to the higher-priced motels adjacent to this property.
