The room was clean, but the TV wasn’t connected to any kind of cable, streaming or anything else. The guest was supposed to connect their own private Roku account! Also, there was an extreme lack of electric plugs for charging of electronics or personal items and the ones for use in the bath area did not work. Also, the toilet was not properly seated and wobbled whenever we used it. The shower was very inviting as it was poorly tiled and showing signs of mold in the corner, & the glass door was dirty with excess caulking. There were no chairs to sit on, one lone side table for a light but little else. The walls were bare of any decor; the contractors that were there doing repair or reconstruction (I’m guessing) left many opened boxes & cardboard in piles in the parking lot. There was no outside trash receptacle for customer use.

No coffee maker, must go to office for coffee and morning muffin. Surprise.......coffee cup offered is 4 oz size and so tiny muffin pkg. also tiny. Pool was a complete disaster area and unusable. However staff was quick to respond when breaker was tripped while using the microwave and mini fridge at the same time, same outlet. I washed all the lamp shades myself, as my stay was 5 days and couldn't stand to look at them, so...... taking a shower proved no good, as the water backed up over my ankles. Took about half a day to drain and never got addressed. Plus for this place, no bugs, tight door seal. Minus is the lack of cleaning, wall switches, doors and wall areas by doors very dirty, found blood stain on bathroom counter and had to clean the mold from around the counter mounted bowl sink. It was so easy to do, I can't understand why it was there in the first place.

This property is right outside the main Gate at Ft. Novosel. The hotel was absolutely horrible. The lights on the back side where we had 2 rooms did not work. mattresses thrown in the parking lot. Paid for 2 king size rooms the bedding was for a queen size and dirty. Smoke detectors not on walls. DO NOT book a room here unless you’re ok with staying at a real dump and carry a firearm. And have lost my money. Go to next town of Enterprise and get a room. Felt that we were in a Drug infested area.

Office was not open. According to a posted notice on the office door, it was “Closed Due To Health Reasons”. We had to call a number for a guy to come to the office to check us in. To check out, we had to leave our room cards wedged in the front door. This property is a one star at best. No amenity’s whatsoever. Shortage of towels and toilet paper. We had to track down a housekeeper to get toilet paper. Only a small partial roll in the room when we checked in. Would not recommend this property.

All 3 rooms I rented for my family smelled like marijuana The floors were tacky you could tell they were not clean, the sheets had stains on them, there were no trash cans in the rooms there were somebody going by banging on each room in the middle of the night. There are cars in the parking lot that look like they had been there for a very long time. Vines were growing up around the tires and they were trash on the grounds I will not rent there again.

The property was dirty . it had trash piled up next to the rooms. Some of the ACs units from the property were broken from outside and hanging. The room had not been swept,the toilet seat had cigarette burns on it. It was too late to get a refund or to look for a another hotel around the area . It was horrible

This is not in a family friendly establishment. When we pulled up, there were young children consuming alcohol standing outside. They took one look at our show vehicle and started asking about different parts off of it. Another long term renter told us if we stayed, "crackheads" would be stealing from it. There was no breakfast as they were switching companies. I can tell they are trying to clean up, but we stayed less than an hour, found a new hotel in a different area.

The whole room was dirty. The comforter and sheets were dirty. There was dog food in the floor from the previous people. There were spider webs in the corners and bugs crawling. The a/c did not get very cold and the staff wasn't friendly.

Smelled smoky though was supposed to be non-smoking room. One crushed bar of soap & 1 shampoo, no conditioner. No blow dryer. No coffee. Enough towels for only one person not two. Shower was cool but never warm or hot. TP was almost gone. Office locked & no answer to calls so left message for more TP which was delivered late in evening after gone to bed.

Bed was hard, no box spring. Security door latch was broken. No dresser to place clothes and no place to put suitcase other than the bed. I only stayed the 1 night because i was too exhausted to do anything that night. In the morning light wheni pulled the covers back, there were long dark hairs on the bed (I have short silver hair) .the office/desk staff were nice and friendly, i just wish their rooms were as nice

We stay here from time to time. The room was musty, the shower would not drain and the toilet seat was loose on the toilet. We brought this to the attention of the management and from what we can tell the only thing done, and we can’t say they actually did was, the water in the shower base finally drained.

Very austere room. Very substandard. No shampoo provided, only conditioner. Breakfast was not available until 7:30 on a Tuesday morning and was too late due 7:30 appointments. It was a place to sleep, not much more.

Office was not open. According to a posted notice on the office door, it was “Closed Due To Health Reasons”. We had to call a number for a guy to come to the office to check us in. To check out, we had to leave our room cards wedged in the front door. This property is a one star at best. No amenity’s whatsoever. Shortage of towels and toilet paper. We had to track down a housekeeper to get toilet paper. Only a small partial roll in the room when we checked in. Would not recommend this property.

First, the staff member that checked me in was helpful and friendly. The process went quickly. However, the room left a lot to be desired, like a trash can, a cup, a bucket for ice, or pest control. I’m not squeamish when it comes to bugs, and I know that sometimes they are just extra troublesome, but when I wake repeatedly to cockroaches crawling on me, it makes for a bad night. The next morning I went to request a new room and the front office was all locked up. After waiting a few minutes, I pushed my keys through the crack in the door and left, getting a room at a different hotel.

Check in was good. Had to get a second room due to roaches. The clerk didn’t hesitate to give me another room. The second room was good and clean. The cable channels are different from what I’m used too, so no complaint there really. The breakfast isn’t no breakfast, a couple of danishes with cold coffee with no cream. The American theme is neat and welcoming.

1. Asked for non smoking. Stank of cigarettes terribly.2. No towels for showering. 3 safety lock on door broken.4. People started screaming like they were being murdered @ 10 pm , people were fighting right outside my door. (no phone in room)5. Went to check out in the morning door was locked to lobby sign on the door to call cell phone number, called was told to slip key in crack between doors.😳 I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE.

Terrible service. No free breakfast as advertised. The office was closed almost all the time. The property was not inviting. I was overcharged a whole night and it was not dealt with on the property.

Arrived 8:45pm. Doors locked in office took a very long time for the attendant to open door. Attendant smelled heavily of pot an he was very unpleasant and inhospitable. Outside was filthy. Old refrigerators, microwaves, and clothing outside of rooms and stairs. No cups, wash cloths, soap etc.in room. Sheets were piled and very ruff. Very horrible hotel, more like a that should be rented by the hour.

Shady people hanging around property Broken down cars on property In the room. floor was very damp had to use a towel to basically walk on in the room, spots and stains on the sheets. People hanging out around the property gave a unsafe and unsecured feeling during stay.

This property is right outside the main Gate at Ft. Novosel. The hotel was absolutely horrible. The lights on the back side where we had 2 rooms did not work. mattresses thrown in the parking lot. Paid for 2 king size rooms the bedding was for a queen size and dirty. Smoke detectors not on walls. DO NOT book a room here unless you’re ok with staying at a real dump and carry a firearm. And have lost my money. Go to next town of Enterprise and get a room. Felt that we were in a Drug infested area.

This property really needs to pay attention to the activities going on in its rooms and at the property. There was activity all night long with people coming in the parking lot and things being delivered to their car. Very unsettling!

All 3 rooms I rented for my family smelled like marijuana The floors were tacky you could tell they were not clean, the sheets had stains on them, there were no trash cans in the rooms there were somebody going by banging on each room in the middle of the night. There are cars in the parking lot that look like they had been there for a very long time. Vines were growing up around the tires and they were trash on the grounds I will not rent there again.

This property has some shady permanent residents. Both Friday & Saturday night, there were drug deals happening right outside our door along with a lot of noise - both from people & cars. On Saturday night, 2 police cars arrived & spent a couple of hours talking yo a woman that was sitting on the pavement with a lot of personal belongings spread out all around her. We never felt safe at all! I understand that this is in the process of becoming part of the Choice Hotels group. Hopefully, they will clean this place up. My husband & I won’t ever stay here again!

This hotel is not in a very good part of the city. The property did a great job of marketing it. I had no issues that I thought I would have considered my surroundings but it still made me uncomfortable as I’ve ever been.

This is not in a family friendly establishment. When we pulled up, there were young children consuming alcohol standing outside. They took one look at our show vehicle and started asking about different parts off of it. Another long term renter told us if we stayed, "crackheads" would be stealing from it. There was no breakfast as they were switching companies. I can tell they are trying to clean up, but we stayed less than an hour, found a new hotel in a different area.

Very austere room. Very substandard. No shampoo provided, only conditioner. Breakfast was not available until 7:30 on a Tuesday morning and was too late due 7:30 appointments. It was a place to sleep, not much more.

The building is run down but the room was clean. The room however had an adjoining door with paper shoved in the door knob on my side. The shower had no hot water dispute taking my shower at 6:30. At 7 when I went down for breakfast the doors were locked. I called the number on the door only for them to apologize that they slept late. At 7:35 when I went back down I was able to get the last cup of hot coffee and no other juice or water was offered the juice machine was not on or even looked to be working. The only two options for food was a 1 pack of key lime pie muffin and what looked to be a stale coffee donut and only one package of that also. Nothing else offered. I’d only stay here again if it was cheaper.

It was atrocious!! And they will keep the deposit. If you have no sense of smell, don't ever wash your hands and would like to buy substances off of the people who live there, this is the place for you! We stay at Wyndhams several times a month and have never had an experience like this place!!

The dead roach on the floor was a nice welcome. No blanket on the bed. Just a sheet. No toiletries. The shower was remodeled but the work was an example of "do your best and caulk the rest." One towel for two people. I let my wife shower first so she didn't have to share after me. TV didn't work. For $60 q night, I figured it would be okay for five-six hours of sleep and then back on the road. It was a step up from sleeping in the car, and at our age we are too old for that experience.

Room was nasty hotel was nasty said breakfast online no breakfast man at the front desk very unprofessional had on gym shorts and a tshirt everyday we were there it was 3 days he never changed out or towels our beds were not made and we couldn’t even get into our room because our key wouldnt work and instead of him just putting us in a room where the key did work he had us come to the front desk ring a bell because he was never there sit for 30 mins before our door is open it was awful he needs to be fired black male bald spot in head
