My employee that stayed 1 night was horribly bitten by bed bugs. This was disgusting and humiliating. I had the employee report to the front desk and they said "ok i'll report it to maintenance." I booked the rooms thru hotels.com and reported this to them as well. Red Lion has always been a name of a premier property. This one has seen better days for sure. Your online shows all the facilities operational. This is not the case. Very disappointed.

Everything was a little dated and run down. The shower had mold on the caulking and felt dingy. The bed and pillows were comfy though. Just in overall feeling if old and dingy.
