Arrived at the property at night. Check-in was not a problem. Come to find out that there is no elevator, so everything needed to be carried up the stairs. They advertised having breakfast, but there is only a pot of coffee available. There was a strong smell of bleach throughout the property. We left an Apple computer charger in the room. When we called, they confirmed having it. Though, they demanded for us to write a 5Star review in order for them to return the charger. Needless to say we lost the energy to drive back to get the charger…

The price I got was in the motel range, but this was a hotel with interior doors. Great for a 1 night stop-over on a longer trip. Clean, comfortable, and dog friendly.

The appearance of the inn seems fine from first look. But once you step inside the place, this is the stinkiest hotel I have ever been in. Think a mix between wet dog and bad Indian food. We had to run from our room to the exit every day as fast as we could!! It also had whiffs of smoke every couple minutes even though there were NO Smoking signs everywhere. The pool area was swarming with bugs and made a nice feast for all the crows - our nickname for the pool area was “dirty bird bath” I’ll leave the rest up to your imagination. Convenient location and they do clean your rooms everyday.

The room wasn’t very clean. Chips left on the floor. It had a wet mildew smell. No hot water when I went to shower at night. Little cockroaches all over the room. One even ran across our bed cover at night. Checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. Very gross. I couldn’t wait to get out of there!

The room was dirty, there was hair all over the sheets, hair all over the towels, the room smelled like urine and the walls had dirt all over them. The front staff was rude and were upset when I asked for new bedding. I booked 2 nights but left after one. Would give a 0/10 if it let me.

I would definitely not stay here again. The place is really dirty. Hallways are dirty with worned out carpet. The rooms are very filthy too. The baseboards in the rooms are disgusting they have dirt, grime on them not sure when it was the last time someone cleaned them. One bed skirt some white crusty stuff on it. The towels looked more like clenaing rugs they were very old and stained.

Blood on my bedsheets, hair on my pillowcases and sheets upon arrival. When I asked for new sheets those were STILL dirty. The lady had to look through 5 more until she found clean ones to give me! My kids and their cousins threw up and had diarrhea after swimming in their pool. Don’t stay here!!!!!!

The beds were so uncomfortable that we ended up requesting a refund and left! I would honestly give this location a zero out of 10 review, except the customer service was helpful in getting us a refund. 1 out of 10 review. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. We even spoke with another person at their stay who explained they couldn’t sleep either because of the beds.

The beds have very hard mattresses. That night i discovered the only thing worse than sleeping on a hard bed is laying awake for most of the night on a hard uncomfortable bed. On the good side, they did let us checkout after the first night, we were supposed to stay 2 nights, and gave us a refund.

The TV didn’t work in the first room, I was put in another room however that one didn’t work either.. went and talked to staff, she had someone look at the tv .. she got it working but about 20 minutes later the tv went out again, I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. It was late so I just went down the next day. The room was dirty , 3 out of the 4 towels were stained and very thin, but when I went down and complained they did bring a new tv and clean towels . Very disappointed in the room quality for the money I spent. They also don’t have anything for breakfast. Bare to the bones hotel.

I was just here for 1 evening I was in the area for a softball tournament the staff was friendly and room was clean. Overall our stay was good we didn't get much sleep as there was a dog barking in the adjourning room and the people above walking around stomping their feet like a heard of elephants. both of these concerns were not the hotels fault

The people above us had unruly kids that they let run around and stop until 11:30 one night and 1am the next night. I called multiple times to the front desk to get them to do something about it and nothing was ever done, they just kept offering to move us to a different room. We had 2 dogs and we were the quiet ones, why should I have to move rooms? I’m trying to sleep! They are the ones who are awake, make them move rooms! The A/C units were all old and SUPER loud. The mattresses we slept on were from the 1960’s. It looked like it was recently remodeled but with the absolute cheapest materials possible and the work was shoddy at best. I have slept in my car during a snow storm and had better rest than I did the two nights I stays at the Red Roof Inn in St. George Save yourself time, money, and hassle and just sleep in a cardboard box on the side walk.

The property I usually stay at was too far for our very very late flight arrival. The room was very basic but surprisingly fine. Very nice young man working the late night check in. The downside was my son left his hoodie and shirt in the room, and when we called to ask if we could pickup before we left SGU, we were told they don’t have a lost and found. So he lost some brand new clothes that apparently got tangled up in the bedding so we both missed it on our exit. That seems absurd that the couldn’t hold some left behind items for 5 days.

there was no hot water in the room. this property charges for Service Animals and that is illegal!! there was no telling the male staff about this he said no matter how well "behaved" an animal is it needs to pay. the female staff was trying to advocate but unfortunately no progress.

The manager/front desk denied my stay regardless of pre-paid reservation of room. He denied my DMV valid temporary ID. He denied my six year daughter and I a warm place to stay after it had already been paid in full. Horrible customer experience. Hope they can do better!

Best thing about this hotel is the location near downtown St George and the Price. The stay was about what I expected. The rooms have been updated and look nice. But the update was a quick overlay that left it feeling a bit underwhelming. To be clear, I was satisfied with the hotel because that is what I expected for the brand and the price. Check in and service were good.

Property didn’t feel safe. Looks outdated. No water stopper for a bath, was given a rag to fill the whole. It’s ok for a 1 night stay, any longer don’t recommend it. Staff was great, issue is more so with the outdated sketchy looking hotel

felt like a small town atmosphere. quiet, clean and safe. Very affordable. Rooms were clean. Some updates still needed but overall it was very good. Dogs STAY FREE!

It is an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The people were nice. I would stay here again. Easy access to anywhere in the area. Lots of restaurants, gas stations, shopping, in the area.

For the price this hotel is fine . There was no breakfast offered , when most do nowadays . If on a very tight budget then this hotel is fine . But If it comes down to saving just a little , then maybe another hotel would be better .

Hotel run down and they no longer serve breakfast. Feels like you will fall out of the bed its. For it being a Non Smoking hotel the lobby smells like old stale cigarette smoke. Its still a good hotel for the price though.

Everything was great. We were pleasently suprised thar our 1 dog was welcome at no additional charge. Pet friendly. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. We were sad to find there was not breakfast offered as Hotels.com advertises this hotel as having hot breakfast. The hotel does keep hot coffee in the lobby but no breakfast. This is not a negative against the hotel, hotels.com just needs to update their descriptions. Red Roof Inn was a great place to stay for the weekend.

Excellent customer service. Our room had a bad tv remote. Manager physically helped us pack our things to take to the new room. I am a world traveler and know good service when I experience it. This was outstand. I have been here several times, and I will continue to come back.

My mom and dad love staying at this hotel. It was their anniversary and I got them the room for them. My mom can’t walk that far and they always make sure she by the entrance.the staff is very friendly and rooms are clean

This is the third time I used Red Roof Inn for convention. I always enjoyed staying there. It is peaceful and clean and close to alot of restaurants and shopping area. It is very easy to check in and the staff is very helpful. There is a laundry room, and swimming pool. There are vending machines and ATM in the lobby. The only thing that is difficult is there is no elevator the last time I checked in there so I always request for a first floor room if it is available. Overall, the price is affordable, and it is close to the convention center and to alot of shopping area.
