Needed more attention to hallway area for cleaning, vacuuming.

Room was clean, pool was clean, chocolate chip muffins at free breakfast.......definitely worth the money.

Linens, towels, and room in general was sparkling clean. The beds and pillows were super confortable. AC worked perfectly. They have a guest laundry room which is very convenient for only $1.50 each washer and dryer. There’s a gas station w convenient store right next to the hotel and numerous restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Staff were friendly and helpful, specially Cristal and Julio, but in general everyone there work with a high customer service orientation. I will definitely stay here next time Im in CC. I stayed 3 nights this time:

No elevators!

Carpet in the room was pieces and coming up. Stairs to go out had duck tape on them Staff was amazing

I enjoyed the convenience of the location, easy to access. There are no elevators so taking the luggage up to the second floor can be a bit annoying but everything else was fine.

Very impressed with property. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy. Pool was very large, didn’t expect that. Most hotel pools are small and crowded. Family enjoyed that. Hotel not to far from beach and close to shopping.

Everything was good. People slamming doors. At all hours of the night. No no elevators but it’s a good thing. There’s only two stories so it wasn’t too bad. Couldn’t find ice machine. Parking was good. People were friendly nice place to stay. The rooms were awesome with the exception of the slamming doors and knocking on doors.

Pool was very large for a hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed did not hurt my back. Some beds I will wake up with a backache, but not this one.

Plenty of roaches everywhere

The hotel room was nice and clean. But the halls in the facility were dirty, it seems like the halls haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. The halls smelled musky. The sink faucets had low pressure, the TV didn’t work. I was intially told (night attendant) that check out was at 12, when I confirm in the morning about the check out the attendant told me it was at 11:00. The morning attendant told me it was no problem that we could check out at 12:00. I guess he didn’t tell the cleaning crew because at 11:00 the cleaning crew told us to leave. After we explained to the cleaning lady we had made arrangements to check out at 12:00 she still persisted we leave the room.

I have stayed at several hotels and didn’t expect Days Inn to be any different But I was very surprised to find that my room not only looked clean but smelled clean and kept clean the entire length of my stay

The first room was infested with roaches and I was given another room and it also was infested with roaches. I immediately informed the front desk clerk. He told me that I would be given a refund.

This wasn’t the worst property but smelled old and wasn’t the cleanest. The hall carpet was very stained and dirty. The room had roaches and looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long while. The sheet and towels were dingy and sofa in the room extremely filthy. We chose to stay as our home was being renovated but if this was for pleasure we would have been very disappointed.

Newly remodeled. Huge rooms , big showers, quiet, restaurants across the street.

Not air conditioning working good in two rooms .. we decided leave and take the money refund . Very bad maintenance. Low cost administration hotel . Front desk lady was nice and respectful

Huge room

Was out in a room that wasn't completely done being remodeled updated. Lack of furniture. Lack of amenities

It had everything i needed in a room. It was very big clean and spacious. I was very pleased with my room and how big and clean the bathroom was. I will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent beds and pillows. Slept comfortably.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and no towel holder to hang the towel on No 2nd bolt on the door people upstairs could be running around and stomping on the floor

Our room smelled like fabulosa cleaning products. We had to go buy candles to override the smell. The tile floor felt tacky. We could hear our shoes sticking when we walked. The ac was not cooling the room properly. Will not use das inn hotels again.

The individual that works during the daytime is the best he is very helpful and courteous and friendly. The person you have as the night auditor was rude didn't have a response in a courteous and friendly manner and made me feel like I wasn't a guest in this hotel. Just needed a place to crash for the night before my drive home. I liked the price and the fact I could grab a hot meal before hitting the road. I fell asleep pretty quick after checking in but when I woke up I felt itchy all over. So I checked the mattress. I did not see signs of bedbugs so I chucked the itch off to sand fleas. But what I did find was quite disturbing. The major bloodstains was where I laid my head to sleep. It was only 10 o’clock and I didn’t want to get back in that bed. Took this picture and went to the front desk. The employee there told me “that’s not blood!!” With major attitude when I should be the one that’s upset “a kid did that”. I explained I’m not comfortable sleeping in that bed and ask for a different room. His reply was, “we don’t have any king suites left” Give me a queen then…. His solution was to give me a refund instead, making me find a new hotel in the middle of the night. But he couldn’t show me my refund bc I booked through hotels.com. While I was trying to confirm the refund he magically had another room for me. Fine, I just want to sleep. The next morning at breakfast there were only microwaveable sandwiches and waffles. Nothing too exciting.

Very nice budget hotel. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Convenient to everything. Needed a little vacuuming in the stairway but otherwise an excellent hotel for the money. Will definitely stay there again!

Horrible service. Could never get in touch with the manager and didnt refund to me what was owed. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent customer sevice

Check in no one at counter waited a bit , elevators either not working or were none - can’t remember. Walking to room carpets were old stained , smelled like paint . Got to second level more of same worn , dim lighting , got to room I headed to ac were there was mold on unit , son said ahh mom we have a problem roach on the door , grabbed our things and checked out . All within 5 minutes of check-in in.

A lot of homeless and drugs in neighborhood , felt very uneasy about my vehicle being parked with all the foot traffic thru property. Never received any clean linen.

Great value. My opinion but the bed was the soo comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great variety. Quite and very clean.

Stayed at this property for 10 days. Staff was extremely helpful as I needed to keep extending my reservation due to a family emergency. We enjoyed everything about this hotel except for the breakfast. Basically pre-packaged muffins, yogurt and a loaf of bread laid out to make toast. There was a waffle maker also. Otherwise, a great stay.

Breakfast was very lame, out maintenance was very average.

this property was decent for pricing still doing some renavation but not while i was there wasnt as dirty as some put out to be like roaches everywhere i did not see one beds were decent in comfortability didnt have a complaint on service had staff walking around asking if need extra of anything which was surprizing being that i have stayed at higher end hotels b4 and never came by asking that with out me having to call front desk breakfast was continental with self made fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches that u have to make and or put in microwave ,oj,water and, fruits. for the price i thought was good enought overall i cant complain and i would recommend people tend to now a days complain over the simplest thing and dont give prop to buisnesses that do what they can and still give u a fare price and when u stay some where over priced and dont get the service u want to make excuses again i would recoment

We had dead roaches greeted us as we walked in our room. Breakfast was a joke!

They double charge me and my brother in law. There were roaches and fleas, Plus breakfast was only little breakfast sandwhiches you have to throw in the microwave, yogurt, and packs of muffins. Never again will i stay here.
