The elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor, ice machine didn't work, we didn't get house keeping till the last day we were there. they only had two luggage carts in the hotel but it didn't do any good cause the elevators were broken. Overall I don't think we will be staying here anymore.

Likes: The breakfast was good and the room I was staying in was comfortable and the AC was working. Dislikes: The elevator was not working and there were no available rooms on the first floor. I was traveling with a preschooler and I had to carry my bags and a sleepy child up a flight of stairs. The swimming pool was not open. Myself and my grandson were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The AC was not working in the common areas and breakfast room. Upon check out and having to make two trips of carrying bags to the car, it was very hot with no A/C. The first floor ice machine was not working. I was traveling with a small cooler that I left in the car and wanted to fill it with more ice and with the ice machine being out, I had to carry it up the stairs and down and around the hallway to the 2nd floor ice machine, fill it up and back down the stairs and out to my car. All this with no A/C working and a preschooler in tow. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.

When we arrived in our room we immediately noticed that either a room near us or in the hallway there was a fire alarm that needed new batteries. It was incessantly beeping! We notified 3 different staff members, at different times and days. Nothing was done!! We spent 4 nights listening to this annoying beeping. Not an environment conducive to a restful sleep. Also, we selected this property because it had an indoor pool, such a disappointment, not only was it cold but the main issue was that the water looked so murky and cloudy. Not water I would go into.

Breakfast not good. Room not super clean. Smell was bad. We even had to purchase air fresheners to tolerate the smell. The pool was an odd color and also smells bad. Exhaust fan in bath shower was broke. With 4 people staying this was not ideal. Also showers made a huge steam mess. Yogurt was not refilled daily as it should be. Elevator was extremely slow to open and close door. Coat rack in room was broken and would not hold our clothes up. Half of the Lights in gym was not working, and water in gym had to be asked to be refilled. All in all. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed out, was not worth the low price. Will pay more to stay at better kept facilities in the future.

The room smelled like mold/mildew. I told the front desk and she said housekeeping would go and spray something in the room the next morning. There were ants all over the place, on the window, the desk/dresser, in the bathroom. We found one on my daughters bag after we left. Carpets were stained. Trash was in the stairwells. The elevator was slow. Really the smell in the room was the worst. It really smelled like if you spill a whole bunch of water and don't clean it up promptly. Customer service was fine and the staff was friendly.

The first floor from what I gathered is trash. Our room was very run down especially for a marriot property. The enamel in tub was worn down and if I don’t want to shower in it, I’m for sure not bathing my kids in it. The bathroom was dirty. There was a cockroach and the AC was loud. The carpet was damp and the pool was not working (although we got different answers from different employees) We refunded the stay because it was bad. They need to do repairs before letting people stay in the rooms. The employees were mostly? helpful.

Not for me!!! I could hear the highway! The rooms were clean but, wouldn’t stay there again. I had a two night stay and housekeeper didn’t come clean up the room and provide clean new towels. I am a Marriott member and this property was not what I usually expect from Marriott. Check in was fine but the person checking us in did not tell us when breakfast hours were or anything about Wifi service. The room's furniture had several large spots on the drawers and desk with the wood finishing missing and chips in the unit holding the TV. The bathroom had a moldy corner in the tub and the tub plug would not hold the water for a bath. I called the desk to ask about the tub and the man told us it was his first week so he didn't know about the tub. No other solution was given. The conditioner bottle was unglued off of the wall sitting in the tub. The mini fridge had water in front of it causing the carpet to be soaked. When we went to get ice, the machine was broken on our floor. The location was what we needed for one night and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having the large full length mirror with the outlet beneath. We did not get breakfast because it was over by the time we got there-didn't know the times. There are other options available in this area so I would not choose this one. Did not meet expectations of a Marriott brand.

They haves us a room right next to the elevator and the ice machine. Both made so much noice it was hard to sleep. The noises keep making up my kids.

It was an older Hotel needed some updating. I had to ask for towels. It was very noisy the room window panes were thin and we were right off of 35W. We listen to a raceway all night long we won’t stay again.

Clean hotel, easy in and out for a quick stay. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. No problems whatsoever. Breakfast was typical scrambled eggs, sausage links, no gravy.

Overall disappointed in this hotel, the staff was not very nice. During breakfast no one fills back up the food. The drain in our tub was not working properly. Would not stay here again.

When we arrived in our room we immediately noticed that either a room near us or in the hallway there was a fire alarm that needed new batteries. It was incessantly beeping! We notified 3 different staff members, at different times and days. Nothing was done!! We spent 4 nights listening to this annoying beeping. Not an environment conducive to a restful sleep. Also, we selected this property because it had an indoor pool, such a disappointment, not only was it cold but the main issue was that the water looked so murky and cloudy. Not water I would go into.

We were put on 1st floor, Saturday night people started shouting loud and then punches ensued just outside our window. This was at 3:00am. Then they brought it inside and continued cursing, fighting, shouting, more than several people involved. They were obviously homeless, drug addicted people that should have never been checked into a 8.2 rated hotel. We were fearful. Finally the police showed up and tried to stop it. They were still there when we were checking out in the morning. I spoke with Torrie and she said they were comping the room to everyone who was around this mess. I followed up with hotels as I booked with them so refund had to run through them. They verified the above night and I was assured a refund, but that’s it, it never happened. Never a response an email or a refund. I have given it time and they have all refused to respond hence this review of what happened this horrific night. I will never step foot in a Fairfield nor book through Hotels.com. Sad state of affairs when people do business like this.

Not to bad for the price, although on the last night there was some unhoused individuals soliciting asking for me to let them into the hotel. While I had my kids with me , however once I notified the staff they took care of the situation.

The hotel was excellent. Staff and service was great. The only thing i did notice was the noise from the freeway. Maybe invest in noise reducing windows. But hotel stay was excellent!

A very dark, isolated parking. Small, creepy elevator opens to a gray cubicle. Extremely noisy all night long. Slamming doors, footsteps, even people yelling at one point and noise from every motor vehicle that went down the very busy highway. The time was wrong on the alarm clock and none of the buttons worked but the room was clean and well stocked. However, Fairfield provides those public (used) shampoo/conditioner bottles which, considering all the health concerns and callous people of today, should be outlawed.

A few odd repairs in process we saw. Main areas were clean and updated. A weird noise throughout the night that sounded like a machine but not the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful even late at night. Breakfast was waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs! Other options and excellent coffee!

Overall a great value breakfast was delicious and rooms were pretty clean. The pool was foggy and out of order one day. Staff was ok helpful but not very friendly. Pricing in the store did not match what I was charged. Could have been better but not bad

Breakfast not good. Room not super clean. Smell was bad. We even had to purchase air fresheners to tolerate the smell. The pool was an odd color and also smells bad. Exhaust fan in bath shower was broke. With 4 people staying this was not ideal. Also showers made a huge steam mess. Yogurt was not refilled daily as it should be. Elevator was extremely slow to open and close door. Coat rack in room was broken and would not hold our clothes up. Half of the Lights in gym was not working, and water in gym had to be asked to be refilled. All in all. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed out, was not worth the low price. Will pay more to stay at better kept facilities in the future.

This is an old hotel made into a Fairfield. Painted bathtub, old pink metal doors, ancient pricing still on the doors, some of the tile was wobbly and the floor sinking in when you stepped by the tub. When we left we saw several very large, smashed cockroaches in the hallway. Breakfast was decent.
