Clarion Pointe Milwaukee Airport

The day manager is rude, discriminatory, inappropriately aggressive & dramatic.the only breakfast offered are waffles. The warm fluorescent-colored juice served in open pitchers will give u diarrhea. Their $100 incidental fee does not rollover if u extend your stay. It doesn’t refund immediately upon check out as promised but 5 days later. They deny guests basics like toilet paper or extra blankets. They openly display bias against disabled guests. The third shift manager is cool. If u have to stay there, check in after 11pm.

I stayed there for my graduation ceremony. It’s was nice place and remodel. Only bad about it, no protein for breakfast like meats or eggs that’s go well with waffles.

For the price of the hotel it was not bad. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The hotel served the purpose we needed it for. Very close to the airport. The breakfast was sub par, definitely have to go somewhere else for breakfast, very limited options at the hotel. The staff however were very helpful and made the stay great.

Room was small but new/clean

This hotel appeared newly remodeled and looked great. Unfortunately our room did not have a thorough cleaning after the last guests left. The vanity mirror and sink were not clean. The new soap was placed on top of a soap dish that was still full of melted soap form the last guest. The bottom of the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned for a while. The room had a shower only and the shower curtain did not reach the floor so water was all over the bathroom floor after showering. This would be a great place to stay if the room cleaning was performed better. Breakfast did not include any hot food or protein but was adequate. Yogurt station had excellent toppings.
