Nice cool rooms and clean working pools! Plenty of towels!

everything was great, the service, rooms and breakfast. only bad thing was the pool was down

Ice machine not working on 1st floor and no elevator so you have to use stairs to go to 2nd floor and ice machine was at the end of the floor breakfast was ok there was not a lot of low calorie or carb free options

We were hoping for a swim but didn’t know the pool was under construction. Maybe I missed the notice but I sure saw it when we got there and the pool was empty.

The lady at the front desk spoke to us in a very condescending tone. There were two floor boards that were undone in our room, and the hot water part of the sink was stuck so we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. Our room also smelled like wet dog in the room. We also booked the hotel because it had a pool and the pool was closed.

I've stayed at this location several times over the last few years. The staff is very polite but the property is showing some signs of age and neglect. I did find a hot cheetoh in my room on the floor, but we don't eat those. Sooo...maybe a better cleaning job? Also there are leaky pipes all through the public areas of the building. The ceiling tiles prove it. The fire extinguishers are out of certification date by more than a year, and the sprinkler heads in our room looked rusted. I didn't even want to ask about the last fire alarm inspection date. Be forewarned: there is NO elevator here.

The hotel has a great spacious set up in the lobby. And the rooms are spacious, which is a plus you have a place to sit apart from the bed.

Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, room temp control worked well, breakfast was ample with a variety of choices, location is great...close enough to walk to restaurants if one is up for a walk. Easy access off the Loop. Ample parking and felt safe.

The swimming pool is in terrible condition just awful

There aren't enough characters in the review box to tell you all the issues. Bottom line, don't waste your money here. Very dirty, sticky floors, couch in the room was filthy and stained, room smelled musty, no shower curtain, no bar soap and deadbolt didn't work. Only the metal bar across the door stopped a guy from coming in unannounced. Front desk was annoyed with our requests and after checking out early my request for a refund was denied because I didn't file a complaint with the property.

Likes: lots of channels available on the tv, cold AC, breakfast was peaceful and acceptable, close to the highway and restaurants Dislikes: the room was extremely dirty (coffee stains, brown stain on the wall, red and yellow stains on the sheets, dirty wash cloth already hanging on the shower curtain, sticky looking coffee table and desk chair, conditioner looked used by previous guest and wasn’t swapped out for a new one We asked the lady at the front for a new bed set and the replacement one was just as dirty. We left that place feeling dirty!

The smell of chlorine is overwhelming. At least the window opens to air out the room. The room was dusty. The sheets had stains on them.

The bathroom was filthy with black mold all around the tub

The room had mold on the air condition and it also had mold in the restroom.

Are room was not clean when checked in there was trash behind the lamp stand and are toilet was nasty

The air conditioner made a horrible rattling sound so I had to leave it on fan, the cold water in the bathroom sink was HARD to turn on and then just trickled, and the floors were VERY dirty

Friendly staff and the A/C in the room worked great. The beds were fine, but the pillows not so much. The wifi was terrible (almost non-existent). The cleanliness is debatable, I took a shower (water pressure was ok), the shower curtain looked like it had mold at the bottom. After showering and walking around the room barefoot, looked at my feet and the bottoms of my feet were black! The floors were hard surface floors, not carpet, so should be easier to keep clean, but these clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Did not partake in the breakfast offered, but did have the coffee, which was really good.

The TV has a very loud and nasty sounding voice that comes on when you turn it on or off. Every so often it comes on again saying it’s turning off unless you press any button. You press any button but it still turns off. I tried to figure out how to turn that off but couldn’t. The flooring especially around the bed is coming up. The clock radio gains about 30 minutes per day so is basically useless. Overall it’s a decent place for the price but could use some updating. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast.

Room needed updating, especially the floor where the flooring was loose and sticking up. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The staff was nice. Rooms were clean. We did have to be given a different room when we checked in because the ac unit was broken, but second room was fine. This location didn't have good sinage at the road and I missed it a couple times. It also wasn't the most convenient place for us to choose. Overall it was a good pick for the price. Good value.

Only issue was internet down several hours one day but was repaired. Good stay for the price

The photographer did a great job of making this place look great and the staff were kind but that is the only compliment I will give. Arriving we found that we were located between the Golden Corral restaurant and a safelite repair shop , in fact the pool , which is substantially smaller in real life was placed practically in the safelite parking lot, not the poolside relaxation we had anticipated. Our room seemed clean in a cursory manner and so run down. It was clear that there had been flooding as the entire laminate floor was buckling and lifting to the point of tripping hazard. When we alerted the front desk they acted surprised and said the cleaning crew must have missed it (photos will show that would be impossible or as suspected this room was not cleaned often) the person proceeded to let us know thy only other king room would be the suite and the most expensive room as if this flooring issue was our problem and choice. There were sticky spots on the floor and the bathroom was just not that clean you want in a hotel. The walls had big dings and drywall chunks missing . The bed was decent but the pillow were throw pillow sized the seemed like they were just stuffed with either sheets or older pillows. Normally we enjoy some room time napping or just decompressing on trips but the TV worked intermittently (we were told that the WiFi was too weak for a full capacity so that was common) and the room was just totally uninviting so we avoided it until bed time.

Overall exterior of the property was perfectly fine, however the room itself had some problems. I had noticed that the plug under the desk wasn't in the best of condition, and there were no additional blinds to help keep the light out from the sides of the scroll blind (which is a bit of a problem when the bed is right next to the window and a beam of light can just hit you in your face while you're sleeping) Otherwise the breakfast they had wasn't great; Batter for the waffle mix didn't taste good, the sausage gravy they had gave me a taste/smell of cigar smoke, and the other items were lacking mid-quality.

My room was near the front of the hotel which I liked, but the downside is that I can hear the freeway noise during my sleep. Also, there is no elevator and I had to carry my bags to the second floor.

Check in girl was rude. We stayed a couple days earlier and everything was pretty good. We didn't have a 100$ hold this time was different the girl insisted we paid it. Did not like how we treated!!

Front desk staff was definitely courteous & very helpful. It seems it's an older hotel but price was affordable, rooms were clean for the most part & beds were comfortable. That 's saying a lot from a person with back issues. I didn't wake with a sore back. One of the headboards had hand prints on it so we had to wipe it down. I always carry medical wipes for all hotel stays. LOL!!

Started off on the wrong food at check in. Came it to a “Be Right Back” sign. A few minutes later the front desk clerk, Margie, came up to the desk where I was standing and promptly took a seat and started taking notes without greeting or acknowledging me. I assumed she was busy so I waited. And waited. After 15 mins of not speaking to me, she then proceeded to answer the phone. At this point, there was a line of guests behind me. After finishing the phone call, she asked what everyone was waiting for… she then told me that I am so small, she didn’t know what I had been standing there waiting on. When I mentioned I was expecting to be greeted when she was ready, she half apologized. Was interrupted by and assisted others guests twice during my check in process. Total check in time was 30 minutes. Certainly not a great start to the stay. The room itself was average, not super clean but not worth dealing with the clerk again. Very dated and remote needed new batteries. Overall average stay for a decent price.

Front desk lady was nice..clean room

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff kept everything very well stocked even we arrived to breakfast 30 minutes before it was over on our first morning. The property was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of linens in bathroom which was nice. Full size pillows would be nice but there were plenty of the smaller sized pillows for us.

Staff was extremely helpful always making sure my stay was great

The breakfast was good and the employees did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked and clean. They were friendly and helpful.

Great place in the middle of a lot of restaurants and near the mall. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Needed a quick stay for the weekend! Quality suites was exactly what I needed, it was clean with an easy check in and nice staff. There are restaurants near by and a wal mart that was super close!

Liked how close dining options were, but so was the highway, so it was a little loud sometimes

Hotel was in a good location front desk help seemed like he didn’t want to be there “no personality “ the so call breakfast was terrible, give them credit the facilities were clean however will Consider other options

Staff and room were delightful. At breakfast, they were stale bagels and only chocolate chip muffins. The biscuits were stale and the only meat there was is in the gravy. We were kind of expecting a better breakfast than that but everything else was perfect
