The people and staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was fairly basic and dated but clean for the most part and still functional. The lock on the back door was broken on the first night but fixed on the second night. The staff and property owners seem to be trying to keep the property attractive but it is a challenge. Location is close to most things but Lubbock isn't that large and it's a fairly easy city to get around no matter where you stay.

I waited to give this review because they were holding my deposit, but it just so happens, they stole my deposit. The man said they would refund it but they kept it & I can't contact anyone so I filed a dispute with my bank. Also, nothing worked. The pool was filled but it wasn't open. The ice machine was broken as was the vending machine. The air conditioner was extremely loud with a foul odor. The probably will never give me my deposit back now but those are the facts.

Nice people, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I would stay here again. I don’t need the snack bar or “extras.” The folks at the hotel next door paid 3 times what I did for the same thing. I was quite pleased.

The only thing nice was the beds. The room looked extremely worn out, broken items and very poor looking chair, cracked floor tiles. Not a pleasant stay. Back door to parking lot was not working w/key. Floor mat SO old, Vending machine broken w/empty water bottle showing in slot, old tea half gone in slot, cc reader not working...very disappointed. I paid over $100 for this room. NOT WORTH half.

Overall, the room was decent. Walking in, the room smelled weird, almost like someone had smoked in there and they were trying to cover up the smell. There was also a burn mark on the bed cover. I had some room spray with me, so I sprayed that and moved on. The tile in the bathroom needs to be grouted by the faucet. There was dirt and other debris in the corners of the room. Still, overall, the room was fairly clean and accommodated my needs. I liked that the flooring wasn't carpet, but they definitely should clean the floor a bit better. The bed was comfortable enough, but I had a hard time sleeping because the people a couple rooms over had their TV very loud all night and I could hear it pretty clearly (thin walls). Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast, no meat options though.

Room was very nice and had a fresh smell. The only thing I didn't like was on the second night their were people staying in the connecting room as room had door to it and I could hear them. Maybe needed a better insulated door to cover up noises

Checked in seamlessly and the Bhakta's were very helpful, which are the onsite owners. Bed was very comfortable and the laminate flooring makes the room feel very clean and it smelled nice as well. All in all it was a 5 star stay!

My experience from booking to my special request was wonderful. Very helpful and nice employees. Room was clean and ac was nice and cold at arrival. I added an extra day before arrival and i was given a discount. I requested a lower level due to recent back surgery and they were kind enough to fulfill my request and emailed me to let me know that they did. At arrival (midnight) I wanted some coffee and the front desk employee opened the breakfast area so that i could get some fresh coffee from their coffee machine. Breakfast was good with fresh waffles and the coffee was so good. When checking out they were so nice and said told me to have a great day and safe travels. That alone speaks volumes of the owners and all that work at this location. All in all we had a great stay! Thank you!!!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway for a tech game. Nothing super nice or fancy, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and service was good. Good place to stay if you’re just needing a clean room to sleep in with easy hwy access, without a hefty price tag.

The area is close to interstate & not far from restaurants! The breakfast is quite good & the staff very friendly! Not a holiday inn express but it’s what we like for the price! Not a bad place at all!

The people and staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was fairly basic and dated but clean for the most part and still functional. The lock on the back door was broken on the first night but fixed on the second night. The staff and property owners seem to be trying to keep the property attractive but it is a challenge. Location is close to most things but Lubbock isn't that large and it's a fairly easy city to get around no matter where you stay.

My experience from booking to my special request was wonderful. Very helpful and nice employees. Room was clean and ac was nice and cold at arrival. I added an extra day before arrival and i was given a discount. I requested a lower level due to recent back surgery and they were kind enough to fulfill my request and emailed me to let me know that they did. At arrival (midnight) I wanted some coffee and the front desk employee opened the breakfast area so that i could get some fresh coffee from their coffee machine. Breakfast was good with fresh waffles and the coffee was so good. When checking out they were so nice and said told me to have a great day and safe travels. That alone speaks volumes of the owners and all that work at this location. All in all we had a great stay! Thank you!!!

Pool out of order, signs of visible leaks all over the ceilings. Ceiling tiles falling down. Rust all over the bathroom. Remnants of carpet left with carpet staples exposed. Food not being held in safe standards. Vending out of order. Placed smelled of mildew and marijuana.

This is a basic lodging that provides you with a clean room and bath which is precisely what I needed. They also serve breakfast and are easily accessible. Most of the hotels in Lubbock are overpriced and are underwhelming in their service. This property is no frills but in comparison to their competitors, is a better bargain and one that I will frequent again.

Overall, the room was decent. Walking in, the room smelled weird, almost like someone had smoked in there and they were trying to cover up the smell. There was also a burn mark on the bed cover. I had some room spray with me, so I sprayed that and moved on. The tile in the bathroom needs to be grouted by the faucet. There was dirt and other debris in the corners of the room. Still, overall, the room was fairly clean and accommodated my needs. I liked that the flooring wasn't carpet, but they definitely should clean the floor a bit better. The bed was comfortable enough, but I had a hard time sleeping because the people a couple rooms over had their TV very loud all night and I could hear it pretty clearly (thin walls). Breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast, no meat options though.

Nice people, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I would stay here again. I don’t need the snack bar or “extras.” The folks at the hotel next door paid 3 times what I did for the same thing. I was quite pleased.

The motel was good. However, it needs some maintenance, like the tub spout was loose. The breakfast was not very good- raw waffle, orange juice, eggs, bread/muffins were out. The potatoes were all that I could eat and they were good.

The staff was nice and checked me in, but once we got to the room we noticed the horrible rust on the tub, it was so bad when we tried to give our toddler a bath the rust was flaking off and in the water! Yuck, it drained so slow as well. The vending machine was out of order, pool was closed and empty. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just cold.

It was okay. The key lock on the back of the building was ripped off and door did not shut properly. Then when it did close, you had to go all the way to the front. Pool was empty and shut down. No weight room as advertised on website. Breakfast had plenty of options. Beds were comfy & pillows. Shower had low pressure, and bath tub plug but not hold water in. I was the only guest and it was very sketchy. The area is very run down and sketchy. It accommodated me for the purpose I needed it.
