Parking lights did not work. Back door to the second floor did not work.

Elevator not working, one employee working the night shift, no clean towels the next day phone not working to ask for service

Elevator broken, lobby under construction, breakfast in a bag, nasty room, hot inside room, cigarette butts all around the property, door to hallway where rooms are doesn’t lock, people hanging out begging, etc.

Hotel was under construction which was not stated online, the pool wasn't available, the customer service person when we checked in was horrible and more focused on their phone call then taking care of the guest. bed was so old that half was caved in when you sat on it. over all i would consider this a 2 start hotel. Oh and the window in the room has broken and cracked. Not worth the money we spent on it

No Breakfast,No Gym,No Pool No peace and quiet,Door locks to the back of the hotel are all broken and unsecure making the property unsafe from vagrants,theifs and other riff raff.The property is filthy and not just from the constuction making it loud and unsafe.The rooms are missing advertised furnishings.No bathroom facilities in the lobby.Elevators need repair and updated inspection which at this time they wont pass.The worst La Quinta in the history of the company.

This is not a hotel for women traveling alone. At 8:45p, no lit sign, no lights in the parking lot and no lights at the entrance to the hotel. When I asked, I was told they are on a timer. It's pitch black... when does that timer go on? Walked into the guest room... no lights in the entryway. Light switches... but either they lights were burned out, or they turned on nothing. Bed was comfy but would not stay here again as a woman traveling alone.

The gym had mostly broken equipment. Otherwise it was fine.

It looks like they are still in the process of remodeling. Room was okay. Sheets were not super soft. Carpet in hall is horrible, and the elevator is outside in the back of the hotel. The locks on the back doors to go into the hotel did not work. You don’t need your key card to get in. Looks like someone pryed them open. Breakfast was okay. I would not stay here again. Good thing my husband was with me or I wouldn’t have stayed. Kinda sketchy!

No running hot water, pool is out of order for two weeks now, and no notification was sent. Had to find out when we arrived.

I did not like when I got there pool was closed and they didn't have advertised that online. Then they had a metal band sticking out of the walk way that I didn't see and tripped and fell. Went to the front desk and told the ladies at the desk and they didn't even asked if I needed in your assistance or anything. And then I asked for the manager and they said he wasn't going to be until after 10:00 (which it was 9)he was probably there but didn't want to answer to my incident then I emailed them and I still haven't got a response to see if I'm okay or not. The ice listening without order and had to change rooms because the TV didn't work.

Checked out 10 minutes after checking in! The beds were fully of dirt/dust, there was a flee in the bath tub and over all just very dirty

Mold in the bathroom. Beds need to be replaced. Our bed made a noise every time you got up. The sheets were stained. Breakfast tasted old and drinks watered down. We went next door to IHOP. Outside dirty the photos online are deceiving. We wiped down our own room asked for another all full. Positive the air works good.

Bathroom was dirty and stained, the whole room smelled like dead fish at a lake, the bedding was stained as well as the towels, the ceiling was falling apart, one pillow had a dried booger on it, and the bed itself creaked every move you made. You get what you pay for. Cleaner when we left than when we got there.

The property was dirty and dusty everywhere. Lobby, elevator and hallway to room.

The room's cleanliness was subpar, with dust, dirt, trash, and mold present. Additionally, the TV was not operational and the coffee maker had mold growth.

We did not eat breakfast. Huge roach in our bathroom crawling on our towels and sink had brown liquid dripping all over the floor.

Outside doors didn’t lock. Anyone could walk in from outside. Original room wouldn’t open. Moved rooms, not clean and used soap was put back into the box for us to use. No towels. When asked for more, they didn’t have any so we had no choice but to dry off with hand towels.

Sheets were dirty, floor was coming up, ceiling was falling apart, dirty on top of the air conditioner. Around the property was dirty and gross. Front staff very friendly. Buffet morning staff was not so plesant.

Hair in bed and tub. Room smelled

Room was not very clean at all . Fridge was dirty florrs unswept ect. The parking lot had beer cans and trash all over the place, it is poorly kept all around ,but then again this seems to be the going thing in Austin . Paid a $135 for the room and got a bagged breakfast of 1 granola bar, small apple juice,and 2 small muffins. And they only had a kurig single cup coffee maker. La Quinta has been a long time favorite hotel for our family, but after this ill be second guessing our stays.

The freeway makes it noisy. The AC unit made it more noisy. The room is okay but the halls were filthy carpet

The tub was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. They had a good rate and was very close to everything!

Our room has exposed wood. Tv didn’t work at first had to figure it out myself.

If you just need a place to sleep it's an option if you get a deal. Breakfast was.....pathetic. Some granola bars and bagels does not a breakfast make. At least there's an IHOP next door with mediocre food that's at least warm. Several holes in the ceiling with just sheet rock pieces screwed up to fill the hole, no finish whatsoever. Just had the feel of rundown. At least the bathroom fan worked, but I had 2 conditioner bottles and no shampoo. Oh, this is right on I35, but they used the cheapest windows you could possibly buy, so it sounds like highway is next to a window that sounds like it's been left open.

The bathtub was very large, perfect for a soak after a long do. The room was clean. This property is next to a IHOP and gas station.

This hotel was just ok. Its really showing its age. Gaps in the tile transitions. Elevator door had a piece of the door panel missing. Damage to the walls. Those type of things. The AC was extremley loud and kept us up all night. The room was large and clean. The staff was more concerend with being on their phones then helping. One front desk person even had their foot on the counter in front of the computer. Overall this hotel is "ok". I probably will not stay here again and just pay more to stay at a nicer hotel.

Check was quick and easy. Room was clean Could have used a table and chair to eat as the is ample room for it. Elevator was a little scary so I used the stairs. Over all I would stay again

The building must not have good insulation, I could hear every car, truck or motorcycle go by all night long. Horrible time trying to sleep!

My tub was stopped up

The eggs at breakfast were not eatable. The sausage was just ok. The waffles were good. In addition, there were a few mini muffins, bread to make toast, cereal, oatmeal, milk, coffee & juice. The elevator was very slow & none of the channels would come in on the TV. The trash truck came about 4:30 am & it was very loud. Woke us up. The AC was cool.

Lady at front desk seemed unpleasant not wanting to be there asked for extra towels she said they had none!! Key kept unprogramming had to go to front desk over 3x

I stayed at this property for four days and on the last day room service knocked on the door and before I could get up to put clothes on and answer the door she just unlocked my door with her own key while I wasn’t clothed in the room I would never recommend this hotel nor ever stay there again, I feel completely and utterly violated and something should be done about it !!!!

First of all. No one was at the front desk when we arrived about 9:30 PM, because one person was doing everything. Secondly his English was challenging to understand and finally when we got to room there were only 2 big towels. And we were not the only one’s asking for towels. We had to come to the desk and get the towels because he was too busy.

Our experience at this La Quinta was pretty sub-par. The TV didn't work and we asked to get it fixed and were told it would be taken care of while we were out that day and it didn't get taken care of. The breakfast was disorganized and lacked many items. For example there was no milk though there was cereal. The air conditioning rattled through the night. Not enough chairs at breakfast. We will not be returning to this hotel. If the price wasn't as high as it was, it wouldn't have been as disappointing, but I expected more.

The weather was spectacular, and my fiance and I had a really nice time staying at the hotel when we weren't hanging out elsewhere. The staff were very nice and helpful, and extremely relatable which is what I always look for in hotel staff. The complimentary breakfast was also very good, and I found myself rushing to get down there a few times during my stay as me and my fiance are very heavy sleepers.

6:30 PM - When I walked in to Check-in someone was behind the desk. This person was on a call and had it on speaker phone. I was not greeted at all. I handed her my ID, (as she continued her call) she took my ID, and then found my reservation then handed me 2 room keys. She never said a word to me. I didn't catch a name but I believe she me have been Indian.

Dirty. Tv and phone both not working. Internet is wide open network. Breakfast poor quality and sometimes not restocked if run out of. Lost room key and no id verification to get new key card.

Place like it was getting remodeled so hard to rate on appearance. What I really liked is their staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to at the front desk was so polite. All business will have issues what makes a business stand out from others is how they handle said issues. Long story short there was an issue with my stay but Sofia from the front desk came up with a quick and satisfactory solution. Not sure, if she is a manager there but if she isn’t they definitely need to think about promoting her.

I don’t remember their names but both women that check us in and out were really helpful and were fully informed. Please note guest with animals there is a $25 pet fee per night, you can’t easily find that on the website so that would be my only “complaint” and that’s not even a true one; they also have a grassy area for the dogs and doggy bags. Also the hotel is a non smoking, can not smoke in the rooms so they do not smell whatsoever but you can smoke outside which is great!!

Property felt safe, pool doesn’t seem very relaxing due to proximity to highway sounds.

Staff was good,and check in/out much easier than usual Proximity to I-35 gives an increase in traffic noise around 6am....probably quieter rooms further from the interstate

Decent place for the amount. Our room had wooden floors that were not clean and sticky. Our floor had many loud visitors. The back door to the back parking lot didn’t even close nor did you need your room key to get into. This was only a concern because our room wasn’t far from this unsafe door.

Easy access to and from highway. Breakfast was marvellous and coffee available 24 hours on the main floor.

Good location, decent place to stay for price.

The front staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and had basic services.There were some areas like the gym that were not clean and machines were old. At times the noise of the traffic was very loud. The breakfast was basic and wish there was more selection.

Property was clean. One restaurant I could walk to but not able to walk anywhere else. Breakfast was basic but area was clean and attended. Prepared hot water and tea would have been appreciated.

On the whole everything was good to excellent with one exception… The breakfast left a lot to be desired… service, attentiveness, experience, all very good… Staff, friendly, and helpful…

1. The clerk was nice but she spoke very low, almost a mumble, so communication was difficult. 2. I travel for work and carry a lot of equipment and necessities with me. I never leave anything in the car so I always need a luggage cart. This hotel only has one and it’s always missing which is highly inconvenient and frustrating. I’ve stayed here before and it’s always an issue. After waiting awhile, the clerk offered to check the floors after I had done so myself. The cart was missing all night. It still wasn’t present when I checked at 5:30am so someone obviously kept it in their room all night. This is poor management. They need at least one more cart and they need a process of keeping track of it. Simply make note of which guest is using it and what room #. If they don’t bring it back, call them or go get it. Such a simple solution. 3. There were large carpet drying fans running in front of my room because of various ceiling leaks when it rains. I had to walk around them just to access my room. 4. The shower is terrible. The only positive thing I can say is that the water pressure was great. Once you activate it, the shower curtain sucks inward and sticks to you (and I know they never clean these). It’s so bad that you have to hold it back with one hand while trying to soap up with the other. Then when you’re done, you’re standing in above ankle deep water because it doesn’t drain properly. There’s more but not enough characters allowed. 5. The breakfast was TERRIBLE!

Felt the hotel was outdated and that a lot of things were not taken car of. Due to storm there was a lot of water in entry ways which made the hallways smell of stagnant water. Breakfast was alright as the eggs seemed a little cold at times and they had to be reheated.

Looks like a renovation is going on and grab and go breakfast was meh.
