Extended Stay America Suites Waco Woodway

Very affordable, low frills accommodation. Room was impeccably clean. Under-window air conditioner was effective and quiet -- amazing! Hot water was hot. Room was quiet. Bed was good with variety of pillows. Breakfast items consisted of granola bar and/or wrapped muffin as "grab and go" -- not a great thing, but not a showstopper either. Gigi checked me in as a late arrival -- cheerful and helpful.

There was active black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Not just a little.The tub/shower had chunks missing.

Air conditioning was great!!

Gigi was very welcoming. Even though she was 2 seconds away from clocking out, she checked us in and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay:).

The elevator has a horrible stench like rotting mouse carcasses. The room leaked water and smelled like hidden mold. The internet and cable tv was a nightmare to deal with. Thier breakfast was a small cabinet with snacks and coffee. The coffee was good. Part of the reason why i stayed there was for the emenities advertized. When i asked for the cookware I was practically scolleded for wanting all that was advertised. Poor everything I can think of. Only parking was satisfactory.
