The pool was cold and the hot tub didnt work while we were there a big part of picking this place as our daughter had surgery in seattle and we wanted her to be able to swim before surgery since she cant for 6 weeks after. Other than that the place was great breakfast was good waffles were coming out doughy each day not sure if it needs adjusted or what we tried leaving them on longer but still seemed doughy other than that we enjoyed it there the staff was very nice.

Room was comfy, front desk was friendly and helpful! Pool was fun for the kids, but the bubbles in the hot tub wasn’t currently working, but thats ok. No ice machine on 2nd or 3rd floor, so getting ice was slightly a hassle!!!

We were very disappointed when we arrived. No hot water, no hot tub or pool and only one towel in the bathroom for two people. We had booked this hotel because of all the good reviews, total disappointed there was no hot tub or pool available. Front desk said it was noted on their website but not on the Expedia/Hotels.cm site. Would not have booked. Hotel could have emailed us the info. Breakfast was excellent and so was our room itself.

We absolutely loved it here. The hot tub and pool are open late and early. Everything was CLEAN!! The staff was excellent! And the breakfast was 1st rate. The room was large and comfortable with EXTREMELY HOT WATER!! We will be back

The hotel was great! Breakfast was good, lots of options. I appreciated the crispy bacon. The rooms were clean and spacious for a family of 4. The pool was overchlorinated on Friday night, we let staff know after a few kids had burning eyes and coughs from being in the room for less than 5 mins. It stayed closed until Saturday afternoon and we tried again on Saturday evening and the air was still burning our eyes. Definitely a safety concern.

While the customer service was perfectly fine, the condition of the room was definitely subpar (in our terms, terrible). First, upon arrival to the location, super sketchy. I was glad they had parking security to act as surveillance , but that only gave a minor reassurance. Secondly, upon entry to the room, there was a distinctive odor or smell that just screamed used room. It was a musky smell, like when your bedsheets have been used for about a week, or when someone decided it was okay to lay on the bed after being outside all day. There was no sense of a "clean" smell and it was very off-putting. I did not enjoy this stay at all and it was definitely not worth the $300+ stay.

The staff were excellent. Clean room and comfortable beds. Not the newest facilities, but everything was well-maintained. Standard continental options, with a wide variety of breakfast choices, were well-maintained by the staff. Happy staying here and would stay again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and pleasant too talk to however, we were a same day booking and when we got there the room was not properly turned over. We didn’t check in until after 7:00 PM so there was plenty of time to clean. There was a dirty toothbrush on top of the safe in the closet. The bathroom was not clean. I carry Clorox wipes with me and had to wipe everything down. There was an unknown substance on the toilet and on the counter in the bathroom. We were also not given any towels. When we called down to have towels brought to the room, we were only brought 1 towel and a hand towel for 2 people. I ended up using the hand towel to dry off from the shower because by then we were tired and it wasn’t worth trying anymore.

The over all stay was rine but the room was not clean at all. There was chewed gum left in multiple places. I told the front desk and they didn't offer to change rooms or anything. I had to ask for them to come re-clean 3x because they kept missing the spots. I eventually had to bring the cleaner in and show her.

What were other reviewers looking at? Once you step out of the immediate lobby the elevators and hallways look run down. We clenched our teeth and opened the door to the room. The room itself was clean and presentable. However, the bed was hard as a rock. As a sufferer of degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis, the night in that bed proved excruciating. We arose early after getting little sleep and went down to the breakfast area at the specified 6:00am start time to find very little set up. We settled for some cold cereal. The hot dishes were presented about 10 minutes later. We were eager to hit the road by then. The same sketchy people were lurking around the property who were noticed there the night prior. This hotel is set back a bit from the main drag and frankly felt a bit unsafe. There appeared to be people living out of their cars parked along this side street. No parking lot security was observed. It says a lot when even the front lobby door has to be locked after 9:00pm.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. When I needed a can opener, one was brought to my room. When my keycard stopped working, it was cheerfully replaced. When we couldn’t find a parking spot, they found us one. Honestly, the staff was the only good thing about our stay, and they deserve praise. However… Our room was near the pool. The noise of the kids playing in the pool could clearly be heard in our room. It was so noisy! The pool closed at 10:00 pm, so we tried to go to sleep. That’s when we discovered how loud the fridge and freezer are. The high-pitched whining was so loud that we went into the hall to see if an alarm was going off somewhere. No, it was the fridge. This continued all night. The mattresses are hard and the blankets thin. Absolutely uncomfortable! Seriously, the people working here are fabulous, but everything else about this hotel made for an uncomfortable stay. We had another stay booked in a few weeks that I have now canceled.

Ok the hotel does not look like the online photos! We pulled up and thought we were at the wrong hotel. The place is older and has some wear, however the staff was top notch! The place was clean and I would absolutely stay there again. Just don't be thrown off that it doesn't look the same outdoors as the photo.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating to me arriving early. I was able to check into my room 5 hours early. I paid the $50 early fee, but they made sure a room was available immediately. The room was clean, just wear & tear on the floors & doors/ curtains & mirrors. The king room has a full fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove top & microwave. Well stocked with all kitchen cutlery. No closet, but ample room to stash suitcases out of site. Breakfast was fresh/ delicious. Parking was available every time i returned. The area is tucked behind a gas station, but overall it was unpopulated & pretty quite for the whole weekend. The only complaint is that the toilet paper was super thin, not great quality. But that's not a reason to not stay.

The staff were so friendly and kind. They were able to assist me and it was nice to calm down as I was freaking out how I would get to a place I didn’t know how to get there . I love the place and would definitely come Back.

This topped off a horrible trip. Flight delayed, rental car company didn’t have any cars after taking a reservation. Finally arrive at the hotel at 2am there's no one at the counter to check us in. Theres another couple sleep on the couch who had been there since 1:30am. Called the corporate office twice. Finally a guy comes down and asks are we waiting to check in he kniws where the receptionist is. He goes outside wakes her up out of her car sleeping. She comes in and tells us she had only been away for 15 minutes and its now 3am.

Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Only thing we didn’t like was our check in experience. It was late and we were tired kids were asleep, we had unpacked our stuff and wanted to shower to wash the day off. We saw that there’s no shower curtain in the room so we called the front desk about it, my husband had to go down for it and when he came back, we had to be moved to a different room. It was such a hassle, packing everything again and disturbing our sleeping kids. Not a great experience for us to be put in a room and to be moved because the incomplete items in the room. Other than that, we really loved bfast, and it’s different options everyday.

What were other reviewers looking at? Once you step out of the immediate lobby the elevators and hallways look run down. We clenched our teeth and opened the door to the room. The room itself was clean and presentable. However, the bed was hard as a rock. As a sufferer of degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis, the night in that bed proved excruciating. We arose early after getting little sleep and went down to the breakfast area at the specified 6:00am start time to find very little set up. We settled for some cold cereal. The hot dishes were presented about 10 minutes later. We were eager to hit the road by then. The same sketchy people were lurking around the property who were noticed there the night prior. This hotel is set back a bit from the main drag and frankly felt a bit unsafe. There appeared to be people living out of their cars parked along this side street. No parking lot security was observed. It says a lot when even the front lobby door has to be locked after 9:00pm.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was free and better than expected with a good variety. Staff kept everything refilled and hot. The parking lot was pretty small but we were still able to find a spot when we arrived around 11pm. There was also a security guard walking around the parking lot so that is a big plus to me. The area around wasn't the best but that also depends on what you are looking for. It was tucked into a busy area (convenience store directly in front of hotel, mall across the street, on a major road, etc). There was a lot of road noise, but we had the AC on, which drowned out most of it. Great place to stay that was clean and well maintained. It is centrally located to many activities which made it a good choice for us. I would stay there again.

Our beds were very firm. The breakfast ran out of eggs, potatoes, and sausage at 0900. The person working was overwhelmed. In the morning not much hot water to take a shower.

The breakfast was horrible, food left out too long ths edible items were the greek yogurt not touched by the staff and the waffles. The hot tub didn't work and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff were great. The gal who helped us check in was super sweet. Breakfast was great a lot to choose from. We heard a lady screaming and crying all day/night long and I understand some people have things going on but we stayed two nights and both nights she did that: Also, I didn’t like was the fact that you guys charge for parking and theirs no parking. You guys have homeless parked outside in the garage parking lot and all over the building. I Was charged for parking and I had to park over by the gas station which I thought was bs.

We love staying here when we have to be in the area. It’s one of the only places that are dog friendly, full kitchen setup, hot breakfast buffet… this is the only hotel we stay at when we attend funerals in this area. We genuinely love it here and love the full kitchen and hot breakfast.

The hotel listing was incorrect on distance which added 20 mins to my drive. The hotel tried to charge me twice, even though I prepaid. We were directed how to get to our room incorrectly. There was no parking in the lot, so we had yo park on the street. Just very disappointing all around.
