Villa La Selva is a private hilltop villa in Tuscany, just above Montecatini Terme and perfectly located between Florence and Pisa. Set on an estate of around 30 hectares with olive groves, woods and complete privacy, it offers a 10×5 m private pool, garden and a over 150 m² terrace with dining area, lounge, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. The villa has about 270 m² of indoor space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, fast Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it ideal for working remotely. Standard rates are for up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a surcharge for additional guests.Daily housekeeping is included in the price. On request we can help arrange a private chef, grocery pre-stocking and recommendations for wineries, thermal spas and day trips. Due to the unfenced pool and terraced grounds, the property is not suitable for very young children – we generally recommend a minimum age of around 10 years. A car is essential; pets are welcome on request.Optional services• First-day grocery pre-stocking (€35 per stay). Please request at least 72 hours before arrival.• Private chef experiences (including pizza evenings or Tuscan dinners) are available on request.Fine print / Good to know• Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.• Late arrivals after 21:00 must be agreed in advance and incur a €90 late check-in fee, payable on arrival.• The property is non-smoking; parties and events are not allowed.• According to the house rules, no children under 10 are accepted.• A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.• A valid photo ID and a security deposit are required at check-in.
