Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Kitchener, das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt in der Innenstadt. Die Begrüßung war schrecklich - die Dame an der Rezeption ratterte alles in einem Tempo herunter das man danach so schlau war wie vorher - gut das wir das Haus kannten ! Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Leider waren drei Jugend-Sportgruppen im Haus , die nachts sehr viel Krach machten und keine Rücksicht nahmen. Trotz Beschwerde - es gab zwar eine mündliche Entschuldigung - gab es kein Goodie oder ähnliches. Bei einem solchen Haus und dem PREIS, sollte man dann die Zimmerplanung besser machen oder aber die Gäste vorab informieren. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Frühstückspersonal durch die Bank freundlich ! We were in Kitchener for the second time, the house is very nice and is located downtown. The welcome was terrible - the lady at the front desk rattled everything off at a pace that made you as smart as before - good that we knew the house! The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small. Unfortunately there were three youth sports groups in the house, which made a lot of noise at night and didn't show any consideration. Despite a complaint - although there was a verbal apology - there was no goodie or anything like that. With such a house and the PRICE, you should then do better room planning or inform the guests in advance. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff is friendly across the board!

We had a very nice stay here. The breakfast was excellent.

Place clean,staff friendly, happy hour reasonable price, food good portion, swimming pool clean, buffet reasonable price for $20 parking the only issue Two people shouldn't have to pay for parking if it's one room shared
