Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG

We had a very nice stay here. The breakfast was excellent.

Place clean,staff friendly, happy hour reasonable price, food good portion, swimming pool clean, buffet reasonable price for $20 parking the only issue Two people shouldn't have to pay for parking if it's one room shared

Disappointed because we thought there was a hot tub Noticed other guess thought there was one too

Zero Issues with the hotel great location clean room and friendly staff. Was a we bit freaked out when i went to leave after check out and did not realize the parking had two floors and for a few minutes thought my car was towed or stolen. Then remember when we left the parking garage from arriving we went down a flight of stairs. Nice clean city as well and it has been a long time since I have been in a city with such little amount of addiction. Kitchener job well done!

Clean room, staff excellent when checking in & out. Assisted with questions we had , very polite Professional appearance Would definitely go back to hotel & recommend it .
