Estival Maramar

I love everything about the hotel. Its beautiful, I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and staff. I definitely will recommend your hotel to my friends and family.

From the first moment we checked in to the room we could hear loud noise coming from the next door room. Through the wall via the TV. We could hear the neighbour cough, their telephone calls and we could hear every word they said on the TV. There is absolutely no privacy in these rooms. The only solution the hotel had was to tell the neighbours to turn off their TV, which is absolutely unacceptable customer treatment when people have paid to stay there. We stayed 3 nights, but wanted to leave after the first. I know understand the 2 star mark by Hotels.com.

C’est notre second séjour dans cet établissement et nous sommes toujours autant ravi d’y retourner. Nous y retournerons probablement une 3e fois !

A las 18h, avisamos en recepción de que la hoja de la ventana al balcón no ajustaba bien y se oía constantemente uuuhuuuhhh del viento. Parecía un fantasma; así no íbamos a poder descansar. No subió la persona de mantenimiento así que volvimos a llamar a las 22:15h porque nos dijeron que estaba hasta las 22h y dijo pues mañana por la mañana.. y dijimos "estamos sólo 1 noche, no me sirve que lo arregléis mañana...". Subió el chico de recepción y dijo "uy, sí, se oye mucho. Os cambiamos de habitación". Entonces subió con las llaves de otra habitación (con peores vistas pero sin ruido de fantasmas) de ese mismo piso y nos ayudó a llevar las cosas. Esta parte la valoro positivamente. Y negativamente que no nos atendieran hasta volver a insistir a última hora. Valoro negativamente que el desayuno empiece a las 8h. Me parece que para la animación se basan en un horario para turistas extranjeros y, sin embargo, el desayuno habría agradecido que fuera a las 7:30h porque llegamos a las 8h y faltaban muchas cosas que fueron poniendo después y teníamos prisa porque a las 8:30h teníamos que irnos. Nos tocó desayunar un poco más rápido de lo que nos habría gustado
