The room itself was clean and well-maintained, possibly recently redone. The overall property, however, not so much. Stairs weren't vacuumed. Breakfast room, the one time we ate there, not well stocked and not clean. Trash left in bags near the stairs overnight. Terrible security. All property doors were propped open and/or unlocked at all times.

Location being rebranded. Upon check in, no record that we had a pet with us. Were on the second floor with no elevators to access it, so we had to use the stairs and carry all of our gear up them ( I have bad knees, not a fun time). Stairs creaked as we went up/down them, 2nd floor hallway looks like a prison with recessed doors... room was recently remodeled, however rather than running cabling through the wall; cables were strewn about the floor. Very few receptacles in the room to use to charge our many devices as well very little drawer space if we'd want to unpack out bags. Over all, not a bad place if you need a bed. Don't expect this to be a 5* resort and you will not be disappointed. You wills see some areas of disrepair and others areas with newer work done.

Was told the pool was open, even at check in, it was not. the floor was sticky upon check in, there was clothes in the drawers from previous person and only one tiny light in the corner of the room. the staff was not pleasant at all. i will never stay there again.

Front desk gentleman had little or no personality. The property is in need of updating everywhere. Lamp shades crumbling. Windows are old and clouded due to interior seals that are gone. Blow dryer not working. Quest laundry room is gross. I fixed the old toilet that was overflowing, etc.

I have stayed at Super 8s before. This time, I was unable to wash/dry my laundry - the main reason for stopping for the night. I ended up staying a 2nd night, not by choice. At least they gave me a couple dollars off the room. I asked them when they'll have the laundry room available again and they said probably 3 weeks. There are other motels around this area priced the same. The only highlight was the restaurant across the street - Middlesex Diner. Great food and great service.

The room was clean. Floors could have been cleaner. The hotel was not secure, anyone could walk into its hallways. The first morning, about 5:45 am of our stay, I saw a person checking customer car doors, trying to get into the cars! The hotel is older and somewhat run down! Website pictures of its facility are rather deceiving!

Property was under construction and was very dirty. Original room was left unlocked. Was put in a room that was under complete renovation and room had compound all over it. Second room was similar. We didn’t stay we sign out and left.

Room was okay.. kinda dirty not filthy but not clean either. Room door didnt have a weather strip at the bottom so we could see outside and the wind was blowing loud through it all night. Basically just waffles and cereal for breakfast and coffee, milk. Breakfast room wasnt clean. 50 dollars a night its doable but i wouldn't stay there again.

The place was dark and filthy. Literally a dead cricket on the floor in front of my bed, along with chunks of dirt and dry leaves. Insufficient lighting in the room (i suppose by design to cover the dirt) and the entire area outside my wing of the motel smelled like an open sewer. Also, the security deadbolt had been ripped out of the door and never replaced. I am a non picky guy who can put up with a lot and I assure you I'm not exaggerating. The woman at the front desk had absolutely no knowledge of the area (no biggie, I just googled what I needed.) And finally, when I left in the morning they were out of coffee at the free continental breakfast, which looked like nothing more than cereal and a never cleaned waffle iron. Couldnt track anyone down to brew more coffee so I left (on a tight schedule) and picked up coffee on the road. My sincere advice is to not make my mistake, pay a few more dollars and book a better place.

Woke up with cockroaches crawling on me. I booked for two nights but checked out early the next morning. Still waiting to get my refund back for the second night as I was not staying there ever again. The staff was not friendly or concerned about the situation.

The staff was pleasant. The room was dirty. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the threshold wasnt in place. We had to fix the toilet beacuse it wasnt tightened down. The bed was uncomfortable. It states in the description it was remodeled but it doesn't look that way at all. We had a roach in the bathroom light and one ran across the floor.

I don’t care how desperate you are to find somewhere to sleep even for a night… don’t go here, this look like I was thrown in somewhere outside America….. it was dirty, roaches running all over the place, the bathroom had roaches on the ground and the sink the same, the room itself smells terrible I had to go buy air freshener to be able to breathe…the shades on the lamps were broken and dirty, I notice a door in the room led to somewhere, I didn’t feel safe because it was open on my side and locked on the other side, when I realise I locked it…. Luckily I did, I woke up to someone opening it the next morning and when they realise it was locked from my side that is when they knocked and said housekeeping…. When I opened the door there was about five people staring back at me…. The only reason I stayed was because I wouldn’t get my money back…. When I fist got there, the entry way look like a mechanic shop and the receptionist smelled horribly…. I literally held my breath trying to get through checking in…. I didn’t expect 5 star, but atleast a half of the star dammit!!!!! WYNDHAM NEED TO TAKE THEIR NAME OFF THIS BUILDING…. This looks and feels like a crack den!

There were bugs in both rooms! At least three different types of bugs. The condition of the rooms was in serious need of updating. Loose screws in walls, toilet paper holder broken, stained and torn lamp shade, carved grafitti on inside door, paint splatters on floor, dirt and dust in corners. And no outside light on one of the rooms. I am surprised that Wyndham has put their name on this hotel.

This is my family’s go to motel. The waffles are my favorite and my kids always enjoy it here. Very family friendly breakfast, lots of fun to make them ourselves. The price is great for the quality of this motel. Our non smoking room didn’t have any odors or anything. The room was freezing when we got in, but the heating systems in the room work really quickly so it wasn’t really a big deal. The room was clean, well stocked with towels soap coffee etc. mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker in the rooms. The mini fridge does have a small freezer compartment. Nice size tv and comfy beds. No signs of bed bugs or roaches. Clean bath tub, which is always my top concern. We didn’t hear much noise from the other rooms at all. The only thing I could hear was people walking around in the morning in the room above us, which is pretty normal for multiple floors. The first time my family stayed here Sarah at the front desk made our stay feel so welcoming and special! I am so happy to have been able to see her again this stay, she’s wonderful!

For a bed to sleep in passing through, it’s fine. Walking into the stairwell it smells strongly of smoke even with no smoking signs. Our room smelled awful. The AC was cold but so loud it woke us up constantly. Could definitely use an overhaul and thorough clean. Breakfast is basic. For the price it’s fine but we wouldn’t stay again.

The door into room had a 2 inch gap under it. I had to stuff towels under door to stop bugs from coming in from outside. The room had small holes in walls all over the place. The curtain had a big rip in it. The toilet seta was broke. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The vents for a/c was filthy. When i turned it on i got covered in dust.

As we first pulled up the hotel looks getto. The lady when we checked in was really nice. The room had no smoke detector and there was a gap on the bottom of the door that was covered with a plastic clear shield. Bathroom was nice and clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. Overall our experience was good, just not pretty. But the bed was comfortable. Oh yeah and the Air conditioner was super cold.

Motel was adequate for a quick one-night stay on a long trip. There were holes in the walls where a towel bar and the TP dispenser used to be. No overhead lighting in the room. Breakfast was not bountiful, but they did have one of those wonderful waffle makers. Information we received about nearby restaurants was not very clear. Staff were all very nice.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room layout was good but kind of tight with the table against the bed. Bathroom was quite nice. Needed more or brighter lighting. The adjoining room and the outside surrounding made me uncomfortable. Was good for the 1 night we stayed.

You booked me a smoking room but when I got here there was no smoking rooms available. The front desk had no idea what they were doing tried to tell me my card declined at first. All in all not happy with my experience.

My stay was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, can't complain about the place. Hotels.Com messed up my reservation significantly, luckily the staff was able to fix it. (Specifically: my name was spelled wrong, not even sure how that happens since I typed it in correctly, I had requested a non-smoking room, hotels booked me a smoking room.)

Room was not ready at 3 PM. Staff said that the room would be available until 11 PM. Returned at 8PM only to learn that they had given my room to another guest and to just deal with Expedia. Manager finally produced another room following much stress and discussion. Not a pleasant experience.

The place all in all wasn't that bad but I did see roaches in the bathroom. I asked for extended check out time but even tho they offered it they wouldn't honor it and were a little rude when I told them I asked for extended check out time. I also had to ask for an extra pillow numerous times before I finally got one.

Hotel is falling apart but it seems like they are trying to fix it up.Did not come in to clean at all during our 2 night stay.People live in the hotel and their are 3 stray cats they feed so they constantly hang around im an animal lover but this area has huge cars shows it happened to be a car show weekend and i had to worry about if cats were going to be walking on my show car.Floors were filthy but otherwise room was clean.

Motel was adequate for a quick one-night stay on a long trip. There were holes in the walls where a towel bar and the TP dispenser used to be. No overhead lighting in the room. Breakfast was not bountiful, but they did have one of those wonderful waffle makers. Information we received about nearby restaurants was not very clear. Staff were all very nice.

The room was clean. Floors could have been cleaner. The hotel was not secure, anyone could walk into its hallways. The first morning, about 5:45 am of our stay, I saw a person checking customer car doors, trying to get into the cars! The hotel is older and somewhat run down! Website pictures of its facility are rather deceiving!

Room was okay.. kinda dirty not filthy but not clean either. Room door didnt have a weather strip at the bottom so we could see outside and the wind was blowing loud through it all night. Basically just waffles and cereal for breakfast and coffee, milk. Breakfast room wasnt clean. 50 dollars a night its doable but i wouldn't stay there again.

The place was dark and filthy. Literally a dead cricket on the floor in front of my bed, along with chunks of dirt and dry leaves. Insufficient lighting in the room (i suppose by design to cover the dirt) and the entire area outside my wing of the motel smelled like an open sewer. Also, the security deadbolt had been ripped out of the door and never replaced. I am a non picky guy who can put up with a lot and I assure you I'm not exaggerating. The woman at the front desk had absolutely no knowledge of the area (no biggie, I just googled what I needed.) And finally, when I left in the morning they were out of coffee at the free continental breakfast, which looked like nothing more than cereal and a never cleaned waffle iron. Couldnt track anyone down to brew more coffee so I left (on a tight schedule) and picked up coffee on the road. My sincere advice is to not make my mistake, pay a few more dollars and book a better place.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained, possibly recently redone. The overall property, however, not so much. Stairs weren't vacuumed. Breakfast room, the one time we ate there, not well stocked and not clean. Trash left in bags near the stairs overnight. Terrible security. All property doors were propped open and/or unlocked at all times.

This is my family’s go to motel. The waffles are my favorite and my kids always enjoy it here. Very family friendly breakfast, lots of fun to make them ourselves. The price is great for the quality of this motel. Our non smoking room didn’t have any odors or anything. The room was freezing when we got in, but the heating systems in the room work really quickly so it wasn’t really a big deal. The room was clean, well stocked with towels soap coffee etc. mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker in the rooms. The mini fridge does have a small freezer compartment. Nice size tv and comfy beds. No signs of bed bugs or roaches. Clean bath tub, which is always my top concern. We didn’t hear much noise from the other rooms at all. The only thing I could hear was people walking around in the morning in the room above us, which is pretty normal for multiple floors. The first time my family stayed here Sarah at the front desk made our stay feel so welcoming and special! I am so happy to have been able to see her again this stay, she’s wonderful!

For a bed to sleep in passing through, it’s fine. Walking into the stairwell it smells strongly of smoke even with no smoking signs. Our room smelled awful. The AC was cold but so loud it woke us up constantly. Could definitely use an overhaul and thorough clean. Breakfast is basic. For the price it’s fine but we wouldn’t stay again.

Really should be classified as an hourly hotel. Check in was through a window. Check is not allowed in the lobby after 11p. Lights in the bathroom did not work. Everything was smelly.

This hotel was perfectly acceptable. It is an older hotel that has been updated. The room was fine. The breakfast in the morning was fine. There was a pool that I didn't use but it looked fine. Conveniently located across from the Middlesex Diner. This is a low cost hotel option. I wasn't expecting more than a clean and safe place to stay, which this hotel was.
