Very satisfied. The apartment met all our needs. Great location and the amenities including beach chairs were excellent. Kids loved the old fashioned arcade console. The response when we requested beach towels and pan for induction stove was incredibly fast. Great service! They just need to fix the seal for the shower door so water won't leak on to the bathroom floor.

This is a budget property, so be prepared and set your expectations low. The building is old and in desperate need of renovation. The condo has some updates in the kitchen and bath, but not enough to cover up 50 years of grime. They need a full renovation. The shower door doesn't close completely, and the shower will not hold a temperature. Be prepared to go from hot to cold and back again throughout your shower. The management is very stingy with supplies, although you can purchase additional, and they will deliver quickly. But even if you purchase the additional bedding for the futon, you only get one sheet and a baby blanket that is not big enough to cover a twin bed. You might want to bring your own bedding. There is only one sheet and a comforter on the main bed. No extra blankets. There is only one hand towel in the bathroom. The bathroom has no electrical outlets for shavers or hairdryers. The kitchen has no washcloths or dishtowels and bare minimum cookware. When we arrived, there was one dinner fork and one salad fork, two butter knives, and four spoons. Cookware consists of three saute pans and one one-quart saucepan. There are no extras -- no corkscrew, no colander, no cutting board. Basically, they provided only the bare minimum that they could get away with. The parking is uncovered -- not in the garage. There is no patio, as the description says. There is no washer/dryer in the condo. The price is attractive, but it is worth less than they charged.

Shower floor was not really clean and door is malfunctioning other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thanks
